Mega Hero’s Love & Break-up In Real Life
Dating rumours are common in the film industry. Like no other hero from the Mega family, many reports have hit the headlines against Supreme hero Sai Dharam Tej aka Sai Tej. But as he maintained his calm on the gossips, they faded out of the limelight in the latter days.
Well that’s not the end of the story, for real, Sai had a love story which was an unsuccessful one. Opening about it for the first time, Sai said the lady was his college friend and she is a non-film industry person. After the college, Sai took five years to make his debut and during this time, Sai and the girl parted ways. However, Sai did not disclose the reason what led to break-up but added that he was unsettled then and yet to make a career for himself in the industry.
About the rumours of having an affair with heroines, Sai responded that he has very good bond with all the heroines he had worked earlier. “May be for the reason that I’m very close to all the heroines, the rumours come out. But they are my good and best friends. That’s all,” quipped the supreme hero.
Sai also opened about wedding. He acknowledged that his mother is searching for suitable girl. “Yes my mother is searching for a girl for me. Also she knows that I’m yet to establish my place in the film industry. I will tie knot once I feel I’m settled,” concluded Sai Tej.
KTR Is Back! Hyd Roads Are Waiting
In the second cabinet expansion, KT Rama Rao got a place and also retained his old portfolio i.e, IT, Municipal and Industries. In the last five years, KTR made sure to address many issues pertaining to municipal department especially the focus was more on Hyderabad.
When it rains, the twin cities come to a standstill with waterlogs, huge traffic and the quality of roads. KTR had his attention put on this and to an extent he succeeded but not fully. Whenever netizens address to him on Twitter, KTR would be bringing that to the notice of GHMC and made sure the things are done at the earliest. Despite that the quality of Hyderabad roads still remained below par.
Right after TRS forming government for the second time, KTR did not make it to the cabinet and it clearly reflected on the works taken up by GHMC. The rains badly damaged the roads of Hyderabad and Secunderabad and GHMC too did not take adequate measures to fix the roads.
As his second term as municipal minister, KTR needs to address this issue first and once again there is a need for new roads. However, this time KTR must ensure that the quality of roads should improve at any cost as the city is rapidly expanding in all corners.
The IT corridor too transformed like never before and now that the Metro is also operating, KTR should come up with initiatives that can impress the people and commuters. On the other hand, TRS government is planning to hold municipal elections soon, so KTR has a hard task ahead of him.
Mindblowing Offer For Sandeep Reddy Vanga!
Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga of ‘Arjun Reddy’ fame is yet to do another Telugu film after his debut flick took Tollywood by a storm. Though many big stars are ready to team up with him including Mahesh Babu, the director went to Bollywood to carve Kabir Singh and scored a massive success there.
And now, the director is getting ready to work in Bollywood once again rather creating a Telugu movie. While the reason that is being told is that his new story has a lot of span and range, which could reach to a larger section of audiences if made in Hindi. Bigg Boss 3: Srimukhi and Shiva Jyothi Went Overboard!
Ali Reza’s eviction is not a surprise to our visitors as we already reported it.
Ali Reza seemed like a strong contestant and a guaranteed finalist when he entered the show and also during the initial weeks.

Top 5: Saaho Fails To Live Up To Its Exorbitant Price Tag
1) Saaho: Saaho had seen some growth in collections in its second weekend, but it was not enough considering the high costs involved.
The film is still struggling to reach Rs. 80 Crore mark in Telugu states. The buyers are looking at heavy losses given the low reception during week days.
A partial holiday and Tuesday should help it a bit, but it is all downhill from there. There are some notable films coming up to take the attention totally away from Saaho.
2) Chhichhore: The campus comedy has struck a chord with the target audience.
The film has witnessed terrific growth in collections in the weekend and the word of mouth is very positive.
Glowing reviews and superb word of mouth will help the film to maintain strong hold during week days too.
3) IT:Chapter Two: The first chapter of this horror drama was one of the most popular movies among genre fans.
Now this second chapter hasn’t lived up to the expectations, but the initial buzz helped it to score well in its first weekend across the plexes.
4) Jodi: Sai Kumar’s son Aadi couldn’t figure what works for him yet. Jodi will go down as yet another forgettable film for the young actor.
The film couldn’t even recover its publicity costs in its first weekend.
5) Evaru: Adivi Sesh’s Evaru has turned out to be one of the clean hits of the year. The film is still running in A centers and a few multiplexes.
India’s Costliest Residential Location in Primary Market
South Mumbai’s Tardeo is India’s costliest residential location, commanding a staggering Rs 56,000 per sq ft average rate for homes available in the primary real estate market, according to property consultant Anarock.
Worli and Mahalaxmi in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) are placed at second and third positions with average housing prices of Rs 41,500 and Rs 40,000 per sq ft, respectively.
Anarock has compiled a list of the top 10 most expensive residential locations in India in the primary market that consists of new properties launched by builders and excludes resale ones.
“South Mumbai’s Tardeo is India’s most expensive residential location in the primary residential real estate market. Property here comes with an astronomical price tag of INR 56,200 per sq ft,” Anarock Chairman Anuj Puri said.
Tardeo, also known as Tardeo Road, is a very prominent residential and commercial location in South Mumbai. It enjoys excellent connectivity and is largely self-sufficient with high-grade educational and healthcare institutions as well as hotels and fine dining restaurants available, the report said.
Chennai’s Nungambakkam ranks fourth with an average price of Rs 18,000 per sq ft, while Egmore ranks fifth with Rs 15,100 per sq ft rate. Anna Nagar is at the seventh place with price of Rs 13,000 per sq ft.
Delhi’s Karol Bagh is at the sixth position with average price of Rs 13,500 per sq ft, while the Golf Course Road in Gurugram, Haryana is ranked ninth carrying an average price tag of Rs 12,500 per sq ft.
These two localities in the national capital region (Delhi-NCR) recorded an aggregate supply of 5,630 units since 2013 till date.
Pune’s Koregaon Park ranks eighth on the list, while Alipore in Kolkata comes in at the tenth spot. The average prices for luxury homes in these two micro-markets are Rs 12,500 and Rs 11,800 per sq ft, respectively.
Limited land supply and moderate construction pipelines drive prices high in these locations.
Anarock added that no localities in Bengaluru or Hyderabad figured in the top 10 list.
“Even as India’s middle-class grapples with the prospect of an uncertain future in their careers and financial ability – the main drivers of housing demand – the rise of India’s super-rich continues unabated,” Puri said.
Quoting a Credit Suisse report, the consultant said there were an estimated 3.42 lakh dollar-millionaires in India as on mid-2018 who collectively held around USD 6 trillion. It is forecast that 5.26 lakh Indian dollar millionaires’ wealth will be around USD 8.8 trillion by 2023.
“Market fluctuations make very little difference to the personal net worth of these individuals,” Puri said.
In India, as in the rest of the world, super-luxury housing remains largely insulated from median real estate and economic dynamics, he added.
“Buyers in this housing category, coming from both old’ and new’ money, remain personally wealthy despite ups and downs in their businesses or the economy at large. The country’s most aspirational and expensive locations are their exclusive playgrounds,” Puri concluded.
Post Saaho, UV Creations to go for smaller films!
The makers of “Saaho” will have impressive gains from the non-theatrical revenue that will be generated for the film. However, they will be in a spot with the theatrical revenue. They may have to deal with the distributors who will lose in certain areas.
Producing high-budgeted movies like Saaho has its own charm, but also some risks. Henceforth, the UV Creations banner will focus on small and medium-budgeted flicks.
UV Creations is all set to produce a film with Varun Tej in the direction of a flop director.
Producing films with newcomers and upcoming directors has been UV’s game plan for a long time now, be it Koratala Siva (Mirchi), Radha Krishna Kumar or Sujeeth.
The production house’s next film with Varun Tej will be directed by Merlapaka Gandhi who has two hits (Venkatadri Express, Express Raja) and a flop (Krishnarjuna Yuddham) in his account.
This film will be produced with a mere Rs 25 Cr budget which is too low for the banner that just produced “Saaho” with Rs 350 Cr.
Producers Pramod and Vamsi don’t want to take chances without the presence of Prabhas.
Gang Leader named out of admiration towards Chiru!
Nani has a strange explanation for the title of “Gang Leader” that is scheduled for release on September 13.
“Gang Leader” was an iconic hit in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s career and mega fans had created an uproar when Nani had unveiled the first look of this current movie with Chiranjeevi’s movie title. They slammed him for stealing Chiru’s iconic title.
Mega fans were hoping that either Ram Charan or any star from the mega family would use this title for their future films.
Undeterred by the backlash, Nani decided to keep the same title for his movie.
He also gave an explanation to please the mega fans — “When you like someone, you name your kid after them. We have used this title out of our admiration towards Megastar Chiranjeevi garu. I don’t see any problem with that. I am pretty sure that Chiranjeevi’s fans will also understand this logic,” he said during a media interaction.
However, it is to note that the title didn’t come to him so easily. He and his producers had to fight a huge battle in the Film Chamber to secure this name.
When the chamber refused to give, they finally relented to use the prefix, to make it “Nani’s Gang Leader”.
