Even ‘Prema Katha Chithram,’ a pure treatment based hit movie had glimpses of Maruthi’s double meanings here and there. While directing allu sirish, definitely Maruthi has to remember the sentiments of Mega fans. He should focus only on healthy entertainment rather than his regular formula. If Maruthi fails to do so, one man who should bear the brunt will be only and only allu sirish.
Will Maruthi follow sentiments of Mega fans

‘Chennai Express’ trailer out: Will it be a block buster
An expert in making rib-tickling comedies, Rohit Shetty, who has directed fun films like “Golmaal” and “Singham”, has set the story in a south Indian backdrop highlighting their culture, with lead actress Deepika Padukone taking the cake with that typical accent. The actress, who pairs with Shah Rukh Khan for the second time after her 2007 debut movie “Om Shanti Om”, also looks beautiful as a South Indian girl.
Even SRK’s character adds an element of comedy in it and has a lot of action, including flying cars. If in “Jab Tak Hai Jaan” Shah Rukh had to play a character much younger to his age, in this film his character is a 40-year-old guy. In the trailer, the background score sounds powerful and impressive.
The film has been produced by Red Chillies.
Early arrival of CM, Speaker’s to Assembly turns controversial
The TRS and TDP leaders have questioned the arrival of the Chief Minister and Speaker to the assembly almost two hour before the session was scheduled to begin. Both the leaders and also DGP V Dinesh Reddy have reportedly reached the assembly premises at around 7 AM. However, the TRS and TDP leaders alleged that Kiran Kumar Reddy and the Speaker came to the assembly without their regular escort.
Talking to reporters at assembly’s media point, Telugu Desam Telangana Forum convener Errabelli Dayakar Rao sought an explanation from the leaders over their early arrival to the assembly. He also demanded that the Chief Minister explain his stand on the Telangana issue. Stating that Telangana resolution in the assembly would not be sufficient, he demanded that the Centre introduce Telangana Bill in the Parliament and all TDP MPs would vote in favour of it.
Normal life came to a Halt due to “chalo assembly”
The multi-level security cover to prevent the entry of pro-Telangana activists near the State Legislative Assembly crippled the movement of common people in the twin cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad. By setting up over 75 check-posts on the city’s outskirts, the police literally prevented the entry of private vehicles into the city since Thursday itself. Further, the movement of vehicular traffic on city’s roads was made almost impossible by imposing restrictions on almost all main roads. All flyovers too remained shut since last night.
Train and bus services in the region were cancelled and all educational institutions remained closed. Curfew-like situation prevailed on some roads including Tank Bund and Indira Park which had the presence of only security and media personnel.
If permitted, the “chalo assembly” rally activities would have had been limited to a few areas or roads. However, by denying permission, the State Police and government not only caused much inconvenience to the common man, but forced the pro-Telangana activists to spill their protest in different parts of the city.
Despite unprecedented restrictions, some pro-Telangana students, displayed their determination and started coming out on roads, in small groups, since 8 AM, to march towards the Assembly. However, the activists were immediately taken into custody by the police for defying prohibitory orders.
Unfazed by the arrests of hundreds of leaders and activists across Telangana region, the Telangana Political Joint Action Committee had called upon people to gather at Indira Park, for the march. However, police erected barricades on all roads leading towards the Indira Park and even disallowed movement of pedestrians.
With the pro-Telangana groups determined to carry out the proposed agitation, entire Friday is expected to be full of political action, both inside and outside the Legislative Assembly.

Especially, analysts were shocked to see a soft, romantic and logic loving, mind teasing Sukumar suddenly changing the color of his pen to Action and Mass Masala. Christians object scenes in ‘Policegiri’
The NGO, Catholic Secular Forum (CSF), has written to the movie producers and the Censor Board protesting the scantily-clad
Kavitta allegedly performing the item number wearing a rosary with its cross positioned on her belly.
“The community is concerned. The rosary which she is shown wearing around her neck has its cross positioned on her belly ,” CSF general secretary Joseph Dias told.
Terming this as “totally unacceptable,” Dias pointed out that Christians respect the rosary which they use to intercede with Mary, the mother of Jesus, and reflect in prayer on the various stages in the life of Jesus Christ.
He said that the producer of the movie, T.P. Aggarwal, had assured them that the objectionable scenes would not be shown in the movie, due for release July 5. However, Dias said that in case the producer still goes ahead and depicts the scene, the CSF would initiate criminal proceedings against the makers of the movie.
Dias further urged the Censor Board to ensure that the offensive scenes were deleted from the movie before giving it clearance for release. Incidentally, “Policegiri” was among the handful of movies completed by incarcerated Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt before he went to jail to complete his sentence in the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts case last month.
Dias urged the producers and the government to take necessary steps to remove the promo pictures of the item number from the Internet as it hurts the religious sentiments of the entire Christian community globally.

Govt. gives major shock to Raghavendra Rao
When Raghavendra Rao started construction of the mall and the theatre in 2006, the Information and Public Relations department which gave the land, issued notice to him to stop the construction. Raghavendra Rao challenged this in the high court. The high court however rejected his contention. After this, the Hyderabad district collector gave a notice to Raghavendra Rao and in his reply, Raghavendra Rao assured that he would not construct any buildings in the place. Still he went ahead and constructed the mall and the theatre.
Taking serious note of it, the district collector recommended to the Information and Public relations department, that the land be taken back. The department in turn, sent the report to the government, recommending that the land be taken back. This would mean a major problem for Darsakendra as he had constructed the mall and the theatre, borrowing crores of rupees from financial institutions.
