Arya’s Bold Statement on Trusting Directors Goes Viral

Kollywood actor Arya, known for his versatility and bold role choices, has once again grabbed attention with his recent comments that are going viral on social media.

During the promotions of his upcoming film Mr. X, Arya opened up about his deep trust in filmmakers. Speaking about acclaimed director Bala, he said he would be ready to play even the role of a donkey in a film if Bala asked him to, without a second thought. His statement has been widely appreciated by fans as a sign of his immense respect and faith in directors.

Arya also spoke about his strong bond with filmmaker Pa. Ranjith. After the success of Sarpatta, the duo is now working together on Vettuvam. Interestingly, Arya revealed that he has not been told the full story of the film yet. According to him, Ranjith jokingly said that if he narrated the story, Arya might refuse the project. Despite that, Arya said he trusts the director’s vision completely and is happy to be part of the film.

He also recalled his intense experience working on Naan Kadavul, one of the most defining films of his career. Arya shared that Bala had asked him to prepare for the Aghori role a month before shooting began, without revealing much about the character or story. Trusting the director fully, he committed to the physically and emotionally demanding role, which later earned him critical acclaim.

Currently, Arya is gearing up for the release of Mr. X, while the much-awaited Sarpatta 2 is also set to begin filming soon. He is reportedly undergoing a physical transformation for the sequel. In addition, he has hinted at a light-hearted romantic comedy in the style of Raja Rani being part of his upcoming lineup.
