Telangana movement dates back to five decades while Seemandhra movement for United Andhra Pradesh is just months old. Seemandhra leaders were using their money power to fabricate agitation against Telangana formation alleged former minister Mohammad Ali Shabbir Ali.

“As soon as new government of Telangana State would be formed, we will order a probe into all the files cleared by N Kiran Kumar Reddy. He is misusing the CM post clearing the files as per his wishes. A probe would be mad on all the files cleared by him. On Kiran Kumar Reddy forming a new party, I can say that no leader has the stature to revolt against Congress High Command.

Agitators in Samaikhyandhra are receiving huge payments besides arranging of food and accommodation by Seemandhra leaders. These politicians should disclose their sources of funding the agitation in New Delhi. Any attempt to sabotage the Telangana formation process would not be tolerated,” Shabbir Ali warned.

Jagan detained while marching towards parliament

YSR Congress chief Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy was Monday detained along with 19 supporters while they were marching towards parliament protesting the centre’s decision to bifurcate Andhra Pradesh, police said.

Jagan, as he is popularly known, and his supporters were stopped by police at Parliament Street while they were marching from Jantar Mantar in central Delhi. “Reddy, along with his 19 supporters, was detained and taken to the Parliament Street police station. They were later allowed to go,” a police officer said.

Earlier, while staging a protest, Jagan said the chaos in the Lok Sabha was engineered by the Congress party. “Congress engineered the chaos in the house,” he alleged, noting that the person who used pepper spray in parliament – Lagadapati Rajagopal – was a Congress MP.

“Of the MPs suspended, majority of them belong to Seemandhra. Now there is nobody to protest in the house. So, the Congress party plotted it. The only way they could do this is create a scene,” he added. Jagan was also among the 16 members suspended from the Lok Sabha by the speaker.

Superstar Mahesh Babu is going to join both Venky and Pawan for this much anticipated multi-starrer.

However, Mahesh Babu will not be seen in the film. His voice only be heard. The news is that Mahesh is going to lend his voice for the film. This is not first time, Mahesh is doing it. In the past too, Mahesh said narrative track for Pawan Kalyan’s Jalsa directed by Trivikram Srinivas.

Jointly produced by Suresh Productions and Sharrath Marar’s Northstar Entertainment, the movie is likely to be directed by Dolly of Tadakha fame. Tarun charged with rape

Finally, controversial former Editor-in-Chief of Tehelka, Tarun Tejpal, has been charged of rape. In a charge sheet filed by Goa Crime Branch police before First ClassJudicial Magistrate, Panaji, Tarun is charged with rape, sexual harassment and outraging the modesty of his employee and female journalist on two consecutive days in the elevator of a five star hotel in north Goa during the Thinkfest event of the magazine in early November last year.

The 2486 page chargesheet said there is sufficient evidence available in the form of documents, statements and electronic records on record to prove that on November 7 and 8, 2013, victim was raped, sexually harassed, and her modesty outraged by her own employer Tejpal. Meanwhile, Tarun completed 70 days in jail.

PCC chief Botsa Satyanarayana appears to challenge the move of CM Kiran Kumar Reddy to either forming a new party or leading an exodus from the Congress. Botsa is swiftly moving to put a checkmate to Kiran, a loyalist-turned-rebel, who is cocking a snook at party high command.

The PCC chief, on the advise of Congress top brass, is going to convene a meeting of all pro-high command congress leaders at his residence this evening . ‘I want to assess who all want to leave party and who are all with the high command, so that we could lay down our election game plan properly ‘ Botsa confided to close aides.

So now the congress high command has finally driven the CM Kiran to the wall . ‘Let him quit if he wants to quit. But so long as he is in congress party, he has to follow some discipline and decorum. He can not run with hare and shoot it as well ‘ said a senior congress secretary.

Aishwarya Rai set to shake T’wood

Aishwarya Rai is all set to sizzle in Telugu films. She has signed two big-ticket Telugu films on the dotted line. Of course, for heft pay cheques. With one being Mani Ratnam’s film where she will be paired opposite Tollywood Manmadhudu Nagarjuna and shares screen space with Mahesh Babu, the other film is director P.Vasu’s Tamil-Telugu bilingual. Both these films will have a simultaneous release in Telugu.

Going by tinsel town buzz, director Vasu, of Chandramukhi fame, has penned an impressive periodic script for Ash. Tipped to be a female-centric film, Ash essays a mighty role where she will be seen riding horses, doing sword fights. The movie is to be made with animatronics along with high-end visual effects. Tech experts from France are being roped in to design top notch graphics, special effects for this high-budget flick. The yet-to-be-titled film will be shot in the hill stations in North India and in the locales of Cambodia. Ash is likely to undergo special training in stunts for this film. Ramesh, of Global One Studios, is producing this film. The other cast and crew are yet to be finalized.

The cat-eyed beauty is returning to showbiz after her long hiatus due to the birth of baby Aaradhya Bachchan. Well, one is wondering why Ash making her comeback with South. Seemandhra MPs last compromise formula to Sonia?

In what is being considered as a last compromise formula, Union ministers from Seemandhra reportedly said that they would ensure the smooth passage of the Telangana bill in Parliament provided three major amendments are incorporated before Monday.

Interacting with media after a meeting of all Seemandhra Congress MPs, Union Cabinet Minister Kavuri Sambasiva Rao said they wanted the UPA government to declare Hyderabad as a union territory for 10 years, merge Kurnool and Anantapur districts with Telangana. Along with that, they want to add Bhadrachalam division to Seemandhra if it is serious about their cooperation.

He reportedly said that if this Bill is not amended taking these concerns, they will intensify their resistance and will not allow the Bill to be passed in Parliament. Kavuri reportedly declared that bifurcating Andhra Pradesh is a cruel and atrocious idea. He also added that in the absence of the expelled MPs, the ministers would now troop into the well of the House if the government is bent on passing the Telangana Bill.

Aagadu Mega schedule in Bellary!

Superstar Mahesh Babu and Srinu Vaitla’s Aagadu shooting is going on at brisk pace. The movie is currently being shot in a set erected in Annapurna Studios. We are said that the movie unit will be going to Bellary for a mega schedule in March. This schedule will go on for more than 20 days.

Few important scenes, Introduction song and small action bits for introduction song will be canned in this schedule. After this schedule, entire movie talkie part will be completed except for some songs. There are lot of expectations riding on the film as the actor and director duo earlier delivered a blockbuster like Dookudu.

Mahesh Babu and his lady Tamannah will be seen as Police officers in the film and Mahesh will be speaking in Rayalaseema accent in the film in Anantapur backdrop.
