Drunkards always have field day 24/7 thanks to wine shops every nook and corner of the state. They are aware that only during national holidays, elections and special days the shops will be closed. They are aware of the timings that till 10PM shops will be open for them. However on Feb 17th to the shock of many, they found closed wine shops at evening 5 PM itself though there no special occasion associated with it.

Everyone is aware that on that day lot n number of marriages occured and to entertain themseleves in the evening when people queued for bars, much to their disappointment they were closed. Their mind suddenly turned blank even without having a sip of drink.

Later they found out that DGP Dinesh Reddy attended a marriage at a hotel situated at Uppal LB Nagar high way which resulted in police acting in highhanded manner to get into the good books of their boss.

CBN – a Chaar Sau Bees?

However even his detractors will not call him as Chaar Sau Bees or 420 though they hurl even more stronger abuses and acuse him of involving in many scams. Till now his sworn enemies Congress and YSR Congress never indulged in doing so but to the surprise of many his son Lokesh who is giving new look to TDP’s campaign tweeted that those who leave party for greener pasteurs are 420s or Chaar Sau Bees and hurled choicest abuses on them.

TDP’s rivals quickly latched upon the golden opportunity and questioned Lokesh, whether his dad who jumped from Cong to TDP for greener pastuers and became CM of the state by backstabbing father in law NTR is also a 420?.

K.Narayana of CPI who is always media savvy recently went hammer and tongs on TRS party and its chief KCR. He lashed out at him saying KCR is more interested in votes and seats thus increasing his bargaining power rather than realising the dream of people of Telangana making Telangana statehood a reality.

KCR responding to these allegations said TRS was born and bought up to bring telangana and is not interested in seats and votes. He said Narayana has the habit of criticizing everyone for unknown reasons. When media went and asked Narayana for his comments, he shot back whether media is interested in igniting war of words between him and KCR?

Director Gunashekar is known for spending crores of producers’ money for erecting lavish sets. All his films so far have huge sets and this has become more or less a trademark style of Gunashekar. This has also been pointed out by Ram Gopal Varma in the introduction song of his film Katha Screenplay Darsakathvam Appalraju. His Charminar set in Okkadu and Madhura Meenakshi temple in Arjun stood out as biggest sets in Tollywood History. And now Gunashekar is planning to build Kakatiya fort set for his upcoming movie, Rudramma Devi. Art director Thota Tharani is recreating the 13th century Bhagyanagar replica with similar roads, buildings, shops, vehicles with the same atmosphere.

The movie is said to be India’s historical stereoscopic 3D film in which Anushka will play the title role while Rana will play the role of Chalukya Veerabhadrudu, the prince of Nidavardhyapuram (Present Nidadavole). Guna will himself produce the movie and had roped in some top class technicians on to the project. Ilayaraja, the music composer of the movie had already completed the songs composing. The regular shooting of the movie will begin very soon.

Shruti Hassan roped in for Baahubali !

Shruti Hassan who had been very selective in selecting movies after scoring a super hit with Gabbar Singh, had signed her third project in Telugu after the movie. She is now roped in for Rajamouli’s Baahubali besides Prabhas, Rana and Anushka. Rajamouli had been hiring experts to train the cast in martial arts and horse riding. On the other hand, Rajamouli had been moving across the country scouting locations for the movie.

The movie is reportedly the biggest budget movie ever made in Telugu, will go on to sets in April. Anushka will be pairing with Prabhas in this movie for the third time after Billa and Mirchi. This movie will be jointly produced by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under Arka Media banner and will be presented by K Raghavendra Rao. Keeravani will be scoring the music.

Pawan Kalyan’s car chases in Pollachi

The second schedule of Pawan Kalyan-Trivikram’s upcoming untitled movie is currently going on in and around Pollachi. The unit is canning an action sequence on Pawan Kalyan, Samantha and villains under the supervision of fight master Peter Heynes. He had already finished canning a car chasing sequence.

This is also a romantic entertainer mixed with action elements like ‘Jalsa’. Hare Rama Hare Krishna/Toofan/ Sarada are the titles rumoured to be in consideration. Praneetha is another heroine in the film besides Samantha being the main one. BVSN Prasad is producing it on Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra India Pvt Ltd. Bhogavalli Bapineedu and Reliance Entertainments are the co-producers. Music is composed by Devisri Prasad.

Tamannah to pair up with Salman Khan!

Prabhu Deva and Salman Khan have earlier teamed up for ‘Wanted’, the remake of Pokiri and the movie went to become a blockbuster. They are now teaming up for yet another remake of South blockbuster film which will go on the sets soon. As per the Bollywood reports Tamannah has been roped in to play the female lead role opposite Salman Khan.

On the other hand, Tamannah who’s making her Bollywood debut with ‘Himmatwala’ opposite Ajay Devgan has already signed her second film (Heropanti) too which marks the debut of Jackie Shroff’s son Tiger. Tamannah, who was last seen with Pawan Kalyan in Cameraman Ganga tho Ram Babu, will next be seen with Naga Chaitanya in the remake of Tamil super hit Vettai. She had not signed any other project since then.

While BJP right after bomb blasts took out processions indulging in sloganeering in and around Dilshukh Nagar, Cong Party Telangana representatives and rivals of CM kiran instead of siding with the Govt in the hour of need, decided to score brownie points for their personal gains.

Telangana MPs Ponnam Prabhakar, Rajaiah and Vivek, met Azad and told him that the blasts threw a bad light on the working of the Congress government.They alleged that Kiran was using intelligence only to quell the telangana movement rather than for the safety of the people.

People are cursing themselves for electing such shameless people who are playing vote bank politics even on dead bodies.

Iddarammayilatho Release date !

Allu Arjun’s forthcoming film Iddarammayilatho is progressing briskly in Spain. The movie shooting will be almost complete except for some 5 days work by the end of Spain schedule. Producer Bandla Ganesh is gunning a summer release as he’s fast wrapping up the shooting of the film. May 10th is the marked date as of now. So, Iddarammayilatho will now be competing with NTR’s Baadshah, Venky’s Shadow and Nagarjuna’s Greeku Veerudu for a slot of release.

Iddarammayilatho is about an Indian youngster falling in love with two young girls in a foreign country. Major part of the film was filmed in foreign locations as per the script. Devi Sri Prasad who delivered many hits with Bunny will be scoring music for this movie. Ganesh Babu will be producing the movie under Parameswara Arts banner.

Yes you read it right…Ace director Shankar has been longing to work with Superstar Mahesh Babu from a while. He has even approached Mahesh for his previous ‘3 IDIOTS’ remake but unfortunately it didn’t turn up. But, gritty Shankar seems to be undeterred and has even prepared a script for his hero.

Both Shankar and Mahesh are quite busy with their respective projects ‘I’ and Sukumar’s untitled project. Well in this hectic schedule, where do they accommodate this one? Should Shankar be answering it better?

‘Zanjeer’ as ‘RUSTHUM’

Please don’t get confused. They are more or less the same! As you know pretty well, ‘Zanjeer’ is the upcoming bilingual film of Ram Charan, a remake of Amitabh Bachchan’s 1973 super hit ‘Zanjeer’, directed by produced by Apoorva Lakhia featuring Priyanka Chopra. This film is pacing up its production and is heading for a release in the second half of the year..

And now, the makers are planning for a simultaneous release [both in Hindi and Telugu] of this bilingual film. They are looking to go with the same name in Hindi but in Telugu, they are keen upon going with the name ‘RUSTHUM’, yet another hit film of his dad Chiranjeevi [a 1984 release] though titles like ‘Merupu’ were also considered earlier. Looks like his dad Chiru is the lucky mascot for Cherry and fans also don’t seem to miss Chiru because of Cherry!

Of course, this sounds a bit off-beat…come on it’s a Pawan Kalyan film, so it is pretty much obvious. But, the above title isn’t confirmed for any of his film yet but it has been registered very recently by Pawan Kalyan Creative Works Pvt. Ltd.

According to our Filmnagar birdies. Pawan Kalyan Creative Works is Kalyan’s own production house active from ‘Johnny’ times and if everything went well, his recent blockbuster ‘Gabbar Singh’ should have been his own production but the opportunity was grabbed by Bandla Ganesh. Now, this title registration has again brought this production house of his into light and the buzzing has started. Hope and wish Pawan Kalyan makes a public statement about this very soon.

Ok…Krishna Vamsi and Nani are busy wrapping up their film ‘PAISA’ which is captioned ‘11th incarnation’ and on the eve of Nani’s birthday on this 24th Feb, the first look of the film is planned to be released. The film looks promising with a top-notch director like Krishna Vamsi and an A-class actor like Nani romancing a fresh talented face like Catherine Tresa. It is very saddening that terrorists could explode bombs in Hyderabad very easily killing 16 innocent bystanders and injuring a hundred people, some seriously, though Central Government claims to have alerted the State about the possible strike.

While people are trying to reconcile to the disaster, the BJP has called for a State wide bandh. The City and State have just come out of a 2-day Bandh and calling for another bandh on the third day is indeed irrational. Whom does the bandh help? Since almost everybody appears to have ignored the bandh-call, the call benefits nobody. I wish that bandh callers do not devalue it. A successful bandh will cause untold misery to the daily wage earners

According to latest information TTD officials are turning Lord to Business Man and brand ambassador. Sources say Business Tycoon Prithvi Raj who is an ardent devotee of Lord,had a dream in which Lord wished to see his photo in a watch. The very next moment he flew to Switzerland and convinced Century management to come with watches having Lord Balaji’s photos.

TTD EO Subramaniam responding to people worries on TTD giving green signal to century watches, said that Lord doesn’t require any trade mark and any devotee can use Lord’s photos. He even questioned if one goes on opposing all moves then development can not happen.

Whenever any bomb blast happens Govt officials and top politicians come out in open and in their media briefings sing the same tune that the country will not tolerate terrorism and they will be taught a fitting lesson. To the top of it they say country will not be cowed down by terrorists’ ‘Cowardly’ act. When people hear such statements they can not but laugh at the lack of knowledge of the politicians.

Many wonder how come terrorists succeeding in blasting bombs at regular intensity every now and then can be called cowards? Many feel they are not cowards as they are ready to die for the cause they believe whether good or bad. The moment they get orders without any second thoughts they become suicide bombers to carry out blasts.

People are furious and they are saying that it is not terrorists who are cowards but it is our own leaders and Govt who are cowards since they lack the will to act decisively against terror groups for the fear of losing votes.
