Veteran actor Sivaji made several noteworthy remarks during the blockbuster success celebrations of Akhil Akkineni’s Lenin in Guntur. With the film emerging as a commercial success at the box office, Sivaji not only praised the team but also shared his vision for the future of the Telugu film industry.

Calling Lenin one of the most memorable films of his career, Sivaji thanked director Murali Kishor Abburu for giving him a powerful role. He also expressed his gratitude to audiences for welcoming him back with immense love after a long break from films.

Speaking about the film’s success, Sivaji said it was driven primarily by its emotionally engaging story. He noted that strong family emotions, relatable characters, and rooted storytelling have always been the foundation of Indian cinema and continue to resonate with audiences regardless of changing trends.

The actor also lauded director Murali Kishor Abburu’s journey, pointing out that he spent several years working as an assistant director before making his directorial debut. Sivaji appreciated the filmmaker for creating a story inspired by real-life people and emotions, adding that such honesty helped Lenin connect with viewers. He expressed hope that Murali Kishor would go on to become one of Telugu cinema’s leading directors in the years to come.

A major talking point from Sivaji’s speech was his appeal for the development of a film industry in Andhra Pradesh. He urged the state government and Minister Kandula Durgesh to allocate around 20 to 30 acres of land to establish film-related infrastructure. According to Sivaji, such an initiative would create employment opportunities for artists, technicians, and aspiring filmmakers from the state while strengthening the regional film ecosystem.

Sivaji also made an interesting observation about Akhil Akkineni’s career, noting that Lenin is the actor’s eighth film. Referring to the number eight as a symbol of perseverance and success, he said that while it often brings challenges, it can also pave the way for remarkable achievements. He concluded his speech by expressing confidence that the success of Lenin marks the beginning of a new chapter in Akhil’s career and wished him even greater success in the future.
