Jagan planning to drag Sonia to court?

YSRCP leader and former MLA Adusumilli Jayaprakash has reportedly announced that he would be approaching court for seeking action against Congress president Sonia Gandhi for residing in India for a decade in the past from 1975-83 without applying for citizenship.

The leader reportedly accused that Sonia married Rajiv Gandhi in the year 1968 and lived with his family in India but didn’t secure the citizenship till 1983 despite being eligible for attaining Indian nationality. Sources say this move from Jayaprakash is actually a thought that has come from Jagan.
The Citizenship Act (Section 5) 1955 states that people who reside in India with valid permission for 8 years are eligible for citizenship. Jayaprakash is demanding prosecution of Sonia Gandhi on grounds of illegally residing in the country! If the petition gets accepted then it is going to be an interesting issue.

With one more tense political day setting for dusk, political circuits are getting heated with interesting updates, making Congress seniors feel the heat. The big discussion is about the first Chief Minister of Telangana state once the Cabinet approves the formation of Telangana no sooner.

As the Congress party is ruling both at State and Centre, there will be a Congress Chief Minister likely for the newly formed state. For that reason, Congress people like Damodara Rajanarasimha, D Srinivas, Jana Reddy and V Hanumantha Rao are trying their level best to bag the CM Post. But here comes the ultimate punch from Telangana Rashtra Samithi president K Chandrasekhar Rao.

Political observers from Delhi are saying that KCR has already sent his terms and conditions regarding merger of TRS into Congress party. KCR has promised earlier that he will make a Dalit person as CM of Telangana, if at all TRS clean sweeps the election in 2014. But now he wants Congress to take front seat and make his son as CM of new state. KCR wants his son, Sircilla MLA K T Ramarao to become the first CM of Telangana such that power will vest with KCR family even after the merger.

And anyway, Congress will win with thumping majority in 2014 in Telangana region and KCR will enjoy fruits for a while like the way Chiru is enjoying after merging PRP into Congress.

However, the Union Tourism minister wants to go to Lok Sabha this time but not Rajya Sabha. Though the company is performing well in Bollywood and Kollywood circles, they are yet to taste profits, or say hits, in their Telugu ventures. After Saleem, Reliance recently invested a lot in Sahasam and the picture bought them breakeven but there is no question of profits. King Nagarjuna’s Bhai happens to be the upcoming venture of Reliance, where the company invested huge. Only if the flick turns out a blockbuster, Reliance could recover all their past investments, say cine analysts.

Coming to Bollywood circuits, Reliance Entertainment is expecting to shatter records through Ram Charan’s debut movie ‘Zanjeer’ and Ranbir Kapoor’s mass extravaganza ‘Besharam’. But in Tollywood, only Nag is their saviour.

‘Dhoom 3’ is the third installment of the ‘Dhoom’ franchise. While John ABraham and Hrithik Roshan played villains in the first two parts, Aamir will be seen as an antagonist in this new version. Katrina Kaif was paired opposite The Perfectionist for the first time and Vijay Acharya directs the film. Abhishek Bachchan and Uday Chopra will be seen in supporting roles. Jagan’s last days in Chanchalaguda Jail ?

Perhaps this could  be  the last fifteen  days  of  YSRC president and YSR son , Jagan  in Chanchalaguda .  He  was remanded  till  August  end by the  CBI yesterday in the  illegal assets case  hoisted  on him in the   August 2011.

CBI sources said they  may  not oppose his  bail  application if  it came up in the  special court  in the next appearance . Our investigation  is  almost complete  and the trial has to commence if  the  defense  is ready . But  we may  again  seek his  custody  for last  time again , but  only  if  we have to file any last  charge sheet . We are not  sure  about  it . CBI says they want   to keep Jagan  auditor Vijai Sai Reddy   longer  in  jail  as he is  crucial  for probe.

Analysts  say that Jagan has  been politically maimed  by  the  congress president  Sonia  Gandhi  for daring  to seek  CM post  held  by his  father YSR who died in an helicopteer crash in  2009 .Since  then  Congress party  had  treated  him with  contempt .After  he resigned from Congress, the party govt had let  loose  the  CBI  and ED on him . While  Sonia  son  in law -Robert Wadra, Akhilesh Yadav wife Dimple  have  been let  off by  CBI  for graver crimes, only Jagan is booked. YSRC leaders and workers  have been waiting for  Jagan’s release to  consolidate  the gains of Sharmilapadayatra  and YSR sympathy.
