Shooting schedule ready for NTR30?
The makers of Jr NTR’s NTR30 are taking forever to commence shooting for the project but the stage finally looks set for the commencement of the shoot now.
As per the latest updates, the shooting for NTR30 is likely to commence on the 20th of March and the opening schedule could taking place at Shamshabad. An action sequence is to be shot here.
The forthcoming schedule will be in Goa where a key set of sequences will be shot.
The plan is to complete shooting for this film by the end of this year and then start Prashanth Neel’s film from this September. Related arrangements are underway now.
This project is already announced for release next April so the shooting schedules will have to start soon.
I’ve Seen Worse These 7-8 Months: Samantha
Star actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu seems to be free from her health issues as she is back to work again. She is promoting her upcoming films, doing regular photoshoots, posting workout videos and taking part in the shooting of her ongoing projects.
As we know, the first look of her character from the Indian adaptation of ‘Citadel’ got a good response and she recently posted a couple of pictures where she is seen having a fun conversation with the team. Along with it, she came up with a message which explains her struggles in the past couple of months.
She said, “Take a deep breath papa. I promise you, it’s gonna be ok soon. You’ve seen far worse days in these 7-8 months and you got through them. Never forget that. And remember how you got through them. You stopped thinking, you distracted yourself, you put one foot in front of the other and walked… you got the job done. It’s incredible how you did it. I am so frikkin proud of how you kept doing it. And you should be proud of yourself too. You’re strong.”
A lot of celebrities posted heart emojis for this post and showcased their love and support to the star actress. She will soon join the shoot of ‘Khushi’ which is produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Shiva Nirvana is the writer and director of this film. Hesham Abdul Wahab is the music composer. G Murali is the cinematographer and Prawin Pudi is the editor. Remunerations of Vijay & Ajith Shocking Everyone!
Currently, a lot of star heroes in South India are trying to establish themselves as pan-Indian heroes. Due to this, they have hiked the remunerations they receive for every film. The Telugu stars are already charging 80-100 crores per film according to reports. Grapevine suggests that Prabhas is the hero with the highest remuneration in the country right now.
There is a talk that he is getting around 150 crores per film and other big names like Mahesh Babu, Charan, and NTR are getting 100 crores as remuneration. On the other hand, the money which is being charged by Tamil heroes Vijay and Ajith has become a huge topic of debate.
During the Pongal season, Ajith arrived with ‘Thunivu’ while Vijay released his ‘Varisu’. Both of them managed to get an average talk but ended up as commercial hits due to their superstardom. Their craze is the sole reason why these two movies brought profits to the buyers and producers. Grapevine suggests that both Vijay and Ajith have hiked their remunerations heavily now.

Michael Movie Review
Sundeep Kishan attempted a pan-Indian project with “Michael” after appearing in many bilingual films. It piqued people’s interest.
Let’s see if Sundeep Kishan’s optimism paid off or not.
Story:
It’s the mid-’90s, and a young man named Michael has decided to kill his father. Gurunath (Gautam Menon), impressed by the boy’s bravery, takes him under his wing. As an adult, the boy proves to be Gurunath’s most reliable ally and protector.
When Gurunath’s son (Varun Sandesh) sees how much faith his father has placed in Michael (Sundeep Kishan), he becomes envious.
Gurunath eventually orders Michael to kill Theera (Divyansha Kaushik) and her father in Delhi. But Michael falls for her charm, and this sets off a chain reaction of events in which he is never quite sure who is on his side.
Artistes’ Performances:
To look the part, Sundeep Kishan slimmed down. His Michael persona is spot on; he has less to say and more to do with action. The transformation of Sundeep Kishan is good.
Divyansha Kaushik is stunning at first, but her performance fizzles out later on. Vijay Sethupathi plays a small part that serves primarily to increase the film’s star power.
Gautam Menon is miscast as a don. Varun Sandesh’s portrayal of the jealous son is perfect.
Technical Excellence:
The technical aspects of the film are excellent. The cinematography is superb, and the colour palette complements the theme perfectly. Besides the cinematography, the background music score is top-notch. The production values are first rate.
The editing department, however, ruined the mood due to the film’s tedious pacing and lengthy runtime.

Similar to the opening of “KGF,” in which a narrator who witnessed the entire event relates it in detail, “Michael” also begins with a narrator recounting the events he witnessed.
The story opens with the hero in his early years. It takes place in the middle of the 1990s. The visuals, music, and storyline all bring to mind “KGF” and “Vikram” films.
Ayyappa Sharma, who provides the voiceover for “Michael,” effectively establishes the tone at the outset. Even though the sequences move at a painfully slow pace, the first interaction between Sundeep Kishan and Gautam Menon, the romantic track between Sundeep Kishan and the heroine Divyansha, and the first twist are all quite interesting.
Ranjit Jeyakodi, the film’s director, uses the technique of withholding information and then revealing it in the film’s climax. The film is interesting at first, but it quickly becomes tedious. It’s easy to see that the director has lost control after a point.
This whole segment with Vijay Sethupathi and Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar, and the subsequent fight scenes, are incredibly tedious. By the introduction of Vijay Sethupathi, it becomes clear that the director lost the plot.
Also, with all this foreshadowing, we anticipate a surprising turn of events. But in the end, it’s obvious that it’s just a rehash of the “Munna” movie starring Prabhas.
So much buildup for a regular revenge drama!
It would have been different if the director had placed as much emphasis on the story as he did on the style. However, “Micheal” devolves into a futile attempt to tell a standard revenge drama in a stylized manner.
Overall, “Michael” is another example of a film that is more about style than substance. It’s a gangster story. Sundeep’s makeover, technical prowess, and slick visuals don’t add much to the film, which suffers from a lacklustre narration.

Writer Padmabhushan Movie Review
‘Color Photo’ established comedian Suhas as an actor in the film industry. Suhas returned to the hero role in “Writer Padmabhushan,” which arrived in the theaters today.
Let’s find out its merits and demerits.
Story:
Padmabhushan (Suhas) and his parents live in Vijayawada. His mother, Saraswathi (Rohini), is a housewife, and his father Madhusudan (Ashish Vidyarathi), is a clerk in an office.
Padmabhushan, a library worker, aspires to be a well-known author. Using his own funds, he puts out a book with the uninspiring title “Toli Audugu,” which receives little attention.
Suddenly, an uncle they hadn’t seen in years sends out wedding invitations and, from the dais, announces that he’ll be marrying off his younger daughter to Padmabhushan, who happens to be a famous writer.
Many people, including his fiancee, believe he is a talented author who has written a number of books. Without his knowledge, someone is also writing a blog under his name.
Padmabhushan’s current mission is limited to identifying the blog’s author and the novelist who has been using his name.
Artistes’ Performances:
Suhas is the film’s main strength. He becomes the character. His comic timing is superb. Later in the film, he is also required to perform emotional and sentimental sequences, which he does admirably. Suhas’ acting keeps our attention despite his imitation of Nani at times.
Rohini and Ashish Vidyarthi stand out among the other actors. Tina Shilparaj is okay. Gowri Priya is similarly adequate for the role.
Technical Excellence:
The production budget for this movie is relatively low. The camerawork is only so-so. The production design is similarly average.
The first half could have benefited from a more liberal application of the scissors by the editing team.

“Writer Padmabhushan” is a sentiment drama with a profound message, although it initially presents itself as a romantic comedy.
Okay, so first things first. The story takes place in Vijayawada, and it’s about a young man who dreams of being a famous author. His efforts to promote his book and gain fame provide comedic material. The first half of the movie takes its time and focuses on these aspects. There are a lot of repetitive sequences that ruin the first half of the film.
Furthermore, the events make us wonder if the story is set in the 1980s. Because, in today’s world, no father would happily marry off his daughter to a Telugu writer with limited financial means.
To tell the truth, a Telugu author must front the cash for book printing and promotion. Telugu authors can forget about becoming well-known; they must instead give away free copies of their books to close friends and family.
When the hero’s blog goes viral and his estranged uncle agrees to let him marry his daughter, the city of Vijayawada is depicted in the film as erupting in celebration. Such scenes prove that the director has no knowledge on current situation of the Telugu literary world.
Even the girl’s supposed attraction to this author isn’t convincing. Despite a few amusing moments, the film’s first half fails to engage viewers.
Final act of “Writer Padmabhushan” has a surprising twist and an emotional angle, and the film as a whole depends on it. The plot twist is integral to the film’s overall message (We are not mentioning it to avoid spoilers). The message is strong, and the emotional sequences are handled well.
This final section and the message make up for the uninteresting opening sequences “Writer Padmabhushan. In the end, the film turns out to be a pretty decent one.
In conclusion, “Writer Padmabhushan” has a strong climax but falls short in the rest of its dramatic elements.

Big Surprise For Prabhas Fans In April!
Pan-Indian hero Prabhas gained a huge market across the country with ‘Baahubali’ but he is struggling to keep a hold of it. His last two outings ‘Saaho’ and ‘Radhe Shyam’ turned out to be huge disappointments. The ‘Darling’ hero is currently working on 4-5 projects right now and all of them are being made on humongous budgets. ‘Leo – Bloody Sweet’ Promo: Lokesh Follows The ‘Vikram’ Style Once Again!
Crazy director Lokesh Kanagaraj released a special video during the announcement of ‘Vikram’. Kamal Hassan is seen cooking for a huge bunch and he is even setting the table for everyone. At the same time, he is positioning all the weapons in the right place so that he could use them when the time is right. Both these two contrasting things are shown at the same time and the title gets revealed in the end. It is made in a wonderful manner and movie lovers get mesmerised by it even now.
He followed the same pattern for his upcoming film with Thalapathy Vijay. The movie was launched on Thursday and the team already took off for starting the first schedule. As announced, they revealed the title of the movie and it is called ‘Leo – Bloody Sweet’. In this promo too, he showed two contrasting visuals. On one hand, he is making a big jar of chocolate syrup. On the other hand, he is making a lengthy sword. We can see a lot of cars coming near his house, he dips the sword in the chocolate syrup and tastes it. He says ‘Bloody Sweet’.
We don’t know if these visuals will make it to the final cut or not. But it is surely hyping up the fans and the general movie lovers. They are going crazy watching this. Anirudh composed a complete English song for this promo and it was in sync with the visuals. Lalith Kumar is the producer of this movie.
