Babu Likely to Meet Obama Over Dinner
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is expected to meet World’s most powerful person US President Barack Obama on Sunday. Mr Naidu is special invitee to a dinner event hosted by President Pranab Mukherjee at Raj Bhavan tonight. According to reports, Rashtrapati Bhavan sent invitation to Mr Naidu welcoming for the do. Chandrababu, who will be returning to Hyderabad from Davos of Switzerland where he attended World Economic Forum, is going to fly to New Delhi to attend the ‘Dinner with Obama’.
TDP sources confirmed the receipt of invitation from RB Bhavan and stated that Babu would be meeting both Barack Obama and US first lady Michelle Obama. After wrapping up itinerary for the day, the US president couple will visit Rashtrapati Bhavan and going to spend quality time. After the formal meeting, Pranab Mukherjee will host multi-cuisine multi-dish posh dinner to the guests. Although CMs of other states were invited, reports have it that Chandrababu would be meeting with Obama.
Considering Naidu’s track-record of conducting then US President Bill Clinton’s visit to Hyderabad successfully and making Clinton’s address to Information Technology leaders huge success, team Obama agreed for Naidu’s participation. While TDP leaders are delighted over the move, AP Government is making preparations for Chandrababu’s brief discussion with Obama on investments in the new state of AP.
Telangana Deputy CM Rajiah Dismissed
Telangana State’s first Deputy Chief Minister and Minister for Health and Family Welfare T. Rajiah was reportedly sacked following his differences with Chief Minister KCR. According to reports, KCR sent a letter to Governor ESL Narsimhan over dismissal of Rajiah. Governor has approved KCR’s decision. KCR has been reportedly unhappy over Rajiah, due to Rajiah’s failure in controlling the “Swine Flu” and asked him to put in his papers. Adding to this, KCR is irked, extremely angry over Rajiah’s “controversial” press statements.
According to media reports, Warangal MP Kadiyam Srihari would be inducted into KCR’s cabinet. Already KCR made preparations to bring Kadiyam on board and it’s reported that Kadiyam has sworn in as the new minister of state.
Kadiyam Srihari, New Power Minister of Telangana
In a shocking turn of incidents, Warangal MP Kadiyam Srihari sworn in as the new cabinet minister of Telangana. Srihari’s swearing-in ceremony was held in highly secretive manner without revealing this neither to media nor to party cadre. As per a statement released from Ministry of I & B, Kadiyam was inducted into cabinet and he is the new Power Minister of Telangana. Kaidyam is replacing incumbent power minister Dr C. Laxma Reddy.
Dr C. Laxma Reddy will take the reigns as Health Minister as Deputy CM and Health Minister Rajiah was sacked publicly. Chief Minister KCR has taken the sensational decision to sack Rajiah and induct Kadiyam who is representing Member of Parliament. With his induction into state cabinet, Kadiyam has to resign his MP post and contest for Assembly constituency to continue as minister. Hence, by-election seems to be inevitable and hence this is considered as the most stunning decision by KCR in his seven-month ruling.

Nag Feels Connect Between ANR and VBR
Though late Akkineni Nageswara Rao used to be a believer in practicality, his son King Nagarjuna takes the spiritual side.
