KRK Detained by Mumbai Police in Andheri Firing Case
Controversial self-styled film critic and actor Kamaal Rashid Khan, popularly known as KRK, was detained by Mumbai Police late on Friday night in connection with an alleged gun-firing incident that occurred on January 18 in Andheri’s Oshiwara area.
According to police officials and media reports, two rounds were fired from a licensed firearm at a residential building in Nalanda Society. The bullets were recovered from the second and fourth floors of the building, with the affected flats belonging to a writer-director and a model. Following a complaint filed by the residents, the Oshiwara Police launched an investigation into the incident.
A forensic examination revealed that the bullets were fired from KRK’s bungalow located near the society. Based on this evidence, the police detained Khan for questioning.
