In recent years, Anirudh Ravichander has become one of the most sought-after music directors in Tollywood, with many fans wishing to see him compose for their favorite stars. His unique style and powerful background scores have created a massive following, especially after delivering memorable albums for legends like Kamal Haasan, Rajinikanth, Vijay, Ajith, and Dhanush.
In Telugu cinema, Anirudh left a lasting impression with his work for Jr. NTR’s Devara Part 1 last year, where his music and background score were widely appreciated. Not just fans, even Jr. NTR might now consider Anirudh his lucky charm, as the composer is reportedly set to work on three of Tarak’s next four films.
It is already confirmed that Jr. NTR will be collaborating with director Trivikram Srinivas for a mythological project, with an official announcement expected soon. Industry sources indicate that Anirudh will be on board to compose music for this highly anticipated film.
If these reports are true, NTR fans have every reason to celebrate. Apart from Devara 2, Anirudh is also likely to compose for NTR’s film with Nelson, as he has scored music for all of Nelson’s previous films. With Trivikram’s project now joining the list, Anirudh may end up being the music director for three of NTR’s four upcoming films, with only the Prashanth Neel project being an exception for now.
Fans are thrilled about this string of collaborations, eagerly expecting Anirudh to deliver chart-topping songs and energetic background scores once again. His contribution to Devara Part 1 played a crucial role in elevating several key moments of the film, often compensating for weaker portions with his brilliant score.
However, there is a flip side that concerns producers and production houses. Anirudh is known for his packed schedule, and one common complaint is his delay in delivering background scores, sometimes missing deadlines due to his workload. Still, directors are willing to accommodate him, knowing the kind of buzz his work generates.
Interestingly, Anirudh was originally supposed to compose for Trivikram and NTR’s earlier collaboration Aravinda Sametha, but he opted out back then. Now, if all goes according to plan, the much-awaited trio of Trivikram, Jr. NTR, and Anirudh is finally coming together for this upcoming venture, which will be produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations.
