However it is not Raviteja’s fault. All boils down to actress Surekha vani’s dialogues in the film. The trailer found Surekha Vani saying “manasu paddanu ante manobhavalu debbatinnayantunnaru’. This seems to be continuation of Denikaina Ready controversy.

Brahmin association president Dronamraju Ravikumar already submitted a request to censor board president Dhanalakshmi asking her to be strict with the filmmakers.

ANR against remake of Devdas

It is a known fact that Akkineni Nageswara Rao attained immense popularity with the film Devdas. The film directed by Vedantam Raghavayya turned ANR into Nata Samrat. Subbaraman’s music,Samudrala’s lyrics and Ghantasala’s songs complimented ANR’s extraordinary acting.

However when the film is all set to complete 50yrs on June 26th, ANR said he is against his superhit Devdas! He says he is against remaking the film by the present filmmakers.

He felt its better not to touch his Devdas! He felt even if someone makes it better than the earlier one, they may not be successful in making a lasting impact.

Secret behind KTR’s meet with CM

TDP leaders Errabelli Dayakara Rao and Motkupalli Narasimhulu questioned Sircilla TRS MLA K T Rama Rao, why he had met the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy.

They alleged that after reports about KTR’s settlements came in the media, TRS leaders sat silently in the Assembly and KTR had met the Chief Minister.

The two had charged KTR of mortgaging the Telangana movement to the Congress party. Challenging the TRS chief KCR and his son KTR to disclose their properties, the TDP leaders said they were ready to disclose their benami properties.

Stating that TDP gave notice for an Adjournment Motion on the illegal settlements of KTR to the Speaker, Motkupalli said the TRS leader literally shivered that a debate on his illegal activities would be held in the House. He alleged that KTR rushed to the Chief Minister and requested him to see that there would not be any discussion on him in the Assembly.

TV artists arrested in sex racket

Mumbai police arrested five high profile call girls from the Lokhandwala area. It is learnt that police found that all the five were TV artistes who acted in several serials. Some of them even acted in Bhojpuri and C Grade films. It is learnt that one of the women even acted as a heroine in some TV serials.

Police arrested these women from a building owned by some government official. It is learnt that the building was rented out to a high profile model. Police who got information that anti-social activities were taking place in Meera Tower plot, raided and arrested the women. They later came to know that the women were TV artistes.

KCR is a cunning jackal

�TRS Chief K Chandrasekhara Rao is not a watchdog for the people of the Telangana region, but a cunning jackal, which devours bodies of people of the region�, the TDP leaders observed.

Speaking at the Assembly media point on Friday, TDP senior leader Revanth Reddy alleged that the TRS was countering the TDP thinking that the facts about them would come to light. He also alleged that KCR was �eating dead bodies� of the youth who committed suicides for Telangana.

Questioning the TRS as to why it failed to suspend the Jubilee Hills constituency in-charge Sathish Reddy, who was cooling his heels in Odisha jail for the past four months, if Sircilla MLA K Tarakarama Rao was honest. He asked whether alleged kidnap of daughters of one Srinivasa Rao was not correct. Instead of giving a rejoinder, why the TRS was trying to attack and threaten the Andhra Jyothy newspaper, he asked.

Revanth Reddy alleged that KCR, who never bothered about suicides of youth for Telangana, was now falling on the feet of Chief Minister N. Kiran Kumar Reddy to protect his son KTR, who had links with the kidnap case and allowed the House to run smoothly. He also asked why the TRS leaders, who kept the �Telangana self-respect at the feet of Kiran Kumar Reddy� were criticizing TDP Chief N Chandrababu Naidu personally. He said it was not correct on the part of the TRS to criticize their party president frequently even as a Judge had given a clean chit to Chandrababu Naidu. He said the TRS was indulging in counter attacks whenever they faced criticism from the other side. He said every one faced inquiry into their activities and TRS Chief KCR was only the person who remained to face an inquiry.

Revanth Reddy alleged that the people of the region would hound KCR like a �mad dog�. He alleged that KCR-sponsored TV Channel and Newspaper were being run with advertisements of Seemandhra capitalists. He also alleged that KCR�s son KTR was also protecting one �Subba Reddy� of Seemandhra region. He also demanded that the State government respond at least now and initiate tough action against KTR.

‘Mayadari Malligadu’ was a super hit movie of Superstar Krishna which was released in the year, 1973. The movie was directed by Adurthi Subbarao. Manjula acted as the heroine of that movie. The movie had some great songs such as ‘Navvuthoo brathakaaliraa thammudoo navvuthoo chaavaliraa’, ‘Mallepandiri needalona jabillee’ etc. However, sudheer babu’s new movie is not a remake of Krishna’s ‘Mayadari Malligadu’. “Except the title, the movie has no similarities with the old movie”, say sources.

Comedy King Allari Naresh�s �Action 3D� is all set for its grand release on the 21st. The movie has been premiered at Prasad Labs and we are bringing you this review after watching the special show. Anil Sunkara is the director and producer of this big budget extravaganza. Sneha Ullal and Neelam Upadhyay are the heroines in this movie. Kick Shyam, Vaibhav and Raju Sundaram are the other lead actors. Let us see how the movie is.

Story :

The film starts off with Posani Krishna Murali and Sunil. Posani is a film director and Sunil is the hero. This is a story that Sunil narrates to Posani. Bava (Allari Naresh), Ajay (Kick Shyam), Shiva (Vaibhav) and Purush (Raju Sundaram) are thick friends. They grow up together and share everything in life. While Bava is an easy going person, Ajay and Shiva are seen as more mature and responsible people. Purush is a comical flirt. Ajay is all set to marry his sweetheart Shruthi (Sheena), so the four friendsdecide to celebrate the last few days of Ajay�s bachelorhood in Goa.

While travelling to the beach paradise, Bava comes across Geetha (Neelam) and instantly falls for her. He starts trying to woo her but is not too successful. Once they reach Goa, the four friends decid to get drunk and have fun. They wake up with a heavy Hangover and all hell breaks loose when they discover that a member is missing from their gang.
As the wedding date approaches, they desperately search for the missing guy. Will they succeed in their efforts? That forms the rest of the story.

Plus Points :

The film has really good 3D effects. There are a number of scenes where viewers will experience high quality 3D sequences and the entire team must be appreciated for having the courage and the conviction to attempt this film.
Allari Naresh is really good in the lead role. He has tried his best to make the comedy work. Kick Shyam and Vaibhav are ok. Raju Sundaram brings a few laughs with his antics and punches. Sudeep is brilliant in a cameo appearance. Sneha Ullal has come up with a very glamorous performance in the film. Neelam Upadhyay is neat and effective.
Brahmanamdam is ok as Magnet Mama. M.S.Narayana entertains with spoofs on Mahesh Babu, Pawan Kalyan and Siddharth. Master Bharath has done a decent job.
Songs have been shot well. �Ding Dong Bell� and �Swathy Muthyapu Jallulalo� have excellent visuals.

Minus Points :

If you have seen �The Hangover�, you will know what will happen in most of the scenes.
The film keeps losing pace at times, especially during the forest episodes and the climax sequences. Some scenes should have been edited out to improve the overall experience.
Some of the comedy sequences appear a little outdated and cliched.

Technical Aspects :

The film�s cinematographer and stereographer need to be appreciated for doing a very fine job with the visuals. Editing could have been a lot better. Sunny�s background score is decent. Dialogues are ok in places but they are not too impressive.

Director Anil Sunkara has done a good job with the visuals and he has taken care of the technical aspects in a proficient manner. But the screenplay and scene development could have been better. Production values are rich.

Verdict :

Action has impressive 3D effects. The film has some good moments and very nice visuals. Allari Naresh, Raju Sundaram and Sneha Ullal are the positive aspects of the film. On the flip side, better screenplay and dialogues would have really helped the movie. Overall, Action 3D can be watched for the sincere effort that went in to the making of TFI�s first true 3D film.

Dharmana, Killi Kruparani are competing for district Congress

After Dharmana Prasada Rao lost his cabinet post, union minister Killi Kruparani appears to be trying to take the district Congress into her hold. She has undertaken a district tour calling it ‘Rahul Sankalp Yatra’ to build up rapport with the people and downsize Dharmana.

Dharmana is reportedly angry with her, for trying to dominate the district politics. He has been in touch with the MLAs of the district to safeguard his own position to get elected to the Assembly in the 2014 elections.

Dharmana so far had a strangle hold on the district Congress politics and he was now rattled, after he lost his post. Added to this, union minister Killi Krupa Rani has started undercutting his influence. This has caused worry to him. This fight between the two leaders would further weaken the Congress, fear district Congress leaders.

Why is Babu saving Kiran?

The YSR Congress Party dashed of a letter to TDP chief N. Chandrababu Naidu on Thursday asking why he was saving the Kiran Kumar Reddy government and released it to the media.

The YSRCP posed some straight questions to Naidu in this open letter. The party asked Naidu to state why Chandrababu, who earlier moved a no-confidence motion against late Dr Y S Rajasekhara Reddy, was now saving the Kiran Kumar Reddy government.

Reminding that Naidu had opposed Kiran as Speaker during the YSR regime, the party questioned why he felt that he (Kiran) was fit to be chief minister. The party also questioned why Naidu was not demanding by-elections for the constituencies of the disqualified MLAs. It also questioned why he was also not demanding the government to hold the local body elections.

YSRCP questioned why TDP was afraid of demanding elections for Municipalities, Mandals, ZPs and Panchayats in that order. The party also questioned why Naidu was saving the government though he was stating that the Chief Minister and his brother were corrupt. “If the Chief Minister and his brother were corrupt, why have you not complaining to the Governor or some other constitutional body”, the party questioned. The letter also questioned why Naidu was not replying to charges being made by the Chief Minister against him. The party also demanded that Chandrababu to state why he was not objecting to the Chief Minister and the PCC chief having their own channels, while he was screaming about Jagan’s newspaper and channel.

Power Star is now Bengal Tiger!

Power Star Pawan Kalyan will start shooting for Gabbar Singh sequel very soon. Many tittles are being considered for this sequel and there is a strong buzz that the tittle might be �Bengal Tiger�. Sources say Pawan Kalyan had himself suggested the title to the director. The movie will not be a remake to Hindi Dabangg 2 but is an entirely a new script. The movie will go on to sets once Pawan Kalyan completes the shooting of Trivikram movie,

Racha fame Sampath Nandi will be wielding megaphone for this movie. Director Sekhar Kammula always in love with his residence colony Padam Rao Nagar. The sensible director earlier erected sets of all his previous films in Padma Rao Nagar itself and yet another huge set has been constructed by Art director Chinna for his latest flick �Anamika�.

Anamika is remake of Bollywood hit Kahaani (2012) that tells the story of a woman�s search for her missing husband in Kolkata city. Nayanatara is playing the lead role. Endemol India is producing the film in Telugu and Tamil in Kammula�s direction and the movie has music composed by MM Keeravani.

Earlier it was announced that Singam will not release as planned and will come to theatres on 12th July. But the latest news is that the film will be coming to theatres as per the earlier plan on 5th July. The makers have confirmed this and there will be no change in this.

The film has Suriya, Anushka and Hansika in the lead roles, with Santhanam, Vivek, Rahman, Danny Sapani and many others in important roles. The film is directed by Hari and has its musical credits to Devi Sri Prasad.Yamudu was highly successful in AP when released. The movie was later remade in Hindi as Singham with Ajay Devgan in the lead role and was a blockbuster there too. Prince Pictures is releasing Singham in Andhra Pradesh.

Nani to romance a fresh face!

Despite the fact Siddharth and Samantha starrer Jabardasth copied basic plot of Band Bajaa Baaraat, YRF is going ahead with the remak and Nani is gearing up to act in the remake. Bollywood leading production house Yash Raj Films (YRF) is foraying into South Indian film industry with this movie which is being made both in Telugu and Tamil with Nani as hero. Shooting will commence shortly.

Newcomer Gokul Krishna is directing the film, while Vani Kapoor is cast opposite Nani in the film. Vani Kapoor is debuting in soon-to-be released Hindi film, Shuddh Desi Romance. Both Nani and Vani Kapoor play the lead pair in Telugu and Tamil languages.
