Mahesh Watched Ismart Shankar, But Hasn’t Tweeted?
Already the picture of hero Ram with a round hat and Mahesh talking to him quite ecstatically has gone viral on the internet. And we hear that there is a big story behind this conversation that took place at Annapurna Studios premises on Saturday night.
Both Mahesh and Ram Pothineni have met at Annapurna Studios, as the Superstar is shooting for Sarileru Neekevvaru there, while Ram surfaced there to enter the Bigg Boss set in order to promote Ismart Shankar alongside Nagarjuna on the stage. There, the two have met and we hear that Mahesh is quite upbeat about Ram’s performance in Ismart Shankar as he spoke about it in length.
Well, that brings us to the question that Mahesh has watched Ismart Shankar already but haven’t tweeted about it. In the wake of Puri Jagan’s comments that Mahesh works with him only when he (Puri) is in top form, Mahesh fans got hurt big time. At this moment, if Mahesh tweets about Ismart, it would create a commotion for sure. Maybe for that reason, the superstar might have not tweeted about the movie.
Onlookers revealed that Mahesh appreciated Ram and the film, and also shared his happening for the film becoming a top grosser in the young hero’s career.
Allu Arjun And Trivikram Divided Over Item Song?
Allu Arjun and Trivikram Srinivas have joined forces for the third time, after Julayi and S/o Satyamurthy. This is Bunny’s 19th film and it is being directed by Trivikram’s close friend Radhakrishna.
AA19’s shooting is almost halfway through. Now, the latest buzz in the Film Nagar circles is that a difference of opinion over an item song has got both Bunny and Trivikram divided.
Apparently, Trivikram and Radhakrishna have felt that an item song is required at a crucial juncture of the movie. However, Allu Arjun is against their idea, as he feels that there is no need for an item song in the movie.
Bunny is said to have explained to his director and producer that the film has an honest story of a father and son and that unnecessary songs may disturb the story progression.
Both the parties are yet to come to a mutual understanding regarding the item song. For the time being, the Trivikram is completing the scenes featuring Allu Arjun, heroine Pooja Hegde, Tabu and other lead cast. We will have to wait until next Sankranthi to see if the item song will eventually make it to the film.

While Naga Shourya’s name is being heard from a long time, reports are now coming that Anushka has come aboard for the same.
We wonder if they are romancing each other, but the pair might just look odd, in case if they are creating a pure love comedy. But then, we couldn’t say no to the pairing, do we? Maybe KRR is coming up with some experimental content whose first segment is going to be directed by none other than Krish.
Reports are coming that the other two segments will be directed by writer-BVS Ravi and director Anil Ravipudi, but there is no confirmation over that. Let’s wait for official confirmation over these snippets anyway.
RS nod to bifurcate J&K into UTs, resolution to axe Art 370
In a big triumph for the government, the Rajya Sabha on Monday passed the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Bill 2019 and adopted the resolution to abrogate the Constitution’s Article 370.
The bill would now be tabled in the Lok Sabha for consideration and passing. Once it gets the Parliamentary approval and becomes an Act, the state would be bifurcated into two Union territories — Jammu and Kashmir with a legislature, and Ladakh Union Territory without a legislature.
The Rajya Sabha also passed the Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019 having provisions of 10 per cent reservation for Economically Weaker Sections of upper caste in the state.
Replying to the debate on Jammu and Kashmir Reorganization Bill, 2019 in the Rajya Sabha, Home Minister Amit Shah said that it was time for Article 370 to go as the constitutional provision was “the root of all the evils”.
He said that Article 370 never allowed the democracy to percolate down, and noted that over 41,000 people of the state were killed in the last two decades.
Ban on meetings, rallies in Hyderabad
Hyderabad: Hyderabad police on Monday imposed a ban on meetings and rallies after the Union Home Ministry issued an advisory to all the states as well as Union Territories to put security forces and law enforcement agencies on maximum alert following the governmernt’s decision to scrap Article 370 of the Constitution.
The ban was imposed under the limits of Hyderabad, Cyberabad and Rachakonda police commissionerates in and around the Telangana capital.
Cyberabad Police Commissioner V.C. Sajjanar said prohibitory orders have been issued on assembly of five or more persons in sensitive areas.
Telangana Director General of Police, M. Mahender Reddy informed all police commissioners and superintendents of police about the advisory over a video conference.
The commissioner said the security had been beefed up and all preventive measures were being taken to prevent any untoward incident.
Vijay Devarakonda Wants ‘Double Ismart’?
Rumour has that “Ismart Shankar” is actually written by Puri Jagan with Vijay Devarakonda in mind, but the director never acknowledged it. Other day hero Ram has however told that he and Puri have deloped the script together sitting in Goa, which clears the air that the script is in fact written only after Ram came aboard.
But the thing is, as Puri Jagan announced the sequel to the film, ‘Double Ismart’, here comes a surprising thing. On Friday night, we hear that young sensation Vijay Devarakonda has met Puri Jagan at the directors ‘Cave’ to make sure that they work together. He is said to have evinced interesting to star in the sequel of the movie which Puri and
Had ‘Dear Comrade’ turned bigger hit, Vijay calculations and plans would have been different. Given that the film hasn’t performed up to the mark, the actor is said to be contemplating to do some massy film such that his fans will get their thirst satiated. But we have to see if Puri Jagan will make the sequel with him.
As Ram himself evinced interest to star in the sequel, though not to take it off immediately, we wonder if Puri will now go ahead with Vijay for it.
Industry Boycotting Comedian Prithvi?
Comedian Prithvi was one of the staunch YSRCP sympathiser and more than two years before the general elections, he has been speaking in support of Jagan Mohan Reddy. Apart from participating in Jagan’s Padayatra, he also campaigned for Party. As the polls came nearer, he increased his intensity and spoke aggressively. He even didn’t shy away from criticising Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan.
Considering his political attack on Kalyan, a speculation unearthed that Mega family has decided not to have as part of their films any more, except for ongoing projects. But, the comedian has condemned it at that time. Without naming anyone, Prithvi has now stated that ‘I am not being considered for movies because of the fact that I pitched for YSRCP’.
It is known that Prithvi has become the Chairman of Bhakti channel recently. So, while speaking to media in Hyderabad, he has alleged that ‘few industry people are not giving me any work after I became the chairman and some of them even took back the advances they gave for films which I committed earlier’. He also added, ‘Only because of the good reputation I earned through films, I am able to become the SVBC chairman. So, I will always be indebted to the industry.’
Prithvi went to hint that an investigation will ordered against the previous SVBC chairmen, including B Raghavendra Rao, in case of any irregularities. ‘As SVBC chairman, I will always work with full commitment and there will no comparison to Raghavendra Rao in this matter,’ he ended.
