As of now, it is unclear if Rana will be playing the second male lead role in the Telugu remake of Ayyappanum Koshiyum. Rana is yet to sign the dotted line and the makers are said to be keeping their options open.
As per our well-placed sources, the producers of Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake are now in talks with macho hero, Gopichand.
Gopichand is one of the seasoned actors in Tollywood and he has the right kind of physique to reprise Prithviraj’s role, opine the makers.
Gopichand is yet to take the final call on the project and he is likely to convey his decision in the next few days. Sithara Entertainments are awaiting his response.
Recently, Sagar Chandra, who is directing the project said both the lead characters will have more or less equal prominence.
It needs to be said that the prospect of watching Pawan Kalyan and Gopichand alongside each other is an interesting one. We need to wait and see if this collaboration will materialize.
