Lavanya Tripathi Opens Up on Second Pregnancy Plans

After establishing herself as a successful commercial heroine with films like Soggade Chinni Nayana, Andala Rakshasi fame Lavanya Tripathi embraced a new chapter in her life by marrying mega hero Varun Tej. The couple tied the knot after a brief period of courtship and later welcomed their baby boy, Vaayu Tej, last year.
Now, opening up about motherhood and future plans, Lavanya shared insights about her first pregnancy and the possibility of a second one during a recent interview with popular anchor Suma Kanakala, while promoting her upcoming film Sathi Leelavathi, which is set to release on March 6.
Reflecting on her experience, Lavanya revealed that she faced several health-related complications during her first pregnancy. Despite the challenges, she expressed immense happiness about embracing motherhood. She mentioned that things are now stable and that the couple would comfortably consider planning for a second child in the future.
The actress also recalled that she continued shooting for Sathi Leelavathi during the first trimester, even after doctors advised caution. The hectic schedule reportedly led to frequent vomiting and migraines. However, Lavanya chose to fulfill her professional commitment and completed the project.
While she intends to continue acting in films, she admitted that leaving her child at home for work sometimes brings a sense of emotional discomfort — a feeling many working mothers can relate to.
Jagan vs Youth Congress: AI Summit Sparks War of Words

Despite the fact that YS Rajasekhar Reddy built his towering political legacy through the Congress party — a legacy that later transitioned to his son — there appears to be visible friction between Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and the grand old national party. Over the years, political observers have often opined that Jagan seems more aligned with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) rather than the Indian National Congress, the very party that laid the foundation for his family’s political rise.
This perception resurfaced recently following an incident at the AI Summit in Delhi, where members of the Indian Youth Congress staged a protest. Reacting strongly, Jagan took to social media and posted:
“Yesterday at the AI Summit, the Youth Congress made us all feel ashamed. Where is our politics heading! No one should ever demean our country. Whatever our political differences may be, we should always present a united face to the world.”
His remarks were widely interpreted as a sharp criticism of Congress, further underlining the widening distance between him and the party once led by his father, Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy.
However, the Indian Youth Congress did not remain silent. In a strong rebuttal, they responded:
“Dear Jagan, Your father, our proud leader Late Shri Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy (YSR), dedicated his life to fighting communal, divisive & compromised forces. We understand you are facing CBI/ED cases, but at the very least, do not let your father’s legacy down so openly.”
The Youth Congress’ response directly hinted that Jagan’s perceived soft stance towards the BJP could be influenced by ongoing investigations involving central agencies such as the CBI and ED — a serious political allegation that questions his political positioning.
With such sharp exchanges now in the public domain, it remains to be seen whether Jagan will respond further or allow the controversy to settle on its own.
Hebah Patel’s Elegant Blue Saree Look Stuns Fans

Hebah Patel may not be part of massive big-budget spectacles at the moment, but she continues to carve a steady and meaningful path with carefully chosen projects. Over the years, she has consciously shifted away from the glamorous image that once defined her early career and embraced roles that demand depth and intensity. Films like Odela Railway Station and The Great Indian Suicide showcased a more layered performer, proving that she is capable of carrying thriller and drama-driven narratives with conviction.
Ever since her breakout success with Kumari 21F, Hebah has evolved significantly as an actress. Today, she stands out as a dependable choice for mid-range projects, bringing both screen presence and emotional strength to her characters.
In her latest photoshoot, Hebah once again demonstrates that her fashion sensibility is as refined as her acting choices. She stuns in a deep royal blue saree adorned with intricate silver embroidery. The ensemble strikes a graceful balance between traditional elegance and contemporary sophistication. The sheer texture of the saree lends a delicate softness to her appearance, while the sleeveless embellished blouse accentuates her poised silhouette.
She complements the outfit with bold oxidized statement earrings that introduce a subtle bohemian flair. Her hair, styled in soft, voluminous waves, frames her face beautifully, and the matte-finish makeup enhances her natural features without overpowering the look. The overall styling reflects confidence, grace, and effortless charm.
On the professional front, Hebah is set to appear next in the upcoming Tamil film Aadya, where she is expected to explore yet another engaging role, continuing her journey of artistic growth.
Nag’s Sankranthi 2027 Film Without Script Yet

Earlier this month, it was officially announced that the Soggade Chinni Nayana franchise will continue, with the next installment slated for release on January 15, 2027, as a Sankranthi special. However, beyond the release date, no major details were revealed.
According to industry sources, the project currently does not have a finalized story or director. The only clear idea so far is that Nagarjuna wants to return to a colorful rural backdrop filled with festive vibes — similar to the atmosphere that worked so well in Soggade Chinni Nayana and Bangarraju.
Director Kalyan Krishna, who helmed the earlier films in the franchise, is reportedly working on a story draft. At the same time, Nagarjuna has also asked Chandoo Mondeti to come up with a script. Chandoo, a known admirer of Nagarjuna, previously directed Savyasachi and Thandel with Naga Chaitanya. Interestingly, Thandel turned out to be one of Naga Chaitanya’s biggest career hits, which has reportedly boosted Nagarjuna’s confidence in the director.
Chandoo was earlier attached to direct Vayuputra, a 3D animated devotional epic based on the life of Lord Hanuman. The project, which was expected to be produced by Sithara Naga Vamsi, was announced soon after the success of Mahavatar Narasimha. However, rumors suggest that the film faced certain hurdles, leaving Chandoo currently free to explore other opportunities.
With competition intensifying for prime festive release windows, especially Sankranthi, it appears that production houses are rushing to lock dates even before finalizing stories or directors. The race to secure the 2027 Sankranthi slot has clearly begun well in advance.
Varalaxmi’s Directorial Debut ‘Saraswathi’ Trailer Out

Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar steps into the director’s chair for the first time with her upcoming film Saraswathi, which promises an emotional drama infused with thrilling moments. The film’s trailer was launched today by Natural Star Nani, generating buzz among fans and cinephiles alike.
The trailer opens with Varalaxmi at a police station, reporting her missing daughter. She recalls dropping her daughter at school, but now the child is nowhere to be found. Running parallel is another storyline featuring Priyamani and Kishore, a couple desperately searching for their missing daughter. The film weaves these narratives together, introducing a range of compelling characters.
Veteran actors Murali Sharma appears as a determined cop, while Prakash Raj and Srikanth Iyengar take on pivotal roles as lawyers. The story escalates as the characters, led by Varalaxmi, Priyamani, and Kishore, go door-to-door seeking help, eventually leading to a gripping legal battle filled with unexpected twists.
In a powerful moment, Varalaxmi’s character acquires a gun and learns to use it, encapsulating the film’s central theme: “Not every woman will be a Saraswathi. If needed, she can turn into a Kali.”
Produced by Varalaxmi Sarathkumar herself along with her sister Pooja under the banner Dosa Diaries, the film also features music scored by Thaman, adding depth to its intense narrative.
Nag Ashwin Eyes Jagadeka Veerudu Sequel

Talented Tollywood director Nag Ashwin has once again caught the industry’s attention. After delivering the classic hit Mahanati, reports suggested that he had pitched a story to megastar Chiranjeevi, though that project never materialized. Some rumors even claimed that Nag Ashwin was considering a sequel to Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, but no updates followed at the time.
The 1990 fantasy entertainer Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari, directed by K. Raghavendra Rao and starring Chiranjeevi and Sridevi, remains a milestone in Telugu cinema. Its story of a celestial maiden descending to Earth and the young man protecting her captured the imagination of audiences and remains iconic.
Building on this backdrop, Nag Ashwin had reportedly prepared a fresh storyline for a sequel, but due to various reasons, the project did not move forward then. Currently, Chiranjeevi is working on the latest fantasy film Vishwambhar, directed by young filmmaker Vashisht. Reports suggest that in Vishwambhar, instead of the celestial maiden coming to Earth, the hero is taken to another planet—the Vishwambhar world. There are also whispers of a subtle tie-in or twist related to Jagadeka Veerudu Athiloka Sundari in the film.
Amid this, Nag Ashwin is said to be actively preparing for his mega movie. He himself revealed that he has not abandoned the idea of a Jagadeka Veerudu sequel and is currently working on the script. Netizens have expressed mixed opinions: some wonder how two different concepts in the same genre will be handled, while others are confident that Nag Ashwin’s ability to creatively handle any genre makes this project promising.
Sarvam AI Launches Indus, India-Focused AI Assistant

Sarvam AI has launched Indus, a new AI assistant designed specifically for Indian users and languages. After unveiling its large language models at the India AI Impact Summit, the Bengaluru-based startup has now made these capabilities accessible through a web and mobile app. Indus first appeared on the Google Play Store on February 19 behind a waiting list, but by February 20, users could sign in via phone number, Google account, or Apple ID to start chatting. The app is currently in beta on Android, iOS, and the web.
The assistant runs on Sarvam’s 105-billion-parameter model, with a smaller 30B variant also introduced at the summit. It is trained in 22 Indian languages and optimized for local context, with knowledge up to June 2025. Indus can handle both text and voice queries across multiple Indian languages. During testing, spoken questions in Hindi, Malayalam, Gujarati, or English were answered in the same language, including spoken replies. Some quirks remain, such as numbers being read in English even when the rest of the response is in another language.
Indus is designed as a productivity assistant rather than a simple Q&A bot. Users can draft and edit documents, upload PDFs and images for analysis, ask questions about uploaded content, generate summaries and explanations, and use agent-like tools to automate tasks. These features support Sarvam’s broader plans, including partnerships with HMD for AI on Nokia feature phones and Bosch for automotive applications.
As a beta release, Indus has some limitations. Users cannot delete chat history except by deleting their account, and there is no option to disable the model’s reasoning mode. While it is not positioned to replace ChatGPT for power users, Indus provides a meaningful option for those who think in Hindi, read in Gujarati, or want an AI that understands the Indian context without extensive explanation.
