నిజానికి, శాసన రాజధాని అన్న సోయ ఏమాత్రం వున్నా, గడచిన రెండేళ్ళలో అమరావతి చాలా చాలా అభివృద్ధి జరిగి వుండేది. గడచిన రెండేళ్ళలో జగన్ ప్రభుత్వం పబ్లిసిటీ స్టంట్స్ కోసం వెచ్చించిన మొత్తాన్ని రాజధాని అమరావతి మీద వెచ్చించినా.. అత్యద్భుతమైన అమరావతిని మనం ఈరోజు చూసి వుండేవాళ్ళం. కరకట్ట రోడ్డు వెడల్పు నిమిత్తం శంకుస్థాపన చేయడానికే రెండేళ్ళు పట్టిందంటే.. ఆ రోడ్డు మీద తారు పడేందుకు ఇంకెన్నేళ్ళు పడుతుందో ఏమో.
Tale of two dalit leaders in one party
Both are Dalit leaders… both represent the same assembly constituency – Ghanpur in Telangana legislative assembly. Both had served as deputy chief ministers in Telangana. Both are in the same party and wear the same pink stole. But, both these leaders are arch rivals who do not see eye to eye. The two leaders are – Tadikonda Rajaiah and Kadiyam Srihari.
Both have been traditional rivals and have fought each other. The fight is continuing even now. Recently, Kadiyam’s term as MLC was completed. Soon after this, Tadikonda Rajaiah had commented that since Kadiyam was no longer an MLC, he does not merit any protocol. When this fell into the ears of Kadiyam, he reacted strongly and said that one does not need a protocol to serve the people. Recently, during his visit to Warangal, KCR broke the norm of having dinner at Rajya Sabha MP Capt. Lakshmikantha Rao’s house and went to Kadiyam’s house for lunch. This gave rise to speculations that Kadiyam Srihari will be given a post of importance in the TRS government.
This once again has fueled the rivalry between the two leaders. As of now Rajaiah and his camp are watching Kadiyam’s moves with caution and alarm. Kadiyam these days is confident that either he or his daughter would be given some important post.
TDP can survive only with Jr NTR’s entry: Babu Mohan
With the TDP’s rout in the last Andhra Pradesh Assembly elections, all eyes are on Jr NTR’s entry into the party. With YSRCP leader YS Jagan acquiring a full majority in the polls, the talk started that the Telugu Desam Party needed a young leader.

Producer comments on Mahesh Babu playing Lord Ram in Ramayana
Bollywood top producer Madhu Manthena is partnering with Allu Aravind and Namit Malhotra to produce mythological epic, Ramayana on an unprecedented scale. The project has been in discussion stage for many years now.
In his latest interaction with media, Madhu was asked if Mahesh would play Lord Ram in the mythological films. In response, he said the film will indeed feature a star-studded lead cast.
The fact that he didn’t denounce the speculation might be an indirect indication that Mahesh is a part of the project.
If Mahesh does agree to come on-board, Ramayan would attain sky-high buzz.
Mahesh is set to collaborate with Trivikram and Rajamouli for his upcoming projects and he is expected to garner pan-India image with the latter’s directorial. If the handsome actor follows it up with Ramayan, his market will increase multifold.

Sanchaita alleges gender discrimination against Ashok Gajapathi Raju
The MANSAS Trust affair is taking a turn for the worse. The AP government removed Ashok Gajapathi Raju from the post of chairman of the MANSAS Trust and handed over those responsibilities to Sanchaita Gajapathi Raju.
However, Ashok Gajapathi Raju approached the High Court, and the case is being re-assigned to another judge. With this, Ashok took over the responsibilities of the hereditary trustee of the Simhachalam temple, along with the MANSAS Trust. However, the controversy did not end there.
Sanchaita Gajapathi Raju, who met Andhra Pradesh Women’s Commission Chairperson Vasireddy Padma in Visakhapatnam, complained about the injustice done to her.
She complained to Padma that Ashok Gajapathi Raju had made indecent remarks to degrade the issue of inheritance, along with her appointment. The State Women’s Commission Chairperson, who has since been a vocal critic of gender discrimination, alleged that there was a vicious attempt to oust Sanchaita, who was the first woman chairperson of the prestigious Trust.
Padma said that Ashok Gajapathi Raju’s remarks against Sanchaita were an insult to women. She also found fault with the Telugu Desam Party leaders celebrating after the dismissal of a woman from the post.

Etela Rajender Targets Telangana Intelligence Bureau DIG
The political equations in Telangana has changed at once with former Minister Etela Rajender resigning from his MLA post and joining the saffron party Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) earlier this month. Etela had called for a by-election in Huzurabad constituency.
With the political parties gearing for the high intense by-election fight, media reports are abuzz that Intelligence personnel were beefed up at the constituency to monitor the movements of Etela and his followers.
BJP leader Etela Rajender reacted sharply to the alleged development and breathed fire on Telangana Intelligence Wing DIG Prabhakar Rao and accused him of working on the behalf of the Chief Minister.
“Being the Intelligence DIG, you are meant to be working abiding by the law. But you are working for the party. If you have intentions to work for the party, leave the job and join the TRS Party,” Etela said, talking about Prabhakar Rao.
Etela maintained that, no matter what steps the ruling party will take, people are with the BJP party and him and the voters will teach a strong lesson to the TRS by voting for the BJP in the forthcoming elections.

KCR’s striking retaliations against AP
Telangana Chief Minister KCR is showing the AP government that it is not a good idea to be at war with him, with his latest decisions regarding the water disputes between the two states. KCR has decided to go against the Krishna Board’s orders, questioning why the Telangana government should abide by these orders when the AP government continues to construct Rayalasaeema Lift Irrigation Project and the RDS Right Canal. The Telangana government is now using the Krishna river water completely, for the production of electricity, against the Krishna Board’s orders.
There is a slight flood in Srisailam, and that water, coupled with the dead storage water is also being used for the production of electricity, by the Telangana government. Water from Nagarjuna Sagar is also being used for the production of electricity, and even the Pulichintala Project Power House is being used at full capacity. The water at Pulichintala is highly crucial for the Krishna delta, and nearly 20 Mega Watts of electricity is being produced here, which means that the water here will be used up within one week.
The Telangana government has also given orders for a 100% production of electricity, with complete security deployed in those areas. This would cause major problems for Krishna Delta and for Rayalaseema as well. While the AP Ministers are saying that they are writing letters, and questioning these acts, they arent bringing enough pressure on the Telangana government, which would ultimately affect the people of AP the most.

Boyapati Srinu opens up on Akhanda release date
Nandamuri Balakrishna has teamed up with Boyapati Srinu for the hat-trick movie ‘Akhanda’. The film is being produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under the banner of Dwarka Creations.The final schedule of the film is about to start soon. Boyapati Sreenu, who is on the hunt for locations for the climax shoot, recently spoke to the media and gave an update on the film.
The director said that except for a song, small patchwork and the climax, the shoot is pretty much complete. He said the team is currently on the hunt for locations for the climax shoot.As part of that, they are examining the historical sites in Kadapa and Chittoor districts. Speaking about the release date of ‘Akhanda’, Boyapati said they have not locked the release date as of now. In view of the third wave of the Covid-19, they want to release the film only when the audience is safe.
‘Akhanda’ is shaping up to be a powerful, action-packed, family entertainer. The film stars Pragya Jaiswal and Srikanth in key roles.
