#Prabhas20 trending, update on the way!

Post ‘Saaho’ there is no proper update about Young Rebel Star Prabhas next movie and in the recent times, fans have demanded for an update, yet the makers could not make a concrete statement. On Thursday out of nowhere, the hashtag #Prabhas20 started trending on social media.

According to this hashtag, there is an update arriving tomorrow i.e, on January 17th at 10 AM. What could this update be? Fans of Prabhas are eagerly waiting for this and even after waiting for nearly four and half months, there enthusiasm is still the same.

Prabhas’ 20th film is being directed by Radha Krishna of ‘Jil’ fame and has Pooja Hegde in the female lead role. UV Creations and Gopi Krishna Movies banners are jointly producing it.

Sukumar Challenges DSP To Beat It

Devi Sri Prasad used to give the best songs for any given movie with all six super hit songs, long back. It is not the same from him these days, as his songs and tunes sound monotonous, but Rangasthalam remains an exception. It was a blockbuster album with fresh and apt music for the movie.

Now that Sukumar is gearing up for his next with Allu Arjun, obviously it has to be Devi Sri Prasad musical. Sukumar reportedly challenged DSP to compose songs like in Rangasthalam album but with a new sounding and DSP too accepted to take it up.

His contemporary Thaman on the other side is giving a hard time for DSP with back to back album hits like Pratiroju Pandage, Ala Vaikuntapurram lo, and Disco Raja.

It is high time that Devi too bounces back with chartbusters and there are plenty of chances for that, as the movie is with Sukumar and Allu Arjun. This trio gave us the best music and we have to see if they will repeat it.

Is This Guruji’s Version Of Agnyaathavasi?

Writer-director Trivikram is known for his understanding of mythology, and the way he writes things in his movies to explain philosophy in a sensible way is what liked by millions of audiences. Once again he proved his mettle with Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, where some cute scenes and strong dialogues enthralled film lovers like never before.

After watching Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo a couple of times, some people have got doubts as to why Trivikram chose this story in the first place. Apparently the storyline of this Allu Arjun starrer is pretty similar to that of Pawan Kalyan’s Agnyaathavasi where a step son comes in from oblivion to rescue a big empire. So what might have promoted Trivikram to come up with a similar story again?

“Earlier he has made Agnyaathavasi, a story idea lifted from Largo Winch, with Pawan Kalyan’s inputs and ideas. And now, he has given a total twist to the story and treatment in his own style to make it as Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo. Maybe we could say that Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo is Trivikram’s version of Agnyaathavasi” a user commented on Facebook.

Many people actually agreed to the fact that Guruji is writing stories on wafer-thin ideas these days but it is the screenplay that matters end of the day rather the story.

With the advent of over-enthusiastic media folks, these days celebs are feeling a bit uneasy to attend the cockfights in Bhimavaram. For the same reason, a big star hero whose film has rocked the tinsel town last year has organised cockfights at his farmhouse located in the outskirts of Hyderabad.

Reportedly some young and happening heroes and heroines have joined these cockfight celebrations without any media glare. They have boozed there and then enjoyed the cockfights taken care by some farmers from nearby Telangana villages. This Second Heroine Is Happy But That’s Not Enough

Director Triivkram always carves out very strong female roles in his movies. Though they are pretty commercial-like, by exploding glamour in songs, still they will have utmost importance in the script and the story takes crucial turns through heroine characters only. But that won’t sound true with second heroines of his movies.

In the recent Aravinda Sametha, Eesha Rebba played the role of second fiddle to Pooja Hegde but that character never got any attention. This is because it has nothing to do with the story or the scenes. And now, even Nivetha Pethuraj played a similar role in Allu Arjun’s Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo as she plays the love interest of Sushanth in the film.

Though she is made to look bit glamorous, the role doesn’t have any arcs when it comes to the screenplay and neither it gets any importance in the story. Definitely, for Nivetha Pethuraj who has played crucial roles in movies like Mental Madhilo and Chitralahari, this is a very unimportant role.

Though she is happy with this role and the film’s success, it is not enough to succeed in the film industry as a leading lady. In her next Telugu flick, she is rumoured to be paired with Ram in the Tamil remake film “Red”.

Sarileru Neekevvaru heading towards Break-even in 5 days

Mahesh Babu’s Sarileru Neekevvaru is registering solid revenues at the box office. The film is doing exceptionally well in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It has collected a total of Rs 68.22 crores share in the Telugu states in five days.

Sarileru Neekevvaru collected Rs 22.5 crores share in Nizam in 5 days and set a non-Baahubali2 record in the region. The film made Rs 9.75 crores in Ceeded and Rs 10.05 crores in UA.

The action entertainer set an all-time record in West Godavari by collecting Rs 4.54 crores in 5 days and reached break-even mark in East after collecting Rs 6.22 crores.

The Anil Ravipudi directional has reached the break-even mark in Guntur as well by collecting Rs 7.19 crores.

Sarileru Neekevvaru has set non-Baahubali2 records in a few areas and is heading towards break-even mark in just 5 days. The film is well on course to become the biggest hit in Mahesh’s career. The director Anil Ravipudi has dished out a perfect Sankranthi entertainer with all the right ingredients and the film is going on a rampage at the box office.

I-T raids On Rashmika Mandanna house

Bangalore: The Income-Tax department officials on Thursday morning raided the house of Kannada and Telugu actor Rashmika Mandanna, on the outskirts of Virajpet in Kodagu district.

The officials have raided the house and Serenity hall owned by her father at Virajpet, at a time.

It is said that the officials from Bengaluru arrived in three cars and are verifying bank and property details pertaining to Rashmika.

Rashmika is busy shooting for a movie and is not at home.

Kapus In Andhra Pradesh, Twice Betrayed

The Kapus in the State have been fighting for their due share in power for over two to three decades.
After the power transfer from the dominant Reddy community to the Kammas, the Kapus have set their eyes on ruling the state from 1990s onwards.

Socially and economically sitting next only to the Reddy and Kamma communities, the Kapus have strong urge to become the rulers of the State.

Former minister Mudragada Padmanabham tried to keep the community together, while the efforts of Chialmkurthy Veeraswamy (Ambulu) and Pilla Venkateswara Rao have tried their best in 1990s to start a political party, but have failed.

Since then, they have been lobbying strong to have their due share in the Reddy-dominated Congress and the Kamma-dominated TDP, and were given their due share too.

However, when the film star Chiranjeevi started Praja Rajyam Party in 2009, the entire community rallied strongly behind the Megastar believing that he would bring the community to power.

Given his popularity as Megastar in films and his strong fan club, the Kapu leaders believed that they would be the rulers as being next to the Reddys and Kammas, in all forms – socio-economic and political equations.

Unfortunately, Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam experiment failed and the party was merged with the Congress. Thus the community lost the hopes of coming to power.

But, when Chiranjeevi’s brother Pawan Kalyan launched Jana Sena just before the 2014 elections, it was thought that the community would emerge as strong political force in the state. However, he did not contest that election watering down the aspirations of the community.

Though Jana Sena contested the 2019 general elections, for different reasons, the party did not do well and finally the party is set to go with the BJP now, much against the wishes of the community.

Either the Jana Sena merges with the BJP or becomes its tail, the community may not get the dream fulfilled in the near future and thus the leaders feel that they are betrayed twice by the same family, first by Chiranjeevi and later by Pawan Kalyan.

What Is In Store For Jana Sena?

The Jana Sena is having a crucial meeting today in Vijayawada with the BJP leadership. Though the speculation is that the two parties would work together from now, it is also speculated the Jana Sena will merge with the BJP in the due course.

Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan, senior leaders Nadendla Manohar and others are representing the party while BJP will have its state president Kanna Lakshminarayana, Rajya Sabha member and national spokesman G V L Narasimha Rao and others.

The two parties are likely to have a common action plan in the State and even go for the local body elections together.

Though the Jana Sena had decided to keep off from the local body elections in Telangana, it had preliminary decided to contest the polls in AP in alliance with the BJP.

Sources say that Jana Sena chief is in favour of merging his party with the BJP, while the top leadership of the BJP too is in its favour. However, some leaders of the Jana Sena want the party to go for alliance and not merger.

Pawan Kalyan, after the humiliating defeat in the 2019 general elections, in which he was defeated in the two Assembly seats that he had contest, had made up his mind not to continue the party any further.

He realised that running a political party is not so easy, particularly in the light of the party leaders not following his directions in various districts for various reasons.

The lone Jana Sena MLA, Rapaka Varaprasada Rao, is in favour of the ruling YSR Congress, and had been supporting the Jaganmohan Reddy government’s decisions, while the party is opposing it.

In this background Pawan Kalyan is in favour of the merger and he is strongly supported by leaders like Nadendla Manohar.

San Francisco: In an update to his eccentric food habits, Twitter CEO has now revealed that he eats seven meals in a week, just dinner.In an YouTube interview with Wired on Wednesday, Dorsey who follows Vipassana meditation and intermittent fasting, added to his long list of weird lifestyle that includes ice bath, almost daily.

Dorsey has previously charted out his food chart for dinner that includes fish, chicken or steak, and “a lot of greens.””Then, I have mixed berries as a dessert, maybe some dark chocolate,” he said in March.

Dorsey said he aims to meditate for two hours daily.

He, however, clarified: “I definitely do not do a sauna and ice bath every day.”Dorsey created a storm over social media last year with revealing a punishing health regimen that helps him “stay sharper”.

“During the day, I feel so much more focused. You have this very focused point of mind… I can go to bed and actually knock out in 10 minutes, if not sooner than that,” Dorsey said.Dorsey walks to office and take “lots of vitamin C” every day.

According to Dorsey, ice-cold bath in the morning “unlocks” his mind and he can take on any challenge while a 15-minute “sauna” in the evening, followed by another three-minute ice-bath, relaxes him.

The mansion that is named Vaikunthapuram in Sankranthi blockbuster Ala Vaikunthapuram is a real one and it is located in Hyderabad itself.

At first, Trivikram and Art Director Prakash thought of getting the exterior shots of a mansion in some other country.

However, they found this mansion that suits their imagination in Hyderabad itself. It is the house of NTV Chairman Chowdary’s daughter Rachana’s in-laws.

They are relatives of Harika Hassine Creations owner Radha Krishna and on his request they agreed to shoot from the outside for a couple of days. The estimated cost to build this mansion is around Rs. 100 Cr.

It was tough to get a house with interiors that match the exteriors of that mansion. Hence, art director AS Prakash erected a set in Annapurna Studios with Rs. 5 Cr budget that was so perfect as the interior for Trivikram’s Vaikunthapuram.
