K.S.Rama Rao, who was once a star producer for the films like Abhilasha, Challenge, Rakshasudu, Maranamrudamgam, Stuvartupuram police station with Megastar Chiranjeevi. The producer, who didn’t make any films after that with Chiranjeevi, seems like trying to get close again with Chiru family. As part of this, K.S.Rama Rao is going to start a new project with Ram Charan Tej.
It was known that K.L.Narayana has planned for a big budget movie in his banner Durga Arts with Ram Charan under the direction of Boyapati Srinu. As per the industry gossips, this project has now moved into the hands of K.S.Rama Rao. Few industry sources say that K.S.Ramo Rao is taking this prestigious project very seriously and now planning to make it a big budget commercial movie.
Ram Charan is currently busy with V.V.Vinayak’s Nayak and Bollywood debut Zanjeer. If this is true, film may come out in 2014.

Naresh turning Kollywood remake King ?

It seems Allari Naresh is turning into Kollywood remake King. He recently starred in remake of superhi tamil film ‘Tamizh Padam’ and came as ‘Sudigadu’. After tasting success as Sudigadu,Allari Naresh is going to act in another Tamil remake film. “Nadavula konjem pakkatta kaanam” is the Tamil movie which was a decent hit in Tamilnadu. It is the film that Allari Naresh wants to act in its remake in Telugu. Balaji Dharanidharan directed this film while Vijay Sethupathi played the lead role. This movie was based on the real life incident of its Cinematographer, Prem Kumar.
It is all about a young man who lost his memory on the day before of his marriage, which was told in a hilarious way. As per the Tollywood analysts and critics, Allari Naresh is the only one who could fit the bill perfectly. Few industry sources said Allari Naresh who grabbed a hit with a Tamil remake ‘Sudigadu’ is now interested in the remake of “Nadavula konjem pakkatta kaanam”.
The official announcement of this project is not happened yet. Naresh is busy in the filming of “Kevvu keka”. His latest film “Yamuduki mogudu” is all set for its release.

Shriya played a role pairing with a new artist Satya baba in this film. As per the available information, there are few spicy erotic scenes between Shriya and Satya baba in this film. Ace TV anchor Udaya Bhanu is currently working in a film “Madhumathi”, in which she is playing the role of a sex worker. Kadiyam Ramesh is presenting this film under the production of K.Rani Sridhar in the banner ‘Gomathi Art Pictures’. This film is going to sets to shoot its first schedule under the direction of Raj Sridhar. In an arranged press meet, director said that they are going to finish the entire film in a single schedule that spans for 35 days in a stretch. They have planned five songs in the beautiful locations of Meghalaya and Shillong.
“Songs and screenplay will be the highlights of the film”, explained the director and he continued “Udaya Bhanu is playing a versatile role in this film”. “I have been waiting for a different role, where I can show my mettle in acting and dance. I loved the subject Madhumathi, which has lots of freshness in it. This is going to be a very special film in my career”, explained Udhya Bhanu.

Balayya as strict Police Officer

The wait of Balayya fans seem to be nearing completion. The actor’s next project will go on to sets early next year. Nandamuri Natasimham is reportedly  going to be seen in the role of a powerful police officer in his upcoming movie under the direction of Chinni Krishna of Veedu Theda fame. Balayya was last seen in Police get up in his Lakshmi Narasimha movie.

Chinna Krishna earlier worked as VV Vinayak assistant for many of his block buster movies.This project will be produced by Bellamkonda Suresh on his Sri Sai Ganesh movies banner. More details of this project are awaited.

Nagarjuna to romance that TV anchor

Popular TV anchor Uday Bhanu is reportedly going to do an item number in Akkineni Nagarjuna’s forthcoming movie Bhai. Uday Bhanu is a familiar noted personality for various TV programmes has also acted as heroin in few movies before becoming anchor. Currently the shooting of the movie is taking place in Bangkok.

Touted to be a comedy action entertainer, Bhai is directed by Poolarangadu fame Veerabhadram Chowdary. Music Devil Devi Sri Prasad will be rendering music for Nagarjuna’s upcoming movie ‘Bhai’. Devi had previously scored music for Nagarjuna’s Manmadhudu, Mass and King. All of them are musical hits. The movie is produced by Nagarjuna himself under the banner Annapurna Studio. Actress Richa Gangopadhyay is playing the female lead role in the movie.

Sekhar Kammula confirms doing Kahani remake

Vidya Balan’s Super hit blockbuster movie, Kahani will be very soon remade in Telugu and Tamil languages.  Sekhar Kammula will be wielding megaphone for this project. The director is currently in Mumbai to complete the formalities for the remake. The film will have a simultaneously made and will be released in both the languages and Endemol India banner will be producing the movie.

The thriller will reportedly be set in the city of Hyderabad and pre-production work is currently underway. Sekhar Kammula will be making enough changes in the script to suit our nativity. Anushka is rumoured to be playing the lead role in the movie but there is no confirmation over it.

Hyderabad IPL Team named Sun Risers

It was known to our readers that Sun Network of Tamil Nadu had bagged the Hyderabad IPL Franchise in a bidding by BCCI. They have now decided to name it Sun Risers. The franchise earlier was owned by Deccan Chronicle group and was called Deccan Chargers. But BCCI had decided to suspend it after it failed to adhere by the agreement. Deccan Chronicle went to the arbitrator to stall the decision of BCCI but the decision came in favour of the sports authority.

Pepsi won the bid to become the title sponsor of the IPL after DLF ended its contract after five years. On Tuesday, the franchisee’s official twitter account @Sun_IPL wrote: “Our team will be called as ‘Sun Risers’ from #IPL 2013. Spread the word :)”

Ullasamgaa..Utasahamgaa hero is no more

Yasho Sagar who made his debut few years back with Karunakaran’s Ullasamga Utsahamga breathed his last in a road accident in the early hours of Wednesday near Tumakur village in Karnataka state, while he was coming to Hyderabad from Bangalore in his car. The car went out of control and rammed into divider leaving Yaso Sagar and the car driver die on the spot.

Yasho Sagar is son of leading Kannada film producer Somu and his mother hails from Chitoor district.. Sagar’s Mr.Premikudu’ movie is currently on the sets, which would have been his second film in Telugu.

Women’s clothes in Sallu’s bag!!

Salman Khan’s bag had got exchanged with that of a woman at the Hyderabad airport. One of his female fellow passengers travelling in the Mumbai-Hyderabad flight, mistakenly took Salman Khan’s bag, leaving behind her own bag on the conveyer belt. Salman Khan’s team also confused the bag to be Salman’s and opened it to find out women clothing in the bag. In this confusion, the team went about trying to locate the lady and Salman Khan’s luggage. But the lady had already left the premises and so they were unable to trace her.

So they informed the airport authorities about this glitch who were very cordial and helpful. They traced the lady on the basis of the contact details which was found by the airport authorities in the lady’s bag only. She was immediately contacted and asked to come back to the airport while informing her about the whole confusion which had taken place. It took for her a couple of hours to reach the airport and deliver the bag to Salman Khan’s team. The team found all of Salman’s clothes intact in the bag.

Salman Khan was going to Hyderabad to perform at the Hiltex ground. A close source revealed that when the team narrated the incident to Salman Khan, he could not control his laughter.

KCR-Surekha’s suicide war

The war of words between TRS chief K Chandrasekhara Rao and the YSR Congress leader Konda Surekha is going strong. This war of words was initiated when Konda Surekha had stated that only when all the family members of KCR committed suicide will Telangana be formed. To this, KCR replied that if anyone,then it was Surekha who should support Telangana and put an end to her life for the cause.

Surekha is quite unapologetic about this statement and has refused to withdraw any remarks made against KCR. Adding on to the ongoing war, Surekha has accepted the challenge of KCR that she will end her life for the sake of creation of Telangana by committing suicide. But she has kept a condition that KCR should also be prepared to commit suicide with her. Speaking to the media at Warrangal, Surekha informed that they should commit suicide before the all-party meeting is held at Delhi. She also announced that the commission of suicide will happen at Sonia Gandhi’s official residence at 10 Janpath. She also revealed her reason for the venue that she has chosen and that is Sonia Gandhi might announce the Telangana state if she is frightened with these suicides. She also said that she is ready to go to Delhi with KCR whenever KCR decides to go and also asked him to fix the date for the day when they would commit suicide.

She also accused KCR of cashing on the suicides of about 800 students and youngsters who gave up their lives for Telangana, adding that it was because of KCR ad TRS that all these youngsters lost their lives.

But who knew it would be known as the Mecca for movie lovers.It is not only the first-day-first-show movie viewers who land up here but people from Bangalore, Chennai and Kerala also flock this place just to watch their favourite movie on the big screen.In Prasad’smultiplex,which has one of the biggest screens in the world, the number of such people who come from these places count up to around 200, as per the general manager of Prasad’s Multiplex, T Srikanth.The
head of marketing and sales at Prasad’s Multiplex, K Kishan, revealed that they get email with requests that some tickets to be kept aside for them as they will be travelling to Hyderabad just to watch their favourite movie. Even their Facebook page is filled with such requests. In fact, people sent scanned copies of their train or flight tickets as proof of their genuineness.

A movie-fan from Mumbai, Lester Fernandes, who came to Hyderabad to watch The Dark Knight Rises said that the theatre had people from all over the country because the experience of watching a moviein Hyderabad’s big screen in one of its kind. Similar were the views of Ashwin Siddaramaiah, who came from Bangalore, just to watch Avatar. Even for Tollywood movies, there are endless lines and full advance bookings, especially those featuring Mahesh Babu or Pavan Kalyan. The corporate offices also book the whole auditorium for themselves for the much-awaited releases.

The dominance of the single screen theatres have been replaced with multiplexes in the city, which offers additional entertainment like gaming and shopping. This gives additional options and reasons for people to visit these multiplexes.

The Film Nagar Cooperative Housing Society has brought out the scam in the Tollywood industry. Recently an inquiry conducted into the alleged irregularities in the allotment of plots and memberships of the Society and in the line of enquiry are actorturned-realtor Murali Mohan, actor Kaikala Satyanarayana and A Ramesh Prasad, managing director of Prasad Laboratories, former president of
Film Nagar Housing Society V B Rajendra Prasad.

There has been a discrepancy in the allotments of plots. Though the society bylaws allow each member to be allotted only one plot yet some members own more than one , in fact about seven to eightplots, in the names of their family members and even in benami names. T Chinnappa Reddy, one of the members, owns seven plots in the name of his wife, two daughters and mother. He claims to be afilm producer but has not produced a single movie. This proves that even those people were allotted plots who did not belonged to the film industry. Actor Murali Mohan, who also owns Jayabheri Arts Productions, reportedly holds eight plots in the name of his family members by claiming that they are part of Jayabheri Art Productions. All these were revealed in an inquiry report, which added that theprocedures and bylaws had not been followed by the management committee right from the beginning with respect to the allotment of plots and admission of members into the society.

The report also revealed that the plots, which are actually meant to be used for residential purposes ,were being used for commercial purposes. Some members had not constructed their housesafter the allotment of plots despite the society having issued legal notice to these members A high-level inquiry into the issue has been suggested by N Kiranmayee, person in-charge of Film Nagar Cooperative Housing Society and former district cooperative officer of Hyderabad.

Mahesh Babu hurt the feelings of Venki fans

There is a huge applause everywhere for the successful happening of long awaited Mahesh babu and Venkatesh multi starrer ‘Sitamma vakitlo sirimalle chettu’. Keeping their egos aside, the two big stars of Tollywood may bring back the long forgotten grandeur Multi starrer films to Telugu film industry.
 
But in such cases, there is enough scope for the fans to get hurt their feelings, in backing up their stars. Similar incident happened in the audio launch of SVSC. Venkatesh fans got hurt by Mahesh babu. At the end of the audio function, venkatesh fans came with a gigantic garland to felicitate both the stars on the dais. But Mahesh refused this act saying he doesn’t like these kinds of things, which is true. Knowing their hero completely, Mahesh fans did not try any such felicitations. But it was heard that venki’s fans got hurt.
 
But the disappointed fans should know the interests of stars first before making a move in such public events.

Who is listening to Pawan Kalyan’s scripts?

Answer is Trivikram Srinivas. Pawan Kalyan is a star who has a very limited circle of friends. Now the star director Trivikram is the thickest friend, mentor and is even more than that to Pawan now. If anybody wants to narrate a story or any producer who wants to meet Pawan Kalyan, he has to get the blessings of Trivikram first. The stories will reach Pawan Kalyan only after being filtered by Trivikram. Unless Trivkram okies the scripts, they won’t reach Pawan. But being a director himself, Trivikram should face the question of genuineness in selecting the scripts and in finding flaws and loopholes, appealed few industry people who wants to meet Pawan.
 
Trivkram’s role in Pawan’s life is not just restricted to selection of scripts, as per the talk in industry, Trivkram is as important as the astrologer Satyanarayana Chowdary was once to Balakrishna. Now power star has given more power to Trivkram.
 
Adding more drama to it, pawan is blindly following Trivkram’s instrucitons like a kid to his drill master. Pawan is even offering prayers and rituals as per the suggestions of Trivikram.

Gautam Menon as part of promotion for his latest romantic flick ‘Yeto vellipoyindhi manasu’, once told to a channel that he is interested to work with Nani again, if Nani is ok with him. “We just need camera to capture Nani” praised Gautam Menon.
 
Another interesting expression from Gautam Menon is that he is planning to make a multi starrer film. He revealed his idea in a recent interview given to a news channel, as the spree of multi starrer films has started again now-a-days. Gautam menon answered the question “With whom you are planning a Multistarrer?” as follows “Nani and AlluArjun, trilingual love-action film”.

Now this young director made Super star Mahesh babu who is playing the role of ‘chinnodu’ as the brother of Venkatesh to use this slang in his new multi starrer film ‘Seethamma vakitlo sirimalle chettu’. Mahesh babu himself revealed this matter in the audio launch of SVSC. ‘Nannu confuse cheyoddu, confusion lo ekkuva kottesta’ this is a sample for the kind of punch dialogues that Mahesh used to say in his films. But it will be very interesting to see Mahesh delivering dialogues in the Godavari slang. It would be a celebration to Mahesh fans said few industry critics and analysts. Sharmila meets Jagan in wheelchair

Sharmila went to the Chanchalguda jail in a wheelchair and met her brother Y S Jaganmohan Reddy during the Mulakhat time on Tuesday morning. Brother Anil Kumar was with her. Prison authorities gave half-an-hour time for her to talk to Jagan.

It may be recalled that Sharmila was advised rest because of an injury she sustained during her ‘Maro Praja Prastanam’ pada yatra in the Ranga Reddy district a few days ago. Though she wanted to resume her yatra on Monday, doctors advised her against it, as she needed surgery for the knee injury she sustained when she fell down from her vehicle. They also told her that she would have to take rest for 3 weeks after the surgery on Wednesday. Dr. Somasekhara Reddy has said that they would perform keyhole surgery on her knee. It is learnt that Sharmila would undergo surgery either in the Apollo hospital in Jubilee Hills or some other corporate hospital in the city.

How can Jagan indulge in misuse of power?

The Adjudicating Authority of the Prevention of Money Laundering (PML) act has questioned the Enforcement Directorate, how it could charge Y S Jaganmohan Reddy of misuse of power as he was in no official position at the time when the offences were stated to have been committed.
P K Misra, Chairman of the Adjudicating Authority has questioned the ED how it made provisions of the Anti Corruption Act applicable to Jagan when he was not a public servant. The chairman told the ED that he would hold final hearing on the matter on December 26 and asked the ED to give its explanation by then.

Hearing on the attachment of properties by the ED in connection with the investments in Jagan’s companies started before the Adjudicating Authority on Monday. Jagati Publications and Janani Infra have sought some more time for filing their counters. The Authory heard the arguments of Aurobindo Pharma and Hetero Chemicals which invested in Jagan’s companies. Chairman Misra has questioned the ED authorities about the evidence they have, to show that investments into Jagan’s companies were kickbacks. Misra has taken a serious note of the absence of a lawyer of the ED at the time of the hearing. He said he would not take lightly, if the ED adopts the same attitude during final hearing.

Mopidevi gets bail for Sabarimalai visit

The CBI court has given interim bail to former minister Mopidevi Venkata Ramana for making pilgrimage to Sabarimalai.

The court has given him permission to visit Sabarimalai from December 24 to January 2.

It may be recalled that Mopidevi who was arrested in connection with the Vanpic case, has urged the court to give him interim bail as he has been visiting the shrine for the last 19 years. After considering the request, the CBI court has granted him bail on Tuesday.

YSRC, TRS activists clash

Tension prevailed in Warangal town on Tuesday as the activists of the Telangana Rashtra Samithi and YSR Congress Party clashed with each other.

Enraged over burning of their party leader Konda Surekha in effigy, the YSRCP activists tried to burn an effigy of TRS supremo K Chandrasekhara Rao at the TRS Bhavan, to which the TRS workers protested. The two groups pelted stones at each other. As the situation was going out of control, the police intervened and caned both the groups and dispersed them. Police brought additional forces and brought the situation under control. Several activists of both the parties were taken into custody.

In the stone pelting incident, window panes of several cars were destroyed. Stones also hit the glass panes of shops near the TRS office.

In Hyderabad, YSRCP activists have burnt an effigy of KCR at the TRS office. Police have taken several activists into custody to prevent escalation of violence.
