Rishab Shetty’s Kantara: Chapter 1 continues to shine at the Indian box office. On Day 14, the film experienced a minor dip but still managed to rake in over ₹10 crore, maintaining its stronghold.
With these collections, Kantara has surpassed ₹475 crore in net earnings and is poised to enter the ₹500 crore club during its third weekend. The film has shown remarkable consistency in its second week, earning ₹13.35 crore on Monday (Day 12), ₹14.15 crore on Tuesday (Day 13), and ₹10.55 crore on Wednesday (Day 14). Its total net collection now stands at ₹476.45 crore, with a domestic gross of ₹562.21 crore.
Following KGF Chapter 2, this is only the second Kannada film to achieve such a milestone. To enter the Top 10 Indian Grossers of All Time, Kantara: Chapter 1 needs to surpass Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan, which earned ₹543.22 crore net. With just ₹66.78 crore remaining, the target appears well within reach.
If the current momentum continues, Kantara: Chapter 1 is set to rewrite box office history and further cement Rishab Shetty’s position among India’s top filmmakers.
