Mirai vs Kishkindhapuri Box Office Clash

The Telugu box office is gearing up for an interesting clash on September 12, with Teja Sajja’s Mirai and Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas’s Kishkindhapuri releasing on the same day.

While the lead actors have chosen to remain silent about the face-off, the producers are clearly making their stance felt. Producer Sahu Garapati stirred the pot today by remarking, “Time will tell which film will suffer due to the clash,” indirectly suggesting that Mirai could be at a disadvantage. He expressed strong confidence that Kishkindhapuri, a ghost thriller featuring Bellamkonda and Anupama Parameswaran, will strike the right chord with audiences.

The clash itself was sparked after the makers of Mirai rescheduled their release at the last minute, locking horns with Kishkindhapuri. Sahu’s pointed comments have once again underlined the uneasy relations among Telugu producers when release dates overlap.

For both heroes, the stakes are high. Teja Sajja needs Mirai to solidify his pan-Indian image, while Bellamkonda Sai Srinivas is banking on Kishkindhapuri to deliver a much-needed success and revive his career.
