YSRCP MP Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy from the Ongole parliament constituency has been helping the people with his own funds by supplying oxygen cylinders daily and donated 50 beds to treat needy patients.
As per reports, the MP was also decided to set up a Covid Care Center with 80 beds with an oxygen facility. He even obtained the necessary permission from the District Collector. The medical facility was named after the MP as Magunta Covid Care Center. But suddenly Magunta Covid Care Center was renamed as Balineni Kovid Care Center.
With the unexpected change of the name, Magunta was stunned to see the Covid centre being named after Balineni Srinivasa Reddy, although it was funded by the former.
Reports revealed that Balineni directed the authorities to change the name, saying that he would return the amount spent by the MP for establishing the Covid care centre. If Magunta Covid Care Center is set up at his own expense, he will get a good name. So, the Minister seems to have intervened in this matter.
It was a shame for Magunta Srinivasulu Reddy. His party members know now that their own party leaders are insulting him and they have never seen such a heinous insult in the past.
