Allu Arjun has hailed Kantara: Chapter 1 as a “mind-blowing film,” giving it a stellar review after watching the latest blockbuster. The Pushpa star revealed that the movie kept him completely captivated from start to finish.
Expressing his admiration for the team behind the film, Allu Arjun wrote, “Kudos to Rishab Shetty garu for a one-man show as writer, director, and actor. He excelled in every craft. Brilliant performances by Rukmini Vasanth, Jayaram, Gulshan Devaiah, and the rest of the cast. Exceptional work by the technicians—especially the music by Ajanessh Loknath, cinematography by Aravind S Kashyap, art direction by Dharani Gange, and stunts by Arjun Raj. Heartfelt congratulations to producer Vijay Kiragandur and the entire Hombale Films team. Honestly, words fall short to describe the experience.”
The film, released in theatres on October 2, 2025, is the latest installment following the first part, which came out in 2022. The original Telugu release was distributed by Geetha Arts, Allu Arjun’s family banner owned by his father, Allu Aravind.
