Congress MP from Wayanad, former party chief Rahul Gandhi has launched a fresh attack on Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on Friday over the vaccinations in the country.
In a letter to Prime Minister Modi, Rahul Gandhi found fault with vaccine experts and asked is it right to put Indians at risk by exporting vaccines to foreign nations, when Indian states are facing a shortage of vaccines.
Calling the vaccine shortage a serious issue, the Congress MP urged Narendra Modi to halt vaccine export and focus on supplying vaccine doses for the states in the country. There should be no bias in vaccine supply, he said.
Rahul Gandhi’s attack on PM Modi came days after a few states complained of a vaccine shortage due to which, Maharashtra has shut several vaccination centers due to lack of vaccine supply from the centre.
“At our current vaccination rate, it will take years to inoculate 75 per cent of the population. This will have catastrophic effects and will gravely decelerate India’s economy,” the Congress leader said.
In a tweet made in Hindi, Rahul Gandhi termed vaccine shortage a serious issue and not a celebration. It is right to export vaccines by putting Indians at risk? The Centre should lend a helping hand to the states to fight the pandemic together, he added.
The Gandhi scion even found fault with the Centre for blaming the states for vaccine wastage when the states are demanding the Union Government to sen vaccine doses in large numbers.
Jubilee Hills Police booked Allu Arjun’s fans

Going into details, on the occasion of Allu Arjun’s birthday, hundreds of fans gathered at Allu Arjun’s residence at No 68, Jubilee Hills Road at around 1 am on Wednesday and celebrated the grand occasion.
As a part of the celebrations, they cracked fireworks at the night. Following this, the Jubilee Hills Police booked a case against fans’ association president Prashanth and another fan Santosh for violating the rules.
The police have booked them under sections IPC 290 for public nuisance, IPC 336 and IPC 188–Disobedience to order duly promulgated by the public servant.

BJP’s Cheap Politics with Vakeel Saab film!
The Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) party which wants to win the by-election in temple city Tirupati by any means is not leaving any issue in Andhra Pradesh to gain political mileage to create momentum for the party.
The saffron party is not even leaving Pawan Kalyan’s latest outing ‘Vakeel Saab’ to gain sympathy from the public.
Vakeel Saab has been released today. Taking the Coronavirus situations into consideration, the Andhra Pradesh High Court issued orders to not increase the ticket fares and not to have benefit shows to avoid gatherings at the theatres.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has refused to issue orders to increase the party tickets and directed the collectors in the state to keep a vigil that the tickets are sold for the original prices.
As per the G.O issued by the Andhra Pradesh government, premiere ticket prices in multiplexes should not exceed Rs 250, while the normal ticket price was fixed at Rs 150 and 100.
In single-screen theatres, the ticket fare was fixed at Rs 100 and Rs 60 for Ac and Non-AC respectively.
When the Andhra Pradesh government followed the orders issued by the High Court in this regard, the BJP leaders are using this issue to boost the party’s mileage by blaming the government.
In a tweet, the national secretary of the BJP and the party’s co-in-charge for Andhra Pradesh, Sunil Dedodhar has claimed that CM Jagan is fearing Vakeel Saab film, which is why the permission for benefit shows was not granted.
The political analysts are of the opinion that it is not the right time to indulge in politics when Corona is striking. Is movie more important than people and their health, they are questioning.

Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt‘s much-awaited film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ is now releasing in Telugu, as Tollywood is one of the largest film industries in the country.
The RRR actress, yesterday, revealed that the Telugu teaser of Gangubai Kathiawadi will be released on the big screen along with Pawan Kalyan’s Vakeel Saab.
Alia Bhatt today shared the teaser on social media, writing, “One Name. Million Emotions. Bringing to you a story of the woman who rose to power, #GangubaiKathiawadi. Telugu teaser out now! In cinemas on 30th July.”
The teaser has been receiving an overwhelming response from down South with fans showing praise on Alia. The Telugu version of Gangubai Kathiawadi will be released on 30th July. Covid-19 Scare: Active Cases In India Inching Towards 10 Lakh Mark!
April month turned out a tough period for India with the second wave of Covid-19. Just nine days into April, India added the highest single-day infections five times. For the third day in a row, India saw more than one lakh new Coronavirus cases.
On April 9, India witnessed not less than 1,31,968 new Covid-19 cases. The new infections are the highest single-day infections since the respiratory disease has entered India. The other day, India saw 1,26,789 new cases, the previous highest cases.
Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Kerala, and Punjab witnessed a sharp rise in fresh Coronavirus infections, the Union Government said.
Along with fresh infections, India has also witnessed record casualties with 780 people breathing their last in the past 24 hours. The new casualties are highest in the last six months. India’s death toll rose to 1,67,642.
As per the data shared by the Union Health Ministry, India now has a total of 1,30,60,542 infections. With 1,19,13,292 total recoveries, the active cases in the country stood at 9,79,608.
So far a total of 25,40,41,584 samples have been tested in the country, while 13,64,205 samples were tested on Thursday alone, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said.
With the second wave of Coronavirus driving the new pandemic infections in the country, as many as seven states have imposed night curfew and restrictions to tackle the respiratory disease.
