Rumour: Pawan Kalyan’s Foreign Investments?
Though his plans of bringing a change in Andhra Pradesh political got hindered after the massive loss of Janasena in the 2019 general election, actor Pawan Kalyan maintained that this is just the beginning and he is confident of the change. At a time when he is rejecting the idea of making a splash in movies again, here comes an interesting gossip about his investments.
All said and done, while divorcing his former wife Renu Desai, the mega hero was said to have sold out many of his properties to give crores of rupees in cash and then transferred few properties to the name of Akira and Aadhya. Later he acted in the big budget films and is said to have made 100s of crores through them.
Political circles are right now buzzing that Pawan is pushing all his savings into real estate to make sure that his wife Anna Lezhenova and kids will not suffer from the financial crisis in the near future. Talk is that Pawan is said to have invested his money in real estate, not in India but abroad. They say he has owned a big commercial complex as well as a residential layout in one of the top tier cities of the world.
Indian actors like Amitabh Bachhan and Shahrukh Khan have invested hugely in fastest growing cosmopolitan cities like Dubai, and Pawan is no exception. But a Telugu hero has never done such things and that is why this news sounds as sour as it could be.
Some insiders, however, clarified that Pawan hasn’t invested in any real estate but he’s keeping that money to run Janasena part. To secure future of his wife and kids, he made a couple of Fixed Deposits in Hyderabad banks, but nothing else, they say.
Jagan Helping Hyd Real Estate: Chandrababu
In a scathing attack, ex CM Chandrababu Naidu had breathed fire on CM Jagan Mohan Reddy. Accusing Jagan Reddy of helping indirectly for the development of Hyderabad, Naidu said Jagan is the reason for the decrease in the land value of Amaravati. He further alleged that investments are not coming to Amaravati and they are being diverted to Hyderabad. He said Jagan is developing Hyderabad real-estate to grow indirectly. Chandrababu advised Jagan to wake up and realize the costly mistakes that is resulting in a lot of loss to AP and its people.
Calling Amaravati Capital and Polavaram National Irrigation Project as the two eyes of Andhra Pradesh, the seasoned politician said the onus lies on everyone in AP to ensure that these two projects are completed on time in a good manner. Naidu alleged Jagan of spoiling these two projects. He said all Jagan has to do is to continue the ongoing projects and doesn’t need to spend an extra penny.
Naidu questioned why Jagan is stopping the projects and hampering the state’s growth. He said just having majority in the house doesn’t let you do whatever you want to. “This is a state and it is not your private property,” said Chandrababu in a press conference.
Taking potshots at the officials for releasing false information in the fact sheets released on PPAs (Power Purchase Agreement), Naidu said the officials have manipulated, misinterpreted the facts. On the whole, Naidu expressed his angst against the steps, proceedings fo the ruling government.
Rajamouli’s USA Visit: Auditions And Decisions?
Recently Rajamouli went on a short trip to the USA, regarding which everyone felt that he was there to attend the TANA convention. However the star director later clarified that he’s not there to attend TANA, rather he will not be finding time to attend his brother Keeravani’s music concert as well.

Why Is Chandrayaan-2 Special For Prabhas?
The launch of Chandrayaan-2 from the Satish Dhawan space station in Sriharikota is the proud moment for the entire nation. Everyone is overwhelmed with this achievement by ISRO. GSLV-MkIII, that carried Chandrayaan-2 (termed as Baahubali) module, took off at 2.43 PM and seperated lunar craft to its desired geo-transfer orbit in next 15 minutes.
After the remarkable feat is achieved, Indian President Ramnath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi have congratulated the ISRO scientists. For Young Rebel star Prabhas, it is even more special moment as ‘Chandrayaan-2’ has been monikered after his blockbuster film’s name ‘Baahubali’. The Saaho actor, on Monday, took to his Instagram and thanked ISRO for naming after his movie.
Prabhas tweeted: “Hello Darlings! It is a proud day for all of us Indians as ISRO’s Chandrayaan-2 took flight today. Not just for Prabhas, but the team of Baahubali is also quite thrilled about having their film’s name for Chandrayaan-2. The official Twitter account of Baahubali tweeted: “Proud that @ISRO’s #Chandrayaan2 took flight today. We are extremely overwhelmed to know that it is a termed as #Baahubali for its scale and the effort that went into making it happen. Couldn’t be happier. Congratulations on the successful launch.”
Jagan Hitting Every Ball, A Four Or A Six: Governor
Outgoing Andhra Pradesh Governor, ESL Narasimhan, who has set a new record by becoming the longest serving Governor of the State, has become emotional during his farewell. Narasimhan said sorry to the people of India and asked them to forgive for his little “small mistakes”.
Narasimhan complimented YS Jagan and his rule. He compared these first 34 days of Jagan’s rule to a cricket captain opening the batting with a powerplay of 10 overs by hitting every ball to a boundary or a six, which is magnificent.
He also advised Jagan to consolidate his hitting after first few overs and then hit again in the end over, say by the end of his five year rule. Comparing every move of Jagan to Cricket, Narasimhan wants Jagan to remain not out with many centuries.
Accolading Jagan’s moves in Assembly, the Governor brought the 4 Ds, Debate, Discussion, Dissent and Decision, saying that Jagan inherited a new empire and excellent team following the four important ‘D’s.
While mentioning Jagan’s wife Bharathi, Narasimhan showered praises her energy and how she supports Jagan, which is making them a special couple.
Breaking: Karan Johar Buys Dear Comrade
After Kabir Singh’s blockbuster success, all eyes of Bollywood are on Vijay Deverakonda’s next big film Dear Comrade which is releasing in 4 languages in South this week. This naturally drew the attention of Bollywood biggies who have been evincing interest on the film’s Hindi remake rights. Telugu producers Mythri Movie Makers and BigBen Cinemas had been getting a lot of offers from Hindi makers.
Finally, the Hindi remake rights of Dear Comrade went into safe and big hands. One of India’s popular filmmakers, Karan Johar, has bought the Hindi remake rights of Dear Comrade and Karan will be remaking the film under prestigious Dharma Productions. Karan said to have watched the whole film and impressed with the film in totality and come forward to buy the Hindi remake rights. Apparently, Karan is paying a fancy price to acquire the Hindi remake rights of Dear Comrade, a love story of Bobby and Lilly with several layers.
It is learnt that Karan has loved Dear Comrade, particularly, the second-half of the film. Ahead of the film’s release on 26th July, Karan Johar buying the film’s remake rights is certainly a big news and this is going to increase the hype surrounding the film.
The moot question is whether Vijay will also enact as Bobby in the Hindi remake? That’s a million dollar question now.
