Power star and Jana Sena Party president Pawan Kalyan, who announced quitting acting in films two years ago to take to serious politics, is now back in action in the film industry.
Pawan is now acting not in one, but two films simultaneously, playing two different roles. And he is getting ready to act in the third film as well in a few months from now.
He openly declared that he has returned to acting in films to make money, not only to feed his family, but also to run his political party.
But what he has forgotten is that politics and films are two different fields. In politics, you need to be continuously among the people, taking part in various activities like rallies, public meetings, padayatras and bus yatras.
One won’t get enough time even to have proper sleep, eat proper food or even drink water, let alone doing physical exercises. One might lose or gain weight during the course of the political life.
We have seen how YSR Congress party president Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy suffered a lot physically during his marathon padayatra for over one year.
On the other hand, a film hero should always be physically fit, do a lot of exercises in gyms regularly and eat healthy food to maintain physical appearance and look glamorous.
He cannot strain himself working under sun, unless the situation demands. There are air-conditioned caravans for him to see that he does not get strained, trainers to maintain his physique and food experts taking care of his healthy food.
It is not that Pawan Kalyan does not know all this, but he seems to have forgotten enough care before returning to films.
He could not concentrate on his physique in the last couple of years of his serious political life. He grew a long beard to appeal to the voters.
As a result, he went out of shape during his stint in politics. Perhaps he thought he would never return to films. But because of his gross inexperience and lack of preparedness before entering politics, Pawan turned out to be a miserable failure.
It is a different matter that he doesn’t want to give up politics for now, but he once again decided to come back to films. Unfortunately, he seems to have displayed the same kind of unpreparedness in returning to films.
Without even bothering to tune his body to suit the needs of the celluloid word, Pawan straightaway returned to acting and got involved in shooting for films. He did not take any precautions to get back his shape that is required for a film hero.
He removed his beard for the film being made by Krish without bothering to regain his shape. As a result, Pawan is now looking out of shape with double chin and drooping cheeks that are not able to cover his age.
Apparently, Pawan has failed to learn a lesson from his big brother Chiranjeevi. Despite nearing 65 years, the megastar takes enough care to maintain his physical fitness before doing every film.
Pawan is just around 50 years. Though it is difficult to look like a chocolate boy as he was in the past, many people feel that he should have come prepared to look at least younger before returning to films.
It may be true Pawan is acting in films for the sake of money, but he has to do enough exercise even to earn money!
