Heroine hunt for Gabbar Singh 2 is still on. Makers have not yet finalized the heroine for this film which will go to sets from December. Pawan Kalyan wanted to finish this film in a single schedule and therefore the makers are trying for a relatively fresh heroine or a debutante. They don’t want busy actresses as their tight schedules can hamper the shooting progress.

The talk about friction between Mohan Babu and Chiranjeevi is an age old story and many recall the Vajrotsavam incident to prove their claim. In the recent past, there were few instances when both Chiru and Mohan Babu shared few warm gestures but it looks like the seed of bitterness is still left somewhere.

This was evident during a recent interview that Mohan Babu gave for a TV channel. Sharing his thoughts, Mohan Babu stated “okka cinema hit ayite mukhyamantri…entandi mukhyamantri..adi andarikee saadhyam kaadhu.” He reminded how it was only N T Rama who was able to achieve such a thing.

Referring to Chiru, Mohan Babu said even he is not being cared so who will care about us and added that him and Chiru share good terms.

Prince Mahesh Babu is known as very calm going and friendly person. However even he got furious and angry. This is not due to fans mobbing him for autographs or shaking hands but due to his filmmakers and directors. Mahesh is realised that he lost many important dates due to One-Nenokkadine director Sukumar who without any proper planning failed to complete the film as per schedule.

Mahesh realising his mistake started taking measures for his next project Aagadu. He called and warned director Srinu Vytla to complete the film as per schedule at any cost. Srinu Vytla promised Mahesh that he will complete the film in single schedule. Buzz is the film’s release date would be fixed even before the completion of film shoot. Sources say plans are on to release the film on May 9th, 2014.

One-Nenokkadine stars Kriti Sannon and is slated for release during Sankranthi next year. Aagadu heroine is yet to be finalised.

The film ‘1-Nenokkadine’ is on the floors since a long time but the good news is, it is progressing well towards completion. The makers have targeted January 10th, 2014 for the release date and they are well on schedule. Mahesh Babu is pairing up with Kriti Sanon in the lead.

Now, there is news that this film is going to change Tollywood in a big way. It is heard that the reason this statement is being given by the makers is the special highlight. ‘1-Nenokkadine’ has got some stunning chase sequences which were shot at the Lambeth bridge in London.

Though the director is Sukumar who is famous for his psychological angles and relationship based stories, this time he has got into something which is action oriented. Mahesh would be seen as a rock singer. There are reports that the film will be totally filled with action and chase sequences.

The music is by Devi Sri Prasad and it is produced under the banner of 14 Reels Entertainment. It is heard that even Mahesh was involved in many action sequences which were risky and they came out well. We will know if all this is true or not when the film releases in theatres.

Brahmanandam may be veteran with longest innings but he got the Bolllywood calling only now. Although it is very late, Brahmanandam’s talent is recognized with writer Director Anis Bazmee who saw some of Brahmanandam movies and liked his body language and sought to dub him from Telugu movies to Hindi . He says Brahmanandam’s style of acting and transforming himself into the role with an ease was a great plus point and demand in Hollywood.

So now the maker of Singh is Kinng and Welcome etc is now planning at least five comic scenes of Brahmanandam with super stars Anil Kapur and Nana Patekar for his ‘Welcome back ‘a sequel to Welcome ‘.Anis Bazmee says these sequences will be great comic stoppers of the film.

We are all confident that Brahmanandam will act with ease in Hindi as good as in Telugu that the coming king of Telugu will fare well in Hindi industry too. But all the chances are that Brahmanandam will be the proverbial South Indian like Mehamood and Johny Liver in Bollywood films to mock a ‘Madrasee’.

Nandamuri Balakrishna is a well known actor in Tollywood and many respect him out of fear. The filmnagar circles say there are many heroines who have a sense of tension when Balayya is around due to his seniority and powerful presence. But one heroine seems to have broken that barrier and it is heard that Balayya is full happy with this actress. She is none other than Radhika Apte who is pairing with the Nandamuri star in the film ‘Legend’. Radhika shot to fame with the film ‘Rakta Charitra’.

According to reports, it is heard that Radhika’s professionalism and the way she is handling the scenes with grace has impressed Balayya a lot. So far, his favorite has been Nayantara and he has been recommending her to his films whenever possible. But with Radhika impressing him and the unit members it looks like she might get a flood of chances if ‘Legend’ becomes a hit. The film is directed by Boyapati Srinu and it also has the Bollywood girl Sonal Chauhan as the other heroine.

Nandamuri family heroes always boast about senior NTR and take chance to remember their association with the great actor. In many of their films they make references to his dialogues, songs and even perform to late NTR’s popular scenes. Heroes like Balakrishna, NTR,Tarak, Kalyan Ram, Harikrishna paid their tributes by donning the roles played by sr NTR.

However now Manchu Manoj is insulting all of them by daring to play the role immortalised by NTR but none of the Nandamuri heroes dared to do it. He is playing the role of Bruhannala donned by NTR in Nartanasala. Manoj is playing the role in Manchu family entertainer Pandavulu Pandavulu Tummeda directed by Srivas.

The film directed by Srivas stars Mohan Babu, Vishnu,Manoj, Taneesh, Varun Sandesh with Raveena Tandon, Hansika and Praneetha as heroines. Manoj and Vishnu are producing the film on 24 Frames Film Factory.
