James Cameron on Ram Charan: Chiru is a proud dad
It is known that legendary Hollywood filmmaker James Cameron had recently mentioned that the character arc of Ram Charan in RRR is outstanding.
Cameron’s comment had been going viral on social media and the fact that Charan shot to a range where an all time legend is talking about his work has been a point of discussion of late.
Now, megastar Chiranjeevi himself has tweeted about the glorious incident and here’s what he had to say about the same.
“Sir @JimCameron an acknowledgement of his character in #RRR from a Global Icon & Cinematic Genius like you is no less than an Oscar itself! It’s a great honor for @AlwaysRamCharan As a father I feel proud of how far he’s come. Ur compliment is a blessing for his future endeavours” Chiru tweeted a short while back.

‘Puli Meka’ Teaser: Filled With A Lot Of Mystery & Thrills!
Mega Power Star Ram Charan has unveiled the teaser of the thriller web-series ‘Puli Meka’ which will be streamed on ZEE5. Kona Venkat has conceived and created this project which has Lavanya Tripathi and Aadi Saikumar playing the lead roles.
A monster is on the loose in the city, killing one person after another. The mystery serial killer disguises himself as an animal and operates at night times. The police department is on the edge at a time when residents are frightened to the hilt. The tension is built effectively. We see Lavanya Tripathi enter the screen in the role of a no-nonsense investigator who wants to solve the case at the earliest. Suman plays a top cop while Aadi Saikumar plays an occasionally flirtatious and otherwise serious-minded forensic analyst who teams up with the SIT led by Lavanya’s character.
The team seems to have written impressive characterizations and situations laced with occasional humour. Astrology is an important ingredient in the story, something the teaser doesn’t reveal for now. K Chakravarthy Reddy directed this series which will be coming out on 24th February. Apart from Lavanya and Aadi, Goparaju, Raja, Siri Hanmanth, Srinivas and Spandhana Palli played major roles. Ram K Mahesh is the cinematographer while Kona Venkat and Venkatesh Kilaru penned the story. Neeraja Kona is the costume designer while Brahma Kadali is the production designer.

It’s Official! ‘Project K’ Arriving For Pongal!
Ever since the movie was announced, there were heavy expectations on ‘Project K’. Nag Ashwin who made memorable movies like ‘Mahanati’ and ‘Evade Subramanyam’ decided to make something gigantic this time. As everyone is aware by now, this is a science fiction film based on the concept of time traveling. People are very curious to find out what to expect from this film. Sources say that it is a futuristic fictional film that is set in the backdrop of the third world war.
After releasing a special video titled ‘From Skratch’, the team released some interesting posters as well which increased the buzz on the movie. On the occasion of Maha Shivaratri, the team released an amazing poster announcing the release date. This crazy project will be hitting the big screens worldwide on 12th January 2024. We can see a futuristic backdrop in the poster which reminds people of ‘Sky Wars’ and other Hollywood flicks. There are three armed men pointing their weapons towards a huge hand. Nag Ashwin managed to create a lot of curiosity with this poster and it is written ‘The World Is Waiting’ which adds to the hype even more.
As we know, Amitabh Bachchan and Deepika Padukone are playing key characters in this film while Prabhas is the lead. The team is working hard to see that there are no leaked photos or videos coming out of it. Apart from this film, Prabhas is working on multiple movies. His ‘Adipurush’ is expected to release in June while ‘Salaar’ is currently in the last leg of its production according to reports. The makers announced that it will hit the screens on September 28th but it may change.
On the other hand, he is also doing a horror comedy with Maruti and it is titled ‘Raja Deluxe’. The release date is yet to be given and his project with Sandeep Reddy Vanga is expected to start at the end of 2024. It is titled ‘Spirit’ and there is talk that he may team up with ‘Pathaan’ and ‘War’ director Siddharth Anand.
Proud Father KTR Is Excited For His Multi Talented Son!

No Updates About Naga Chaitanya’s ‘Dhootha’!
Young hero Akkineni Naga Chaitanya is currently busy with ‘Custody’. He teamed up with Tamil director Venkat Prabhu and the constant updates from the movie’s unit has created a lot of curiosity over the project. Krithi Shetty is the heroine while Naga Chaitanya will be seen as a police officer.
Naga Chaitanya arrived with ‘Thank You’ in 2022 and the movie ended up as a disaster at the box office. His maiden Hindi film ‘Laal Singh Chadda’ too ended up disappointing the audience and he is completely focused on his movie ‘Custody’. In the meanwhile, people are curious to know what happened with his web series ‘Dhootha’.
This horror web series was announced long back and the teaser also came out. Many expected this web series to release on Amazon Prime Video long back but it did not happen. Directed by his ‘Manam’ and ‘Thank You’ maker Vikram Kumar, ‘Dhootha’ is reportedly kept on hold. Amazon Prime officials are quite particular on the quality of the content and there will be a lot of reshoots, re-editing and changes in the script if they feel that it is necessary. We are not sure what is the exact reason behind stopping this project from releasing.
Even ‘Rana Naidu’ which was kept on hold for a long time by Netflix is coming on March 10th but there is no update about ‘Dhootha’ and fans are very upset about it. People are wondering about Vikram Kumar as well because the talented writer who disappointed everyone with ‘Thank You’ is yet to announce his next. We need to see where he gets the next opportunity from.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga Makes An Interesting Comment On ‘Spirit’!
Sandeep Reddy Vanga is one director who made waves in the film industry with one single film. His ‘Arjun Reddy’ turned out to be a path-breaking film in Tollywood and he remade it in Bollywood as ‘Kabir Singh’ which earned around 300 crores. OTT & Satellite Rights Of ‘Sir’ Sold For High Rates!
Versatile actor Dhanush’s bilingual movie ‘Sir’ has arrived in theatres and it is running successfully. The Tamil star hero owns a good fanbase in the Telugu states because of his previous movies like ‘3’, ‘Raghuvaran Btech’, ‘Maari’ and others. Written and directed by Venky Atluri, this movie came with good expectations and it looks like the movie is going to do decently at the box office. This is Dhanush’s first straight Telugu movie and it is produced under Sitara Entertainments and Fortune 4 Cinemas banners.
Thanks to the high buzz on this film both in Telugu and Tamil, the satellite and digital rights of this movie were sold for fancy rates. Gemini TV got the hold of satellite rights while it is Netflix who bought the OTT rights for a huge rate. Seven Screen Studios banner is releasing this movie in theatres in Tamil Nadu and the theatrical rights were reportedly sold for a whopping craze due to Dhanush’s immense craze.
Dhanush will be seen as a junior lecturer in this movie and there is no need to talk about his phenomenal acting skills. He has a charm and unique screen presence which will make you connect with him instantly. This movie is about the fight against the corrupt education system which is taking away the right to education far away from the middle class and the poor.
Samyuktha Menon is the heroine in this movie. Sai Kumar, Tanikella Bharani, Samuthirakani, Thotapalli Madhu, Narra Srinivas, Pammi Sai, Hyper Aadhi, Shara, Aadukalam Naren, Ilavarasu, Motta Rajendran, Hareesh Peradi and Praveena too play key roles this flick. Yuvraj is the cinematographer while Navin Nooli is the editor. Avinash Kolla is the production designer and Venkat handled the action choreography. GV Prakash Kumar composed the music.
