Will Jagan allow Naidu to stay at Vundavalli?
For the last five years, Telugu Desam Party president and former chief minister of Andhra Pradesh N Chandrababu Naidu has been staying at a private residence taken on rent from Lingamaneni Ramesh near Vundavalli on the banks of Krishna river.
When he was the chief minister, his government had also taken the adjacent place on lease for construction of “Praja Vedika” to conduct his party meetings and also meet people who came to him to submit grievances. The government used to pay rent both for his house and also Praja Vedika.
Now that Naidu is out of power, he has no other place to stay in Amaravati. Having no other option, he wrote a letter to YSR Congress party president and new chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday, requesting that he be allowed to continue in the same house located on the private property.
At the same time, he also requested Jagan to allow him to make use of Praja Vedika adjacent to his house to meet his party workers and also people coming from different parts of the state.
“Since there is no space in the residence to meet the people, I request you to allow me to use Praja Vedika, along with my residence,” Naidu said.
However, one wonders whether Jagan would allow him to continue to stay at Lingamaneni house, leave alone using the Praja Vedika.
Right from the beginning, YSRC leaders had been arguing that Lingamaneni house was an unauthorised construction on the bund of Krishna river and was leased out to Naidu on quid pro quo basis.
So, if the new government thinks it is an unauthorised construction, it will not allow Naidu to stay there and would ask him to look for an alternative arrangement. But if Jagan adopts a lenient approach towards Naidu, he might allow him to continue there.
Why did Kesineni reject his post in LS?
Telugu Desam Party MP from Vijayawada Kesineni Nani’s refusal to accept the post of party whip in Lok Sabha kicked up as storm in the party.
The TDP has won only three MPs in the recent Lok Sabha elections and party president N Chandrababu Naidu appointed Srikakulam MP K Rammohan Naidu as floor leader of the party in Lok Sabha and Guntur MP Galla Jayadev as deputy floor leader, while Kesineni Nani was given the post of party whip which his mandatory as per the rules.
However, Kesineni created ripples in the party by posting a message on his Facebook page that he was not accepting the whip post.
He wrote a message to Naidu stating that the latter could appoint someone else who was more capable and efficient than him.
“I feel I am not suitable to handle the responsibilities of such a big post,” he said.
Kesineni asserted that the people of Vijayawada had given him their blessings and elected me as their Member of Parliament.
“I would be more than happy to serve the constituency full time rather than this posts,” he said.
Apparently, Nani had been sulking ever since Rammohan Naidu was given the elevation though he was junior to him. He had even skipped the Iftar party hosted by Naidu in Vijayawada on Tuesday.
This led to the talk that Kesineni was planning to quit the TDP and might join the BJP. But on Wednesday, he clarified again stating that there was no question of changing the party and he would never join the BJP.
Babu Governance: Dry Fruits for 3 Costs 18 Lakhs?
Ever since YCP stormed to power with a thumping victory, Vijay Sai Reddy has launched an all-round attack on Chandrababu Naidu and his governance.
In a fresh accusation, Vijay Sai Reddy alleged that the dry fruits bill for three persons in APSCHE (Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education) alone costed Rs 18 Lakh. He questioned Chandrababu that is this the “visionary”, “experienced”, “progressive” means?
Vijay Sai Reddy said that while the successor state of Andhra Pradesh is in deficit budget and is mired in financial woes, Naidu government had splurged on people’s money. He said there were no measures of austerity.
This is not all. Vijay Sai Reddy further alleged that Panchayati Raj Rural Development Office, which was paying a rent of Rs 5 Lakh, in Nakkala Road in Amaravati had been shifted to a building with rent of Rs 30 Lakh. As Panchayat Raj is under Nara Lokesh’s ministry, Vijay Sai Reddy has smartly targeted both Naidu and Lokesh at one shot. He alleged that Naidu doesn’t care about the public exchequer.
Vijay Sai Reddy further alleged that Naidu government has looked down the ASHA (Accreditated Social Health Activist) women. He said YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has increased their income from meager Rs 3000 to Rs 10000.
Meanwhile, TDP leaders are yet to respond to Vijay Sai Reddy’s allegations.

Jagan Appoints Ajeya Kallam As Administrative Guru
From the last one year, there are rumours that the then CM aspirant YS Jagan is actually taking ‘administration’ related classes from just retired AP Chief Secretary Ajeya Kallam, who has a meritorious track record as a commendable IAS officer. And now, the CM rewarded him with a big post.
A while ago, Andhra Pradesh government has appointed Ex IAS officer Ajeya Kallam as a Special Advisor to AP CM YS Jagan. Not only Ajeya Kallam will be guiding Jagan in the administration but will function independently like a cabinet minister with almost 10 officers working under him directly. Also, the retired IAS is going to handle all the top IAS and IPS officers for Jagan, as he knows all of them inside out.
Some reports are indicating that ‘administrative guru’ of Jagan is the highest paid Advisor to the government with annual pay of 30 lakhs, while travel and daily allowances are extra. Looks like YS Jagan wants to give better governance and hence he wants to be flanked by talented and able officers.
During TDP government, where Ajeya Kallam worked as CS, he commented openly that corruption is getting heaped inside the government. Also, he’s critical of some projects and agreements between the AP government and Singapore. We have to see in what way he guides Jagan now.
‘No One Will Watch A Movie If Heroine Weighs 96 Kgs’

You cannot afford to have hormones all over the place. Weight loss for me was as much about health and confidence as it was about vanity”.
Marking her place with two films, Kedarnath and Simmba, the actress also spoke on nepotism.”The saddest part is that people find an unfair, unearned, invalid, unnecessary advantage to somebody born in a family of actors. Casting Couch Allegation on Vijay Deverakonda Film
Kollywood actress Shammu has made a shocking allegation that she was asked for “sexual favour” by a popular director to cast her in Vijay Deverakonda’s new film. Divulging her ‘Me Too’ moment, Shammu stated that a well-known director had asked her to “fulfill” his “desire” to get her a role in Vijay Deverakonda’s movie.
Shammu hasn’t revealed the name of the director nor the name of the movie. She said she has taken such things in her stride and moved on. Stating that “complaining” on such issues, incidents won’t yield any result, Shammu said she knows how to handle such situations. She also said the opposite person won’t admit his mistake and hence there is no point in disclosing the person’s name.
Shammu has opened up about the issue when a netizen had asked her about ‘Me Too’ experiences during her Instagram interaction. Responding to him, Shammu shared the above experience. Shammu was recently seen in Siva Karthikeyan’s Mister Local.
However, Shammu’s ‘Me Too’ experience has come as a major shock to Vijay’s fans and Tollywood movie buffs. Vijay Deverakonda is yet to respond to Shammu’s allegations as his name is being “misused” by a director as alleged by Shammu.
Manmadhudu 2 Is Looking Like A Remake
Akkineni Nagarjuna is hell bent on scoring a big hit as he has done that couple of years earlier but not in the recent past. He is now coming up with Manmadhudu 2 movie, where teamed up with director Rahul Ravindran for a sequel of his own super hit movie.
While Nagarjuna is looking dapper for his age, ever since the pictures of his chemistry with heroines from this film getting released, it looks like the film is a remake of recent Hindi hit. Not officially or technically, but looks wise, we have to say that Nag and his heroines are reminding De De Pyaar De.
In all the pictures released by Manmadhudu 2 team, where Nagarjuna is seen in romantic poses with either Rakul Preet Singh or Keerthy Suresh, it is looking like a 50-year-old romancing a 25-year-old girl. Though Nag looks like charming, somehow is age is quite visible in this film, giving us a color of De De Pyaar De where the story deals with a 50+ plus man falling for a 25+ girl.
In reality, Nag is 59, while Rakul is 28 and Keerthy is 26 years old. Maybe they should have cast some senior heroines like Nayan and Kajal as they are nearly 10 years elder to these sirens, and their matured looks would have helped big. Anyway, we can’t comment on this until the film releases as the story might have made them cast these young ladies.

He happens to be one of the craziest heroes of Tollywood who is enjoying a vacation abroad now. When he and his buddies are sharing the pictures from last week or so, many thought that he’s on a vacation due to the scorching heat here in Hyderabad.

Former CM and TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu stated that the fight against the Centre will continue and asked the party leaders, cadre to muster the strength. Naidu said that the party is going to form Lok Sabha constituency-wise committees and the new committees will take up the fight vigorously over the injustice meted out to Andhra Pradesh. He said the bifurcation assurances, promises made to AP were not fulfilled and the fight against the Centre continues till the last assurance is kept.
As YS Jagan is all set to create new districts as per Lok Sabha constituencies, Naidu has decided to form the TDP committees for the Lok Sabha constituencies itself. Chandrababu has asked the party workers and leaders to brace up for any tough situation politically.
“Badhapadithe Poradalemu. Poradevaru Badhapadaru. Be ready to face any situation that challenge us,” Naidu told to party workers at his Undavalli residency.
