Jagan Firm On Getting Raju Disqualified!

It looks like YSRCP president and Andhra Pradesh CM Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy has decided to make all efforts to get his party MP from Narasapuram in West Godavari district Raghurama Krishnam Raju disqualified from his Lok Sabha membership.

Party sources said Jagan has deputed a team of party MPs and senior leaders to New Delhi to meet Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and submit him all the evidences to prove the anti-party activities of Raghurama Krishnam Raju and seek his disqualification.

The delegation, accompanied by senior advocates, would leave for New Delhi from Vijayawada in a special aircraft on Friday morning. Apparently, the Lok Sabha Speaker too have given them appointment for a meeting on Friday afternoon.

They would submit a memorandum along with evidences to the Speaker and ask for Raju’s disqualification. Already, three MPs had met Om Birla and explained to him the developments.

Already, YSRC parliamentary party leader V Vijay Sai Reddy served a notice on Raghurama Krishnam Raju asking why disciplinary action cannot be taken against him for his anti-party activities. Instead of giving him a straight reply, Raju challenged Sai Reddy authority.

He wrote a separate letter to Jagan explaining his stand and defending his comments, but he did not sound apologetic on his anti-party statements.
