The AP CM Jagan Mohan finally gains an advantage in the AP High Court which has been very unlucky for him for the past few months. In the ongoing war between the AP CM Jagan and the AP SEC Chief Nimmagadda, Jagan gains a major advantage with a recent additional affidavit he filed in the AP High Court.
AP government says that the vaccination process is underway by the center and they need the personnel from all departments for this process including the police. We know that this process will begin in two months and that is the time exactly the State Election Commission has decided to conduct the local body polls.
So, the AP government says that public health is the first priority than the elections and made it clear that they can’t held the local body polls in February. The attorney of the SEC said that he need time to file a counterclaim for the additional affidavit filed by the AP government. The tribunal adjourned the case till next Friday.
