This unusual move has drawn attention in Kollywood, with some questioning how a Tamil film star came to promote a Telugu project. Social media users have sparked discussions, playfully comparing her participation to a rare “chutney-like” exception.
Industry insiders have also debated whether it is appropriate for an actress to prioritize promotions for a non-native film over her Tamil projects.
