Whether director Parasuram joins hands with Mahesh Babu or not, it looks like his film with Naga Chaitanya, being produced by 14 Reels+ banner is pretty much on. As they are gearing up to go for the shoot very soon, there is a sudden surprise for both Chay and the director, as the producer is said to be insisting on changing heroine.
Though the fact is that Rashmika Mandanna’s two latest movies including Sarileru Neekevvaru and Bheeshma turned out to be smashing hits at the box office, the makers of Chay-Parasuram film are mulling over to replace her. Actually they are said to have paid a whopping advance to dusky siren Pooja Hegde when she did Valmiki movie for them. And now, they want to rope her in for this project too.
While Parasuram is thinking that Rashmika’s lucky charm as they worked on Geetha Govindam earlier will help him, Chay has earlier worked with Pooja in Oka Laila Kosam, which bombed at the box office. While those factors are pushing them for Rashmika, we hear that the producer is insisting on Pooja’s newfound stardom. We have to see what happens.
