Malavika Mohanan Excited About Raja Saab Role with Prabhas

Recently, Malayalam actress Keerthy Suresh stirred a debate by claiming that Tamil superstar Vijay is a better dancer than Megastar Chiranjeevi, a statement that didn’t sit well with Telugu fans. On the other hand, Malavika Mohanan won hearts with her positive remarks about Telugu cinema and working with the stars.
Malavika, who is pairing with Superstar Prabhas in the upcoming horror-action film Raja Saab, spoke about her role in the movie. “Usually, in big hero films, the heroine gets 4–5 scenes and maybe a song or two. Honestly, I expected the same, but my role turned out to be very special. I feel lucky to get this part in my Telugu debut,” she said.
She also expressed her excitement about sharing the screen with Prabhas. “It’s such an honor to act with one of India’s biggest stars. It really is a special feeling,” she added.
Fans are thrilled to hear that her character is significant and not just a cameo. The film promises a unique mix of romance, horror, and supernatural elements. The first single, Vennela Vennela, has already impressed audiences, and fans are eagerly waiting for the next songs and more moments from this superstar pair.
Megastar Chiranjeevi Back with Mega Deal for Sankranti Film

Megastar Chiranjeevi is fully back in action. After nearly a decade-long break, he returned, delivered a couple of films, and now seems busier than many younger heroes. His next outing, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, is already creating buzz even before the trailer drops. The first single, Meesala Pilla, took off faster than expected, leaving fans excited to hear the rest of the soundtrack. With most of the shooting wrapped, the team is quietly fine-tuning everything for a Sankranti release. Anil Ravipudi is directing, and his confidence in the project is evident.
The talk of the town is Chiru’s rumored Rs 72 crore remuneration. Unlike his usual profit-sharing deals, he is reportedly taking a fixed fee this time. On top of that, his daughter Sushmitha Konidela is said to be receiving half of the film’s profits. Some moviegoers were taken aback, noting that this sum is higher than the entire budget of a mid-range film. However, Shine Screens, led by Sahu Garapati, is unfazed. Ravipudi’s last Sankranti release crossed Rs 300 crore, and the team believes a Megastar film can easily surpass that.
Adding further weight to the project, Nayanthara plays the female lead. Bheems’ music is already making waves—the first single caught on instantly, and fans are eagerly waiting for the next release. The vibe suggests the team is riding the momentum smartly, without overhyping.
Raju Weds Rambai Box Office Success

Raju Weds Rambai, starring Akhil, Tejaswi, and Chaitu Jonnalagadda in key roles, released on November 21 and has opened to a strong response from both audiences and critics. The film, praised as a heart-touching and emotionally rich love story, is enjoying steady momentum at the box office.
Centered around the sensitive and impactful theme of honor killings, the film draws from a real-life incident and delivers deep-rooted emotions that have resonated strongly with viewers. Its powerful storytelling and emotional depth have played a major role in its positive word-of-mouth.
After a successful first week, Raju Weds Rambai has entered its second week with solid occupancy across multiple regions. In particular, the film is showing remarkable dominance in the Nizam region, despite facing competition from new releases.
This film once again proves that strong content can drive box-office success, even for small-scale productions. Another promising week appears to be on the cards.
An ETV Win Original, the project marks the production debut of Venu Udugula, acclaimed for films like Needi Naadi Oke Katha and Virata Parvam. Directed by Saailu Kaampati, the film is based on a true incident from a village on the Telangana border.
Producers Bunny Vas and Vamsi Nandipati have delivered yet another successful project following their recent hit Little Hearts.
Thanksgiving Day Store Closures and Limited Hours Across the U.S.

Thanksgiving Day in the United States continues to reflect a growing trend among major retailers, with many choosing to close their doors to allow employees to spend the holiday with their families. Leading chains such as Walmart, Target, Costco and Sam’s Club will remain fully closed on Thanksgiving, reopening early the following morning for Black Friday sales. Department stores and other big-box retailers nationwide are following the same pattern.
However, several grocery chains will operate with reduced schedules to accommodate last-minute shoppers. Stores like Kroger, Whole Foods Market, Sprouts Farmers Market and Food Lion are expected to remain open for limited hours, typically closing by early afternoon. Select convenience stores and pharmacies may also open, though operating hours will vary significantly by location. Shoppers are encouraged to check with their nearest store for precise timings.
Samantha Leads UN Women Campaign Against Online Harassment

Samantha has joined UN Women India for a special 16-day campaign focused on ending online harassment. Speaking about the initiative, she highlighted the seriousness of digital abuse faced by women today.
“Women encounter many forms of online harassment—threatening comments, deepfake photos, abusive DMs,” she said. “I’ve seen how deeply it impacts trust, safety, and mental health. It can make people afraid to even express themselves.”
Samantha also acknowledged her own experiences. “I’ve faced this myself, so awareness is crucial. We need stronger systems and stricter laws to protect women online. Being part of this campaign is an honor.”
On the professional front, Samantha is currently balancing multiple responsibilities. Along with managing her new clothing brand, she is also actively involved in her production house, Tralala Entertainment. She is presently shooting for Maa Inti Bangaram at Ramoji Film City, directed by Nandini Reddy. The film marks the second production venture under her banner.
Kavitha’s Emotional Reaction to Her Expulsion from BRS

One of the major developments in Telangana politics recently has been the expulsion of Kalvakuntla Kavitha from the BRS, the very party founded by her father, K. Chandrashekar Rao. No longer a part of her family’s political fold, Kavitha now stands at a crossroads, preparing to chart her own independent political course.
Addressing the media today, Kavitha became emotional as she spoke about the circumstances that led to her removal from the party.
“A few people strategically moved to expel me from the BRS. They had their own vested interests in pushing me out and distancing me from my parents. They conspired and separated me from the people I love the most. While I was in jail, I thought more about my mother than even my own children. That is the depth of my love for them. But today, I am having to work without the support of my own family,” she said.
Her words reflect how deeply the separation from her parents continues to affect her. Earlier, Kavitha had openly accused Harish Rao and former MP Santosh of giving negative feedback to the party leadership, leading to her exit from the BRS—her father KCR’s political home.
As she rebuilds her political identity outside the BRS, it is clear that Kavitha is still processing the emotional impact of being distanced from her own family.
