According to Ashwini Dutt, the sequel will focus on three central characters from the first film—Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan. He hinted that the storyline will revolve around the events connected to these characters, who played pivotal roles in the original. Addressing criticism that Kamal Haasan’s role felt underutilized in the first part, the producer assured fans that this will be rectified in the sequel. Kamal’s character will have significantly more screen time and a meatier role in the upcoming film.
