Fearing coronavirus, Megastar Chiranjeevi had dropped his plans of resuming the shoot of “Acharya”. But his son-in-law Kalyaan Dhev took a daring step to continue the shoot amid the pandemic outbreak.
Kalyaan Dhev resumed the shoot of his current film “Super Machi” in Hyderabad three weeks ago. The makers want to release the film on the OTT platform. Hence, they dared to complete the shoot.
During this entire period, Kalyaan Dhev made sure that he stayed away from his family members. After wrapping up the shoot he went for the corona test and the actor has tested negative.
Both the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh governments gave permission for the resumption of shootings and post-production activities in the Telugu film industry last month but very few movies used this facility.
Puli Vasu is directing this film which is touted to be a wholesome entertainer, while Rizwan is producing it under the banner Rizwan Entertainments.
