Pragya Jaiswal Turns Heads in a Bold Green Ensemble

Pragya Jaiswal makes a powerful style statement in a green bralette paired with a flowing long skirt, effortlessly showcasing her chiselled physique. The ensemble strikes a refined balance between structure and softness, resulting in a look that feels both contemporary and commanding.
Her confident, bold poses amplify the visual impact, with clean lines and strong posture adding depth and drama to every frame. The rich green hue complements her skin tone beautifully, while minimal accessories ensure the focus remains on the silhouette and the outfit’s sculpted elegance.
This appearance further reinforces Pragya’s fearless fashion identity—unapologetic, poised, and camera-conscious. Blending grace with strength, she proves that modern glamour is driven as much by attitude as by attire, transforming a striking ensemble into a memorable fashion moment that lingers well beyond the lens.
Can Dhurandhar 2 Match the Impact Without Akshaye Khanna?

Dhurandhar, one of the biggest blockbusters of 2025, owes a large part of its success to Akshaye Khanna’s commanding performance as Rehman Baloch, popularly known as Rehman Dakait. His portrayal of the feared yet charismatic outlaw added a layer of gravitas that elevated the film beyond a routine action drama. By bringing both menace and depth to the role, Akshaye transformed the antagonist into a truly memorable cinematic figure.
However, the character’s death in the climax—closely mirroring real-life events in which Rehman Baloch was eliminated by SP Chaudhry Aslam Khan, portrayed by Sanjay Dutt—poses a significant creative challenge for Dhurandhar 2. The biggest strength of the first film, Akshaye Khanna’s magnetic screen presence, cannot be carried forward into the sequel.
This naturally raises questions about what will anchor audience engagement in the second installment. According to industry buzz, the makers plan to shift the narrative focus toward the protagonist, played by Ranveer Singh, delving deeper into his backstory and the personal and political motivations behind his vendetta against Pakistan. This direction opens up strong storytelling possibilities, allowing the sequel to explore emotional depth, political tension, and psychological complexity.
There is little doubt that Dhurandhar 2 will open to impressive numbers, driven by the franchise’s brand value and audience curiosity. However, its long-term success will depend on how convincingly it reinvents its emotional and dramatic core in the absence of its iconic antagonist.
Adding to the excitement, Bollywood media reports suggest that Vicky Kaushal may be playing a pivotal role in the sequel. After the massive success of Chhaava, Vicky’s growing fan base could significantly boost the film’s appeal if these reports are confirmed.
Additionally, expectations are high for another chart-topping track like “Fa9la” by Flipperachi, which played a key role in sustaining audience engagement and social media buzz for the first film. With director Aditya Dhar keeping his cards close to the chest, it remains to be seen how Dhurandhar 2 shapes up as it gears up for its theatrical release.

AR Murugadoss Struggles to Land Big Telugu Projects

Back in the days of Ghajini and Stalin, A.R. Murugadoss was one of the most sought-after directors in Telugu cinema and Kollywood, with big stars lining up to work with him. However, recent developments suggest that the celebrated filmmaker might be experiencing a slowdown in his career.
After watching the mixed responses to Salman Khan’s Sikander and Sivakarthikeyan’s Madhrasi, many industry insiders feel that Murugadoss is not commanding the same box office pull as before. Reports indicate that he has been trying to secure dates with top Telugu stars, including Allu Arjun and Ram Charan, but these projects have failed to materialize. Despite backing from major production houses, Murugadoss’ scripts reportedly failed to excite the actors, leading to polite declines.
The latest buzz from Kollywood reveals that Murugadoss recently narrated a story to Tamil star Simbhu, who is currently facing his own box office challenges. However, Simbhu is busy with Vetrimaran’s upcoming film and another project. He may consider Murugadoss’ film only after completing these commitments.
Meanwhile, Murugadoss is reportedly producing two smaller films, following the pattern of projects like Raja Rani, Akira, and Rangoon, indicating his continued interest in backing fresh ventures despite the hurdles in his directorial career.

In a recent podcast interview, Nidhhi revealed her love for children and her dream of having four kids once she gets married. “I love kids and always think about them. Nidhhi also shared her close bond with her younger sister, who is seven years her junior. “After I was born, my parents never thought of having another child. Homebound Misses Final Five at Oscars 2026

India’s long-standing dream of winning the prestigious Oscars’ “Black Lady” has suffered another setback. Just ahead of the final stage of nominations for the 2026 Academy Awards, India’s lone contender Homebound failed to make it into the final five in the Best International Feature Film category, which was officially announced by the Academy a short while ago.
Directed by Neeraj Ghaywan and produced by Dharma Productions, Homebound starred Vishal Jethwa and Ishaan Khatter in lead roles. The film was India’s official submission this year and had generated considerable optimism after advancing to the top 15 shortlist. This marked a rare moment of hope for Indian cinema, as Homebound became the first Indian film since Aamir Khan’s Lagaan to reach this advanced stage in the category formerly known as Best Foreign Language Film.
However, the journey ended just before the final lap. The Academy ultimately shortlisted five films: The Secret Agent (Brazil), It Was Just an Accident (France), Sentimental Value (Norway), Sirat (Spain), and The Voice of Hind Rajab (Tunisia), leaving Homebound out of the race.
Homebound is inspired by a New York Times article and follows the story of two childhood friends, Shoaib and Chandan, played by Ishaan Khatter and Vishal Jethwa. Set against the backdrop of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, the film explores their struggle to crack the national police examination, driven by the belief that a government job would earn them dignity, respect, and social recognition.
While Indian cinema has tasted Oscar glory in recent years — with SS Rajamouli’s RRR winning Best Original Song for “Naatu Naatu” in 2023 and The Elephant Whisperers bagging Best Documentary Short in the same year — the wait for a Best Film or Best International Feature Film win continues. No Indian film has yet achieved that milestone.
The final winners of the 98th Academy Awards will be announced on March 15 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles. For Indian film lovers, the painful wait for history to be made goes on.
Davos Speech Revives Chandrababu’s Self-Credit Controversy

Chandrababu Naidu appears to be repeating his familiar self-boasting narrative even at the Davos summit. In his latest remarks, he claimed that he is the primary reason many Telugu people are working in Europe. This statement has once again triggered criticism and ridicule online.
Earlier too, Naidu had made sweeping claims that he single-handedly built Hyderabad, developed Hitech City, constructed the international airport, and laid major roads. However, several leaders, including Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, have already clarified on public platforms that most of these developments took place during Congress rule and were not exclusive contributions of Chandrababu Naidu.
Despite repeated fact-checks and counter-arguments, Naidu continues with unchecked self-praise. Critics feel he believes that neither party cadres nor friendly media can sell exaggerated narratives as effectively as he can himself. As a result, he keeps pushing grand claims, which are increasingly being viewed as tiring and irritating rather than impressive.
On social media, people are now openly questioning his statements. Many argue that it was their parents’ sacrifices, hard work, and personal merit — not any politician — that enabled them to study, work, and settle in Europe. History clearly shows that Telugu engineers went abroad due to their talent, education, and perseverance, not because of political patronage.
It is also pointed out that even before state bifurcation, many students studied outside Andhra Pradesh because of the limited number of quality engineering colleges. Ironically, during Chandrababu Naidu’s tenure, a large number of sub-standard private engineering colleges were permitted, leading to a decline in education quality and leaving many graduates jobless.
As a senior politician with decades of experience and a national-level image, Chandrababu Naidu is expected to act with restraint. Political observers believe that if he continues to take excessive and questionable credit, public amusement could soon turn into reputational damage.
