‘Chiru, Vacate House by Tomorrow Else we’ll Lock it ‘
Former Union Tourism Minister, Congress Rajya Sabha MP and Mega Star Chiranjeevi received a stern notice from Union Government asking to vacate the Government Quarters (Bungalow No 17) allotted to him in Akbar Road of New Delhi with immediate effect. The Centre has asked Chiru to move out of the house by Tomorrow (Friday), else it said, “We will throw your luggage onto the streets and will lock the house without any further notice.”
Union Government has pasted notices on the wall of quarters allotted to Chiru when UPA-II was in regime. Although Centre has asked Chiru several times to vacate the house as he is no more Union Minister, Chiru has been dilly dallying on the issue and buying more time. In October, Government has given sharp notices but still Chiru didn’t heed to them.
In fact, he further appealed Union Government to give him more time which was turned down. Perhaps, this is the most “disrespected” notice actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi has ever received as he’s asked to vacate immediately else his things would be thrown out. It’ high time Chiru should vacate the house as it’s been more than six months that Government has changed at Centre. Chiru, are you listening?
Rana and Kajal Aggarwal Together
Lanky actors Rana Daggubati and Kajal Aggarwal are teaming up together for the first time. Well, this interesting combination is certainly raising many eyeballs. However, the blessing in disguise is that they’re not sharing screen space but will together be brand ambassadors for Hyderabad Aces, the Hyderabad franchise of the Champions Tennis League India (CTLI).
As brand ambassadors, Rana and Kajal will have the task of garnering public support for the home team and growing the profile of Tennis particularly among sports loving citizens, according to Hyderabad Aces.
“Rana and Kajal will be involved in a host of activities that will involve interacting with the general public at key locations in Hyderabad and this will be a step closer in creating buzz for Hyderabad Aces,” said a statement released by Hyderabad Aces. Meanwhile, the first match of the city’s favourite team will be played on November 17 in home ground at L B Stadium. Rana and Kajal are expected to present at the venue and cheer, encourage, support their team.
Common High Court here to Stay!
A division bench comprising of Chief Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and Justice Sanjay Kumar from Hyderabad High Court have reportedly declared the Common High Court at Hyderabad would certainly have jurisdiction over the newly formed states of Telangana as well as the residuary state of AP.
While delivering its final verdict on crucial questions raised during the hearing of a contempt case by a single judge immediately after formation of Telangana, the bench has stated that there is no need of administering separate oath by judges. These judges were appointed during erstwhile AP High Court.
They would be discharging their duties as judges of the Common High Court according to AP Reorganisation Act, until the formation of a separate High Court for Andhra Pradesh. And hence both the states would be under the territorial jurisdiction of the common high court. This has reportedly shut the doors over comments that the high court has rights as that of Telangana government.
Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham Revamp of Maska?
According to grapvine, Sai Dharam Tej’s maiden movie Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham is said to be safe bet as the film is loosely based on actor Ram’s Maska. The much-hyped first release of megastar’s kin Sai Dharam Tej is reportedly “revamped” and “rehashed” version of action drama released in 2009. Rumour mill is abuzz that producer Allu Arvind insited a lot of changes in the main plot in order to give it a new look and fresh feel to the audiences.
While Maska has two heroines and revolves around the hero-villain conflict where two heroines happen to be daughters of villain, the makers of PNLJ said to have cut short it to one heroine- Regina Cassandra and the slightly tweaked film’s premise but retained the flavour of the film. We hear that the second half deals with humour and director AS Ravi Kumar Chowdary, producers Bunny Vasu banked on comedy to keep out of the original flair which has mass shades.
“PNLJ is loosely based on actor’s Ram “Maska’ but produer Allu Arvind insisted lot of changes,” revealed a source in the know. While Maska had an average run, it needs to be seen whether PNLJ works or bombs at Box Office. How many changes director Ravikumar Choudary made to make it a money-spinner, we’ll get to know. At times, films with familiar themes have worked at the box office, so Sai can feel safe for now.
TRS hands over heritage to Jagan?
If there has been one issue that the TRS party was able to use to maximum advantage recently, then it was Heritage milk, owned by the TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu and his family. Heritage foods is one of the most prominent suppliers of milk and other dairy products today.
The proceedings of Telangana Assembly were stalled due to the insistence of TDP leaders for the IT minister of Telangana KTR to apologize and also correct the information regarding the ban on Heritage in Kerala which was lifted quickly. However, now with TRS ensuring suspension of TDP MLAs from Assembly, the issue has shifted to Andhra Pradesh.
Jagan’s party YSRCP which is unable to come up with any strong issues to counter TDP has found a new issue. The party has now started taking up the issue of Heritage and alleged illegal activities in a big way in AP. Jagan’s leaders are thankful to TRS for giving them a new issue to fight about! It has to be seen how Naidu and his team is going to tackle this onslaught.

Bunny Follows Pawan Kalyan In Heroines Selection

Sujana Chowdary adopts a Village in Krishna District
TDP MP from AP and the Union Minister for science, technology and earth sciences Y Sujana Chowdary has adopted the village Ponnanur of Krishna district under the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘MP ideal vilage’ (Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana). He pledged to develop this village completely by infusing it with the fine infrastructure and basic facilities.
The village is in the Veerulapadu Mandal of Krishna district, is a poverty-scarred region with around population of 3000 having no facilities like water supply, transport system and even roads are not fully developed. The villagers felt happy over adaptation of their village by the Union Minister hoping to get everything fine hereafter.
