Largest IT Firm Making Work From Home Rules Strict?
The Covid pandemic not only forced the IT world to grant employees Work From Home option, but it also gave a big opportunity for the employees to hold two jobs. The IT firms got to know about this recently and they were shocked by this. Having dubbed the moonlighting practice unethical, the companies warned employees of getting sacked.
After putting an end to the Work From Home Practice, IT firms are following a hybrid model, a mixture of work from home and work from the office. To continue the second job, a few employees are reportedly asking work from home on medical grounds.
To counter this, the leading Tech giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) reportedly sent a circular to the employees which says, employees who want to work from home have to produce a medical certificate from a doctor. Here comes the twist, the doctors should be empanelled by the company for the credibility of the certificate he or she provides.
It is said that TCS is tracking the details of employees who are preferring working from home over working from the office. As they mentioned medical condition as the reason, the ocmpnay reportedly asked for a medical certificate.
Once the rule comes effective, then the employees who are working from their houses giving medical grounds as the reason will have to face issues now. If the management thinks the employees are just using this as a reason to work from home, then they might be in danger of losing their jobs.
Going by the information shared by the media reports, TCS is in plans to make the rules for Work From Home strict from now on, and the decision of whether the employees can be given work from home or not might change based on the condition of the employees.
It is known that IT firms in India are making employees come to the office to work rather than work from home. Despite the employees giving mixed reactions to this, the IT firms are not ready to take a back step on this. The new decision taken by the largest IT firm in India can be seen as part of the efforts.
Hijab Issue Gets Complicated, Reaches Before CJI!
The Hijab controversy that emerged in Karnataka is a big issue we see in recent times. Despite the issue being from the state, it spread to a few other states and protests broke out in many places. The issue eventually reached the Supreme Court after students challenged the High Court’s verdict.
Earlier, the Karnataka High Court said it is not compulsory for women to wear Hijab as per Islam. But the students did not give up and moved the Supreme Court. The case has been going with the top court and the two-bench judge of the Supreme Court gave its verdict.
But the verdict made the issue even more sensitive as the two judges gave different verdicts. While Justice Hemant Gupta supported the ban on hijabs in educational institutions, Justice Sudhanshu Dhulia said the ban should be removed. Many hoped that the bench would sort out the issue.
As per the procedure, if the bench gives different verdicts in any matter then the issue will be sent to the Chief Justice Of India and the top judge will take a call on this and will give appropriate directions.
There are two possibilities here. One is, the Chief Justice Of India would give directives either to continue the ban or remove the ban. The second possibility is that the matter would be sent to a bigger bench with more judges, and the opinion of the judges would be made final.
As the suspense on the Hijab issue goes further, let us get into the issue and know how the controversy popped up. The Government PU College For Girls in Karnataka’s Udipi directed Muslim students to not come in hijabs to colleges as there is a dress code that needs to be followed.
The Muslim girl students said that they have been coming in the same dress and asked what is the issue now. But the administration did not listen and made it clear that no religious dress would be allowed. When the Muslim students wore Hijabs, Hindu students started wearing saffron shawls and this led to tense situations.
Multiple protests broke out in Karnataka and other places in the country. The issue reached the Karnataka High Court and the Chief Justice said as per Islam it is not necessary to wear a hijab. Later the issue was taken to the Supreme Court and it has now become even more complicated.
Can These Two Heroes Make Use Of Diwali Season!
The Dasara festive season had Megastar, Nagarjuna and a small hero Bellamkonda Ganesh competing at the box office. Megastar emerged as the winner with his ‘Godfather’ but the collections were quite good. But the upcoming Diwali weekend will have no big hero releases. This festive season is left for two mid-level heroes Vishwak Sen and Manchu Vishnu.
They both are arriving on the 21st of October and their biggest competition may come from Tamil hero Siva Karthikeyan. The ‘Don’ actor is arriving with ‘Prince’ directed by Anudeep on the same day. If this movie manages to get a positive talk, SK will enjoy a good run at the Tollywood box office but the hero is yet to collect big in the Telugu market despite ‘Don’ and ‘Doctor’ doing decently. We need to see what happens with ‘Prince’.
On the other hand, the two Telugu heroes Vishnu and Vishwak Sen are arriving with ‘Ginna’ and ‘Ori Devuda’ respectively. As we know, Manchu Vishnu is waiting for a hit for a long time. ‘Ginna’ looked promising as the promotional content like teaser and songs impressed the audience. Payal Rajput and Sunny Leone provide the glamour feast while Vishnu and a whole bunch of comedians are gearing up to entertain the audience. Eshaan Suryaah is the director of this project while Vishnu himself is the producer. G Nageshwara Reddy penned the script. Bhanu and Nandu wrote the dialogues while the story, screenplay and creative producer of this movie are given by Kona Venkat.
On the other hand, VIshwak remade ‘Oh My Kaduvule’ as ‘Ori Devuda’ in Telugu. The trailer looked highly entertaining. Mithila Palkar played the role of the hero’s friend who loves him and eventually ends up marrying him. Problems arise when she gets too possessive and Vishwak will be seen as the guy who finds it difficult to see a wife in his best friend. Venkatesh will be seen as the god who gives the hero another chance at life and Puri Jagannadh played a cameo too. Ashwath Marimuthu is the director while Pearl V Potluri, Param V Potluri and Dil Raju are producing this movie. VIdhu Ayyanna is the director of photography while Tharun Bhascker penned the dialogues.

Krishna District Man Passes Away In Tragic Waterfall Incident!
In an unfortunate event, a fun trip to a waterfall turned tragic as an NRI breathed his last in New York City in the United States. The deceased person hails from the Krishna district. His family members and friends could not believe that he passed away.
Going into details, one Nekkalapu Harish Chowdary who is from the Krishna district has been living in Canada for eight years now. He is just 35. Harish is married to Sai Sowmya who is from Vijayawada.
Victim Harish and a few other friends went on a small trip to the famous Ithaca waterfalls in New York City. It is said that Harish decided to climb the base of the waterfalls to take some good pictures as the location was very lively.
Sadly, Harish lost his grip and fell into the water. As he directly fell into the water, he sustained injuries and was taken to the nearby facility. Unfortunately, he was declared dead by the medical officer. The efforts made by his friends and officials did not pay off sadly.
After sustaining injuries, the victim reportedly drowned in the waterfalls. Seeing that the victim drowned, people jumped into the water and pulled him out. The Police officers were informed about this. After reaching the spot, the police officers gave CPR before the ambulance reaches the spot.
After the Police administered Cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) to Nekkalapu Harish Chowdary, he was rushed to the Cayuga Medical Center for medical treatment. Sadly, he passed away upon reaching the medical centre.
The Ithaca Fire Department was called for rescue operations to save the victim who was drowned in the waterfalls. The incident occurred around 2 PM reportedly and the Fire Department was called for help immediately. After pulling the person out of the water, the Fire Department officials left the spot.
Going by the details mentioned by the local media, Nekkalapu Harish Chowdary lives in Ontario, Canada. He is holding a good position and works for a major automobile company. The due procedure is underway and the mortal remains of the victim might get shifted to his native place for the last rites.
Pooja Celebrates Her Birthday With ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Kaan’ Team!
Star heroine Pooja Hegde has celebrated her 32nd birthday with her ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan’ team. On her birthday, Pooja will be seen working and she claims that it is the best way to enjoy. She claims, “I think there wouldn’t be a better way to step into a new year, doing what I love, shooting. Plus on set birthdays have its own fun. The audience will see a different side of me in this film. I can’t wait for its release!”
The team released a special video showcasing her birthday celebrations. We can see the ‘Ala Vaikunthapuramlo’ beauty cutting the cake in the presence of the film’s unit. While she offers the first piece to Salman Khan, he says, “seniors first” pointing at Venkatesh. She eventually feeds it to the’ Dabangg’ hero and Venky is looking dapper in a black suit by her side. As we know, Venky will be seen in a special role in this flick and Jagapathi Babu was also seen in the video wishing Pooja Hegde. The movie’s director Farhad Samji was also seen in the video.
Pooja Hegde was last seen in a special song in ‘F3’. She is the heroine in Mahesh and Trivikram’s project which went on floors recently. She is also the female lead in Pawan Kalyan and Harish Shankar’s ‘Bhavadeeyudu Bhagat Singh’ which was shelved. Her Bollywood biggies like Salman Khan’s ‘Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ka Jaan’ and Ranveer’s ‘Cirkus’ are getting ready to hit the screens soon. She is also in talks with some big production banners while ‘Jana Gana Mana’ with Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh has been shelved.
The Ghost Movie Review
Nagarjuna Akkineni and director Praveen Sattaru have teamed up for the first time. The film’s trailer and teasers created a lot of interest.
Let’s find out its merits and demerits.
Story:
After a failed mission, Interpol officers Vikram (Nagarjuna) and Priya (Sonal Chauhan) part ways. They also break up their relationship. Vikram also quits his job.
Five years later, he gets a call from his estranged sister Anu (Gul Panag). He heads to Ooty and finds that his sister and his niece (Anikha Surendran) are under threat.
Vikram agrees to stay there and protect them. Anu is a chairperson of a huge business empire. Another company is trying to take over Anu’s company. Despite his efforts, Anu gets killed in an attack.
Will Vikram protect his niece safely?
Artistes’ Performances:
For senior Nagarjuna, the role is a cakewalk. He has done such roles in the past. All he does in the film is wields swords, blast ammunition, and indulge in shootouts.
Sonal Chauhan appears as an Interpol officer. She does some decent action stunts. Gul Panag plays a typical sister’s role.
Anikha Surendran plays the role of rich brat convincingly.
Technical Excellence:
Mukesh’s cinematography is terrific. More than anyone else, the stunt masters have more work to do in the film, and they excel in their jobs. The background score is apt. Editing lacks sharpness as the lengthy action episodes go on and on.

Analysis
We all know that story takes a backseat in action dramas. But when the wafer-thin plot serves as an excuse to flip one action sequence to another, it feels dated. “The Ghost” is one such example.
Praveen Sattaru who won the name for his slick execution of “PSV Garuda Vega ” wrote a one paragraph story. An Interpol officer who quit the job gets a personal assignment of saving his sister from the enemies. Praveen Sattaru has not developed any worth talking about moments other than this one-line story and filled it with a series of action stunts.
One action sequence is set in a desert, the other on the busy city roads and the next one in a hill station. Another one is in a house. The next one is in another place. The locations change, and the scenes change, but the crux remains the same: a fight scene.
No film in recent times has come with a series of action stunts with little to no story. Furthermore, given all the hype around threats that the hero’s sister faces, we expect a strong antagonist who might prove to be more than a match to the hero Nagarjuna, but what we get is a cardboard villain character.
To be fair, the first half of the film at least has some reasoning as it focuses on Nagarjuna’s Interpol days and a brief flashback about his family. The second half is a mess. The climax is excruciatingly bad.
By adding “KGF”-like machine gun sequences and Kamal Haasan’s Vikram-like fight scenes, Praveen Sattaru has spoiled it further. For a film that also talks about sister and niece, the sentiment scenes are superficial.
The blame entirely lies on Praveen Sattaru. It is his lame writing that is the villain.
On the whole, “The Ghost” is another senseless action drama with no effective storytelling.
Bottom Line: Frightens the audience

భామా మణులు ఐస్ ల్యాండ్స్ లో వాలిపోతే ఇవన్నీ తప్పనిసరి. రిసార్స్ట్ నుంచి బీచ్ వరకూ ఒక్కో స్నాప్కి ఒక్కో ప్రత్యేకత ఉండేలా జాగ్రత్త పడతారు. మాల్దీవలకు వెళ్లిందే బికినీ ధరించేందుకు అన్న చందంగా ఆ స్పాట్ ఫేమస్ అయింది. జాన్వీ కపూర్ నుండి అనన్య పాండే వరకు.. పూజా హెగ్డే నుండి కియారా అద్వానీ వరకు.. మౌని రాయ్ నుండి ఇలియానా వరకు.. హన్సిక నుండి వేదిక వరకు అంతా బికినీ దెబ్బకు కుర్రాళ్లకి నిదుర లేకుండా చేసారు.
అడుగు పెట్టిన దగ్గర నుంచి రిటన్ ప్లైట్ దిగే వరకూ అల్లల్లాడించేస్తారు. కానీ నేషనల్ క్రష్మిక రష్మిక మాల్దీవుల ట్రిప్ మాత్రం చాలా చప్పగానే సాగిందని తాజాగా విమర్శలొస్తున్నాయి. ఇటీవలే ట్రిప్ ముగించుకుని హైదరాబాద్ వచ్చేసిన అమ్మడి మాల్దీవుల ట్రిప్ గురించి నెట్టంట ప్రచారం ఠారెత్తిపోతుంది. రష్మిక మాల్దీవుల ట్రిప్ కి సంబంధించి ఒకే ఒక్క ఫోటో మాత్రమే నెట్టింట వైరల్ అయింది.
ఆమెతో పాటు విజయ్ దేవరకొండ ఉన్నాడు అన్న హాట్ న్యూస్ తప్ప అంతకు మించి కుర్రాళ్లకి తగ్గ ట్రీట్ దక్కలేదనే అనిపిస్తోంది అంటున్నారు. సాధారణంగా మాల్దీవులకి వెళ్లినప్పటి నుంచి ముగింపు వరకూ ఫోటోలు పుంకాల కొద్ది ఇన్ స్టాలో అప్ లోడ్ అవుతుంటాయి. కానీ రష్మిక ఒక ఫోటోతోనే సరిపెట్టి పండగ చేస్కోండి అనేసింది.
అందులోనూ బికినీలేదు..టూపీస్ లేదు..స్వీమ్ షూట్ లేదు. ఇలా ఏది లేకుండా కేవలం టోన్డ్ బాడీ లుక్ తోనే పండగా అంటే ఎలా ? అనేస్తున్నారు. నెక్స్ట్ టైమ్ ట్రిప్ మాత్రం ఇంత చప్పగా ఉండొద్దు అంటూ సలహాలిస్తున్నారు.
అయితే రష్మిక -విజయ్ ట్రిప్ వెనుక వేరే కథ ఉందని అంటున్నారు. ఇద్దరు జంటగా ఓ మ్యాగజైన్ ఫోటోషూట్ కోసం హాజరయ్యారు తప్ప అంతకు మించి ఇద్దరి మధ్య ఏం లేదని.. ఎలాంటి వ్యక్తిగత ట్రిప్ కాదని..అలాంటి వెకేషన్ అయితే బికినీ ట్రీట్ కచ్చితంగా ఉండేదని అంటున్నారు. మరి ఇందులో ఏది నిజం? ఎవరు నిజం? ఎంత నిజం? అన్నది ఆ పెరుమాళ్లకే ఎరుక.
All set for Aadi Saikumar’s Crazy Fellow release
It is known that the talented young hero Aadi Saikumar is coming up with his next movie titled ‘Crazy Fellow’. The Phani Krishna Siriki directorial has caught the attention of youth with its interesting online promotional activities.
Slated to be released on October 14th, the romantic comedy entertainer is expected to get a positive opening this Friday. Needless to say, Aadi has pinned high hopes on this flick, intending to end his failure streak at the box office.
Bankrolled by KK Radha Mohan under Sri Sathya Sai Arts, Crazy Fellow stars Digangana Suryavanshi and Mirna Menon as the female leads. The movie will also feature Saptagiri, Narra Srinivas, Anish Kuruvilla, Vinodhini Vaidyanathan, Ravi Prakash and others. RR Dhruvan is composing the soundtrack and background score of the film.
Who Should be Blamed For Student Suicides?
Youth is the future of India and we have the largest youth population in the country. However, the suicides among students are not stopping and rising rapidly. Compared to the previous year, the suicides among students almost doubled in 2021 as per a report.
The National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB) in its report said that in 2021 around 160000 people took the extreme step and claims their lives. Among them, 13089 are students. In 2020 12526 students breathed their last.
As per the report, between 2014-21, southern states reported student suicides in problematic numbers. On average, the southern states reported around 2,000 suicides.
Talking about Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, 3507 and 3115 students lost their lives respectively. Last year more than 13,000 students lost their lives while Maratha land Maharashtra topped the list with over 1800 suicides.
We are living in a competitive world and students with good grades are seen as successful and only they will be preferred for jobs and other things. As we see marks and grades as a parameter for brilliance, companies also prefer students will good grades for jobs.
Parents also put pressure on children to study hard. They often compare with others and indirectly pressurize them. This is also a reason behind this. The educational institutions bank on this and say that they give good results.
All these reasons create a big impact on students. It is the responsibility of the parents and teachers to make the process of learning easy rather than making it stressful. Education is important and it is not the only important thing. Society needs to understand this and make students understand this.
