It’s Pouring In Mumbai, But Heroines Are Unstoppable
From the last couple of days, Mumbai is getting drenched in heavy rains as in some areas people got into neck-deep waters as well. But then, there are our heroines who don’t care about anything but still find their glamorous show outside gyms as the most important thing to do.

Jagan@100: Will implement every promise
Euphoric over the completion of 100 days in office, YSR Congress president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy said he would make all out efforts to translate all the promises made in the election manifesto into reality.
The chief minister on Friday launched a slew of welfare measures including distribution of quality rice, inauguration of 200-bedded hospital-cum-research centre for Nephrology besides announcing the calendar for implementation of various other public benefit programmes etc.
Jagan said he would treat the manifesto as a sacred book and would fulfill every promise that was included in it and many of them are taking shape.
“Within 100 days of coming the power, the State has brought in sweeping changes in administration by decentralizing administration through Village Secretariats and providing 4 lakh jobs with Village Volunteers, who deliver government schemes to the doorstep, getting a lion’s share,” he said.
Earlier, the Chief Minister had inaugurated a 200-bedded hospital and Research Centre for Nephrology and has given a pension of Rs 10,000 each to patients suffering from stage five- Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD).
The Chief Minister had also announced Rs 5,000 pension to stage three patients.
This was the election promise made for the Uddanam kidney patients during the 3,648 km padayatra who said that people were dying as there was no facility or resource for dialysis and the government of that day has been neglecting them.
Deverakonda gives a clarity on his Hindi debut
As we know earlier that the heartthrob Vijay Deverakonda went to Mumbai last month to meet ace filmmaker Karan Johar. Ever since the duo’s meeting pictures is out, people have speculated that Vijay will soon be doing a Bollywood debut. When asked, Vijay did not speak about the rumours at that time.
Right when his fans are curious to know if the news on his debut is real or not, the actor himself hinted intriguing news. “It’s time a Hindi film happened. I am as curious as you are to see where this goes,” Vijay told to a popular news channel when he was asked about his plans of foraying into B-town. Later, he was asked who is his favourite actors in the North to which he replied, “Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are currently my favourite actors”. Ranbir and Alia are also one of the hottest and adorable couples in B-town.
Rumours have been on rife that Vijay is currently in talks for a debut with a leading filmmaker and the actor has given a nod to the script. Earlier another gossip we heard was, Vijay will meet three big producers of Bollywood who are keen to work with him, namely, Karan Johar, Sajid Nadiadwala, and Siddharth Roy Kapoor. With already promising career in South, Vijay clarified that he is not in a hurry to make a debut in Bollywood as he is happy with films in the South and doing films up in North won’t bring much change in his career.
So, until a confirmed news arrive, fans are ought to wait a bit more on his Bollywood debut. Currently, Vijay is busy with his next film under Kranthi Madhav’s direction. Rashi Khanna, Izabella, and Aishwarya Rajesh will be the lead actresses in this love story.
Chandrayaan2: ’15 minutes of fear’ coming your way tonight
The time has finally come! The Chandrayaan 2 moon mission is scheduled to land on the lunar surface at 1:55 am tonight and everyone is waiting for the nail-biting landing. The country is about to create history by becoming the first nation to reach closest to the moon’s south pole. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with school children, will see the landing live from the space agency’s control room. The moon lander Vikram has been isolated from its orbiting mothership and today’s landing has been called as the ‘most complex mission ever by ISRO’.
Till now, landings have taken place in the northern hemisphere or in the equatorial region of the moon by China mission, Russia’s Luna mission, and Appollo missions. But this landing will take place in the south pole. Also, this lunar landing will make India the fourth country after the US, Russia and China on having a soft landing on the moon. It is certain that the landing tonight is leaving everyone restless as it is all set to descent moon’s south pole in the wee hours.
The Chandrayaan2 orbiter lifespan is one year and the lander Vikram and rover Pragyan’s lifespan is 14 days. And the temperature could dip to minus 170 degree Celsius. The sunlight doesn’t fall on the moon’s craters in the south pole and it has been like that for billions of years. Therefore, the shadowed craters are estimated to hold nearly 100 million tons of water.
The landing today will also search for some waters on the south pole and take HD pictures of the same. With less than 24 hours from now for this final fifteen minutes of tension, people are looking forward to experiencing the country’s most exciting moon mision. A week ago, both hero Nithin and director Sukumar have shot for their cameos in the upcoming film “Valmiki” where Varun Tej is playing the role of a rowdy who gets reformed and finally becomes a cinema hero. The demand ‘CM Harish Rao’ is growing big with each passing day. The chorus for the demand within the party is growing and causing headache to CM KCR. Harish Rao’s followers are mounting pressure on the party to give a prominent post to their leader. The ignoring of Harish Rao in the government is upsetting his fans, followers who are raising slogans of ‘CM Harish’.
In the latest, special pooja was offered at Jogulamba temple in Gadwal. Over 25 TRS party leaders of Chandapur village does puja and offered 1016 coconuts to the deity praying to make Harish Rao the next CM of Telangana. Rangareddy district’s SC cell vice president Chintakunta Vishnu and 25 others from Chandapur village of Vanaparthi district have took part in the special puja. Chintakunta Vishnu has remembered the services of former Irrigation minister Harish Rao and his contribution to Kaleshwaram project. Vishnu openly criticized the party and government for not inviting Harish Rao for the launch of Kaleshwaram Project.
“I’m requesting KCR sir to either make Harish Rao as Deputy CM or CM. Harish Rao has completed Kaleswaram project with utmost sincerity and a lot of hard work. Then how can Harish Rao be ignored at the launch of Kaleshwaram? While AP CM YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and Maharashtra CM Fadnavis were invited, why Harish Rao was not invited for the launch of the project for which he had worked rigorously. Harish Rao’s name was not even there on the foundation stone,” said Chintakunta Vishnu appealing to CM KCR.
Vishnu’s comments have kicked up a storm in TRS as party leaders are divided between KCR and Harish Rao. He further alleged that Harish Rao, Etela Rajendra who had actively participated in Telangana movement along with KCR in 2002 are being sidelined in the party. He alleged that the leaders who joined from other parties are being given importance in TRS.
TRS senior leaders are yet to respond to these comments and acts of Vishnu and other party leaders from Vanaparthi.
Saaru, Caaru Carvings On Yadadri Temple, BJP Angry
Call it the heights of publicity monger of TRS as the image of party leader KCR has been engraved on the temple pillars. This is not all. The picture of TRS election symbol – Car and government program Harithaharam have been engraved on the pillars at Yadadri Narasimha Swamy temple.
In ancient ages, rulers and kings used to carve their pictures, and their achievements as writings on the monuments they build. But when it comes to temples and religious monuments, there would not be the pictures of rulers as a mark of sacred.
Now the moot question is whether the carvings of KCR, car symbol and Harithaharam were done with the knowledge of KCR or not. While Opposition parties are accusing that KCR was behind this, a section of TRS leaders said it was done by some enthusiastic leaders at lower rung to impress KCR. But the latter argument didn’t get takers as everyone has found fault with the government when it comes to the development of such a historic temple at Yadagiri.
BJP is quick to respond on the issue and express its displeasure over the government’s move. It found fault with the cravings of KCR and his party symbol and his government scheme on temple wall. Stating that temple is holy place, BJP has demanded to remove the carvings immediately. As BJP is aggressively making inroads into Telangana, such glaring mistakes of TRS are coming in handy for BJP to get people’s attention.
#BiggBoss3: Baba Bhaskar Becomes Captain, Refuses To Take Charge
All the contestants are made to undertake the ‘sand’ task by Bigg Boss on episode 47 that was aired last night, to elect the new captain. While the whole of housemates decided that Baba Bhaskar, Sreemukhi and Himaja will contest as captain aspirants, Rahul, Ravi and Shilpa as ineligible persons.
Bigg Boss made Rahul, Ravi and Shilpa to pick each of their favourites from the three captain aspirants and support them in the task. While Baba Bhaskar, Sree Mukhi and Himaja stood outside a container, Shilpa, Ravi and Rahul sat inside the containers, tossing out the sand thrown by other inmates into the containers. The ones who got the least sand at the end of the task, will be the captain.
By the end of task, Baba Bhaskar’s container contained less sand, as Shilpa Chakravarthy did a fabulous job of tossing out all the sand meticulously, he was declared captain. But Baba felt that he couldn’t take the charge because there is no way he has done any hard work to win the task. Also, he pointed out that looking at how many people have thrown sand at him, he got disappointed.
In the end, Varun Sandesh convinced him saying that Baba Bhaskar should take the job for all the kind of hard work Shilpa Chakravarthy did for him. And he obliged.
