Mega Heroes Skip Allu Cinemas Launch, Sushmitha Represents Family

The presence of several Mega family members at Allu Sirish’s wedding recently seemed to put an end to the long-discussed “Allu–Mega rift” rumours. Many members of the extended family were seen celebrating together, sending a positive signal to fans. However, Chiranjeevi could not attend the ceremony due to a health issue, while Pawan Kalyan reportedly skipped it because of personal commitments. Interestingly, Chiranjeevi was said to have attended the wedding of Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna the following day.

Soon after, another major event grabbed attention in Hyderabad. Allu Arjun hosted the grand launch of Allu Cinemas, which is being promoted as a landmark project for Telugu movie exhibition. The highlight of the theatre is said to be Asia’s largest Dolby screen, making it a prestigious addition to the city’s cinema infrastructure.

The event was attended by Revanth Reddy as the chief guest. He appreciated the initiative and said the new theatre complex would add pride to Hyderabad’s film culture. Interestingly, this appearance drew attention because Revanth Reddy had earlier criticized Allu Arjun during the controversy surrounding the Sandhya Theatre incident. Despite that past criticism, he accepted the invitation to inaugurate the theatre, and both leaders were seen sharing a friendly rapport on stage.

However, what surprised many observers was the absence of other prominent Mega family members from the event. Actors such as Chiranjeevi, Pawan Kalyan, Ram Charan, Varun Tej, Sai Dharam Tej, and Nagababu were not present.

Sources close to the family clarified that there was no deliberate boycott. The Mega family was represented at the event by Sushmitha Konidela. According to insiders, the other members were busy with unavoidable professional and personal commitments, which prevented them from attending the inauguration.
