It is known that Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao successfully underwent a cataract surgery on Wednesday. There is huge curiosity regarding where the surgery was performed, who was the chief doctor and how the CM is after undergoing the surgery?
These pictures tells us that KCR is all hale and hearty post the operation, which was conducted at the Centre for Sight (CFS) in Delhi. Renowned ophthalmologist and Padma Sri award winner, Dr Sachdeva headed the team of doctors who performed the surgery on KCR’s right eye. Ministers KTR, Harish Rao, MP Kavitha and other family members of the CM were with him during the operation. Immediately after the surgery, KTR took to Twitter to tell the CM’s well-wishers and followers that he was doing fine.
Speaking to media post the operation, Dr. Sachdeva thanked KCR for trusting CFS and undergoing the operation there. He said that the CM would be able to attend his office within a week. He however will stay back in Delhi until the doctors perform the last check up and allow him to go back to Hyderabad.
The surgery had been due for a long time as the TS CM kept on postponing it for various reasons.
