‘Naatu Naatu’ Wins Golden Globe! A Milestone In Telugu Cinema!

The much-awaited moment that everyone has been eagerly waiting for finally here. Sending every Indian cinema lover’s heart onto cloud nine, SS Rajamouli and crew made the unbelievable and impossible achievable. The super hit ‘Naatu Naatu’ song won the Best Original Song at the Golden Globe Awards ceremony held at Los Angeles.

As soon as ‘Wednesday’ fame Jenna Ortega read the name in the envelope the entire team of ‘RRR’ jumped in joy and we have seen the joyous smile in each and everyone’s faces. JR NTR, Rajamouli, Charan were all clapping with unlimited excitement while legendary composer MM Keeravani went onto the stage and picked up the award. This wonderful composition from Keeravani has got its recognition on the international stage as well and it is etched in the Telugu cinema history forever.

The lyrics for this song are penned by Chandrabose while Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairavaa has sung it. NTR and Charan danced their hearts out for this high energy song which has choreographed by Prem Rakshith master. Keeravani who has been in the industry for the past 30 years proved once again that he is still a step ahead of the current generation composers.

The entire social media is flooded with congratulatory messages to the team and for the composer. This is the first international award for a Telugu composer. Receiving an award in the middle of such huge Hollywood fraternity including James Cameron, Leonardo and many others is a massive achievement. Rajamouli has now aimed at the Oscars and he toured from Japan to LA along with his heroes Charan and Ram Charan. Rajamouli gave his promise to a foreign reporter that if ‘Naatu Naatu’ wins an award at the Oscars, he would make his two heroes dance on stage and Charan agreed to it as well.
