Tamannaah Bhatia is perhaps going through the worst phase of her career. Be it Bollywood or Tollywood all her recent movies, nevertheless she can’t be blamed, have tanked. Right from 2012, all her Telugu films Endukante Premanta, Rebel, Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu fared poorly, albeit an exception is Tadakha (Telugu remake of Tamil flick). Veering to Bollywood, all her Hindi films starting from her debut Himmatwala, to Humshakals to Entertainment they are declared as “classic” disasters.

Continuing her flop streak, the most recent “flop” that joined her filmography is Mahesh Babu-starrer Aagadu. Tamannaha’s appearance and acting skills have been criticized by many in the film and many say that she appears “bland” in the film. Although we can’t blame her totally for poorly-etched role, lazily-written script, but she should be blamed for choosing such roles, projects. It’s high time Tammu should swung into action and initiate damage-control steps. Many feel that Aagadu is like “warning bell” for the Happy Days beauty. Time for Tammu to act swiftly.

Ace comedian Brahmanandam is on the verge of setting new record in the history of Indian Cinema. Brahmanandam this year is going to complete his 1000th film and the star comedian is just three movies away to achieve this feat. Brahmi is close to the landmark 1000th film and is all excited. Talking about this, Brahmi openly admitted, “Earlier I had a feeling that I’m the sole responsible for my success which I later realized that without divine support, I’d not have achieved anything in my life. All the credit goes to God. It’s he who made it possible. After my stint as a lecturer in college, I forayed into films and came a long way. I’ve done 997 films so far. Loukyam is my 997th movie. Nothing could have been possible, without God.”

At a time, star heroes like Chiranjeevi and Balakrishna are contemplating to do 150th film and 100th film respectively, Brahmi is close to 1000 films and 1000 is not just a small figure. It’s not exaggerated to say that star heroes, big directors and producers insists on having Brahmi in the film and they believe he is the money minter at Box Office.

Here’s the big news for the year 2014. South Superstar Rajinikanth and Telugu Superstar Mahesh Babu are going to share screen space, according to media reports. Buzz is that Mahesh Babu’s uncle-producer U. Suryanarayana Babu has called on Rajini in Hyderabad very recently and expressed his interest to cast him for a film to which Rajini has given his nod.

Producer Suryanarana, who earlier produced Ram Robert Rahim with Rajinikanth and Mahesh’s father-superstar Krishna, was quoted as saying, “Rajinikanth has given his consent to the film. But he said he will be joining the film only after wrapping up his two-film commitment to Eros International.” Meanwhile, Suryanarayana had already sought Mahesh Babu’s consent before meeting Rajinikanth and of course, Mahesh instantly accepted the proposal.

If all goes well, the biggest multi-starrer ever starring Rajinikanth and Mahesh Babu will begin its shoot by the end of 2015 or in early 2016. Needless to say that it’d be eye-candy to see both the superstars on same screen but one has to wait for two-long years to watch the iconic combination. There is no clue on who is going to direct the two superstars and who will pair up Mahesh and Rajini in the film.

Mahesh Babu was cruising to grab the number one spot before the disaster struck him in the form of 1 Nenokkadine. Mahesh tried something unconventional while he was right on top with a hat-trick of hits. He tried to cover up the loss by doing an out and out commercial film Aagadu.

But sadly this one misfired too. Mahesh did his best in both the films, but the directors have messed up them. Mahesh blindly believed in Sukumar and Srinu Vaitla and did whatever they asked him to do. Sukumar’s out of the box concept coupled with confusing screenplay made 1 Nenokkadine a painful watch for the aam junta. Understandably the film tanked at the box office. Srinu Vaitla took it for granted with Aagadu and made a rehash of Dookudu and Gabbar Singh.

This film has been out rightly rejected by Mahesh fans and others. Mahesh should stop trusting the directors and concentrate upon the scripts. He should give a go ahead to the directors only if he is hundred percent satisfied with the script. Two flops may not affect the stardom of Mahesh, but it is high time for the superstar to pull back the strings and deliver the goods.

Even before one could forget the tragic death of a boy who was mauled by a white Tiger in Delhi zoo two days ago, here is a shocking and weird video that is going viral online. A man had dared tigers by jumping into its enclosure in a Zoo in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh later this year (May 2014). Call it a sheer destiny or luck, he survived and managed to escape without sustaining any injuries after spending a whopping 45 minutes inside the enclosure.

Man, who was said to be in inebriated condition, took off his shirt and jumped into Tigers enclosure which has two tigers (Lav and Kush). He dared the tigers by chasing them and he even entered into its den. He later did meditation taking onlookers by surprise. But luckily, tigers didn’t harm the man.

Police had caught him and booked a case of abatement of suicide against him. The man was later identified as an engineering student of a private engineering college in Indore. His father claimed that the boy was suffering from insomnia. That’s the story folks. 

For any electronic media or entertainment TV channel, the main source of revenue comes from TRP ratings. If that is strong then ads come. But according to a recent study, the TRP ratings in Andhra Pradesh is coming more than TRP ratings in Telangana. It is known that the ad revenue is based on that.

A survey was conducted and it is revealed that Andhra Pradesh is ahead due to its uninterrupted power supply. Very soon, the entire state will become like Mumbai. When there is a power cut, nobody will see television so there is no TRP rating. With this, the companies feel there is no use putting ads and TV revenue will come down.

Owing to the current situation, many channels are going towards Andhra Pradesh to set up their channels. If Telangana state also was like that, it would have been double fetching because of the presence of Hyderabad but unfortunately it is not so and experts say it will take at least another five years before a Telangana person can even think of having nonstop power supply.

Mega Powerstar Ram Charan’s latest family entertainer ‘Govindudu Andarivadele’ which is creatively carved by talented Krishna Vamsi will be releasing on October 1st, 2014. Like he does all the time, producer Ganesh fixed a muhurat for the film’s release. Exactly at 5.18 am (Wednesday early morning), first ever show of GAV will be screened at many centres across Telugu states.

Colorful visuals, heart touching emotions and pleasant nativity portrayed in GAV have multiplied expectations on the movie. Though there were certain apprehensions about Krishna Vamsi’s creative juices earlier, all that negative hype turned positive post the audio release of the movie. In yet another ‘sensational’ development, a veteran Telugu producer who produced movies with Superstars Krishna and Rajnikanth announced a ‘stunning’ news for fans. Veteran producer U Suryanarayana Babu who produced many movies with Krishna and ‘young’ Mahesh confirmed that he is moving pawns to make a new-age movie with the present Superstars of Southern film industries.

Apparently, Suryanarayana Babu is having a close rapport with Rajni from his hey days and then he produced Mahesh’s childhood movies like Sankaravam and Bajar Rowdy as he happens to be Superstar Krishna’s relative. Recently this discontinued producer met Rajnikanth at ‘Lingaa’ shooting spot in Ramoji Film City to wish him formally. Excited meeting his early career’s producer, Rajni asked him to venture into production again and asked him to come up with a script like ‘Annadammula Savaal’ such that he would act in it. That led to the seed of probable Rajni-Mahesh film, a ‘superstar’ multi-starrer.

Surprisingly, Mahesh expressed interest to work with Rajni and now the hunt for script is on. Currently busy with ‘Lingaa’, Rajni has another commitment with Eros Films as he is said to be repaying the loss incurred by ‘Kochadaiyan’. And now that Mahesh is also busy with Koratala Siva’s movie, we could expect this ‘superstar’ multi-starrer in 2015.
