Natural Star Nani, alongside leading lady Sreenidhi Shetty, is currently on a nationwide tour promoting his much-awaited action thriller HIT 3, which is all set to hit screens on May 1st. The film has generated massive buzz and anticipation among audiences, thanks to its gripping premise and high-octane action.

However, the excitement has been deeply overshadowed by a tragic incident in Pahalgam, Kashmir. In a horrifying terrorist attack, over 28 innocent tourists lost their lives. The incident has shaken the nation and left many, including Nani, heartbroken.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter), Nani shared his grief and disbelief. He wrote,
“Three months back we were there. Over 200 people team for almost 20 days. Pahalgam was like a dream. The place, the people and the warmth. Heart broken and speechless. Why?”

Pahalgam held a special place in the making of HIT 3, where Nani and his team spent nearly three weeks filming intense action sequences. In the film, Nani plays Arjun Sarkaar, a courageous police officer who takes on terror networks before being assigned the high-profile HIT case. The parallels between the film’s narrative and this real-life tragedy add a haunting relevance.

While the reel world showcases heroes who fight back, we can only hope that justice is served in the real world too, and that peace prevails once more in the breathtakingly beautiful valley of Kashmir.
