Adivi Sesh’s action-packed love thriller Dacoit, directed by Shaneil Deo, is continuing its strong run at the box office. After a solid first week, the film has managed to hold its momentum well into the second week.
In the last 24 hours alone, Dacoit sold around 20.31K tickets, which is an encouraging sign despite fresh releases hitting theatres. The film has now crossed a major milestone, collecting over ₹50 crore worldwide within just 8 days of its release.
What’s even more impressive is that Dacoit continues to remain the top choice among Telugu audiences this week. Advance bookings for the day look promising, and the film is expected to witness an even bigger surge over the weekend, especially on Sunday.
Despite being made on a considerable budget, the makers had already recovered a significant portion through strong non-theatrical deals. With the theatrical run now turning profitable, producer Supriya Yarlagadda is set to enjoy solid gains from the film’s success.
