Shocker to Naidu: Jagan takes over Praja Vedika

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has dealt yet another blow to TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu.

On Friday, Jagan issued orders taking over Praja Vedika, a conference hall attached to Naidu’s residence in Undavalli.

Naidu has been utilising this facility after he shifted to Amaravathi to conduct party meetings, official meetings and conferences.

This facility was built by government at a cost of Rs 10 crore. The CRDA (Capital Region Development Authority) has built Praja Vedika.

Soon after Jagan became CM, Naidu had written a letter to CM requesting him to allot Undavalli residence and Prajavedika since he has no own house in Amaravathi and no facility to hold party meetings in Amaravathi.

However, there has been no response from Jagan so far.

On Friday, orders were issued all of a sudden to takeover Praja Vedika on the ground of holding Collectors’ conference on June 24.

Jagan will chair the Collectors’ conference on June 24 at Praja Vedika which is right next to Naidu’s residence.

Officials directed Naidu’s personal staff to shift their belongings immediately and handover Praja Vedika to government.

Naidu who is abroad for a vacation with family is already under deep shock after four of TDP Rajya Sabha members defected to BJP.

The takeover of Praja Vedika will be a severe blow to Naidu as it indicates that the government will soon takeover even his Undavalli residence making him ‘homeless’ in Amaravathi.

Nag, Ravi Teja trolled for Kaleshwaram comments!

Actors Akkineni Nagarjuna and Ravi Teja have been trolled by netizens for their comments on the inauguration of Kaleshwaram lift irrigation project on Friday.

Both the actors took to Twitter to praise KCR and KTR for the speedy completion of Kaleshwaram.

This angered netizens who took potshots at them for ignoring T Harish Rao, who as irrigation minister in KCR’s first term, played a key role in the speedy execution of project.

Netizens expressed ire at Nagarjuna for complimenting only KCR and KTR and ignoring Harish.

They alleged that Nagarjuna in his attempt to please KCR and KTR deliberately ignored Harish.

Netizens expressed anger at Ravi Teja saying that he should ask anyone in Telangana about the role of Harish in execution of irrigation project but he should not make such comments out of his ignorance.

Some netizens asked him whether Ravi Teja praised only KCR and KTR because they closed the drugs case booked against him.

Netizens said Nagarjuna and Ravi Teja did ‘chemchagiri’ for KCR and KTR for their selfish interests but Telangana society knows very well the role of Harish in Kaleshwaram.

Netizens questioned them why did they praise KTR who had no role in Kaleshwaram and said this exposed their “true colours”.

Tollywood celebs hail Kaleshwaram Project

All eyes are on Kaleshwaram Project which is reckoned as the world largest life irrigation project. Short while ago, Telangana CM KCR, AP CM YS Jagan and Governor of Telugu states ESL Narasimhan have inaugurated it. Kaleshwaram also got the attention of Tollywood celebs and few of them tweeted on its opening.

Firstly it is King Akkineni Nagarjuna. Saying water is life, he tweeted, “All the best for the inauguration of the largest lift irrigation project in the world!! #KaleshwaramProject a marvel of human engineering!!!” Then it was actor Prakash Raj who recalled his meeting with KCR and latter saying that it was his dream project. “I have heard him say “Prakash..it’s my dream” I have seen him constantly perceiving to ensure and empower this dream.. today it’s a reality.. congratulations Telangana…thank you KCR Garu for being a visionary,” wrote Prakash Raj.

Lastly comedian Vennela Kishore acknowledged KTR’s tweet on Kaleshwaram project.

The Only MP Who Is Fighting On Behalf Of TDP

Telugu Desam Parliamentary Party (TDPP) leader and Guntur MP Jayadev Galla said TDPP did not merge with BJP and even Rajya Sabha chairman has no right to take a decision on the merge.

Jayadev took to his social media handles and added that he did not hold any Parliamentary party meeting and whoever has joined other party, will definitely come under anti-defection law and have to face disqualification. “TDP got established to do welfare for the public and in the last elections, forty percent of AP people have voted for the party and crore of party workers have worked day and night. At this moment, politics is not before us and instead we have to fight for the ‘Special Category Status’ and other promises as part of Andhra Pradesh Bifurcation Law,” wrote Jayadev.

Sensing a similar doubt, the director of today’s release Mallesham is said to have come up with an interesting agreement to be signed by his actors and key technicians. The agreement says that if a guy is found to be harassing a girl, then he will be removed from the film without any intimation.

And if the film shoot gets stopped due to that incident, then the guy responsible for it has to bear the total expenses that incurred till date. Director Raj himself is said to have signed the agreement first before making every other person sign it. Own Or Outside Company? Prabhas Will Take A Call

‘Baahubali’ Prabhas is all set to woo the audiences very soon with the film ‘Saaho’. But the discussion in the film industry is turning interesting about the production house he will choose for his upcoming film.

Apparently, Prabhas’ Saaho and his next being directed by Radhakrishna of Jil movie fame are produced by UV Creations, a company owned by his cousin and friend. And then, his own film house Gopikrishna Movies is also a shareholder in these projects, we hear. But will Prabhas continue producing films on his own rather than working with other big houses?

Bollywood’s big production house Dharma Productions (Karan Johar) and Tollywood’s happening company Sri Venkateswara Creations (Dil Raju) are said to have offered mammoth deals to Prabhas now for a movie. However, the Baahubali star is yet to take a call on this, as he is in two minds, whether he should take remuneration or share in the project.

As most superstars in India are right now demanding a share in the project and making their own production house associated with the execution of the film, even Prabhas is thinking that it is the better, flexible and viable one. But he wants to take a decision on this once Saaho hits cinemas.

Siddipet TRS MLA Harish Rao has finally opened up on Kaleshwaram project. It was inaugurated this morning by Telangana CM KCR and there is a wide celebrations among TRS party circles in their respective constituencies.

Harish Rao joined the celebrations in his constituency and credited KCR for the project getting done in a record time of three years. He also thanked farmers who have donated their land for the construction of the project and he along with TRS party will be indebted to them. “In the United state, any project will be in pending. After the separate state is achieved, all the irrigation projects are running. This credit goes to our visionary CM KCR. I would also like to thank the engineers and contractors who have worked for Kaleshwaram without them this could not have been possible,” said Harish Rao.

However, Harish did not comment anything why he was not invited for the inauguration and confined himself by claim this as TRS party’s biggest achievement. Like no other district in Telangana, Siddipet district has four reservoirs and by Dasara we will get water from Kaleshwaram. With that there will be no water shortage in Siddipet hereafter,” concluded Harish.

Buzz: Bangarraju Will Be A Father-Son Treat

Somehow Nagarjuna is interested to do more multi-starrers and this time he wants to partner with his family members, especially his sons a lot. After roping in Samantha for a cameo in Manmadhudu 2, the next Akkineni duo that is going to team up is none other than Nag and his son Chaitanya, they say.

While ‘Bangarraju’ was expected to be a sequel of Nagarjuna’s Soggade Chinni Nayana, which will be directed Kalyan Krishna of the same movie, now there seems to be a small change. This film is now being made as a two-hero movie with Nagarjuna and Naga Chaitanya playing the lead roles.

Reports are coming that already script work is almost done and Naga Chaitanya will be paired up with Keerthy Suresh for this film, while a hunt for Nagarjuna’s heroine is on. Looks like this will be a second multi-starrer for Chay back to back after he wraps Venky Mama with uncle Venkatesh.

On the other hand, while Chay is shooting for Venky Mama right now, Nagarjuna is busy with Manmadhudu 2’s final leg as the film is set for a release very soon.

TDP Merge With BJP In RS Approved!

The Vice-President of India who also happens to be the chairman of Rajya Sabha has approved the merger of Telugu Desam Parliamentary Party (TDPP) with BJP. Yesterday four Rajya Sabha MPs of TDP have met Venkaiah Naidu and submitted a letter urging him to merge TDPP with BJP. On Friday in the Rajya Sabha’s official website, the four MPs are shown as BJP members and thus a clarity has come out.

Meanwhile the TDP MPs have met Venkaiah Naidu and asked the latter to disqualify the MPs who have defected the TDP. They also said this merger is illegal and against the constitution of India. In a fresh development TDPP has appointed Kanakamedala as Rajya Sabha leader and Thota Seetharama Lakshmi as deputy.

The Vice President Venkaiah has reportedly informed that the TDP MPs that he will go through the letter of the representation and will take an action as the law.

Ganta Is Next Wicket?

In a deadly blow to TDP, 4 of its Rajya Sabha members have dumped the party to join ruling BJP and thus sought the merger of the TDP Legislature Party into BJP Legislature Party in Upper House. Even as TDP is struggling to come to terms with this, it is learnt that yet another blow awaits TDP.

It is rumoured that TDP MLA and former minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao is going to be the next wicket of TDP who will be quitting the party to join BJP. It is buzzed that Ganta along with four other MLAs is expected to join BJP on coming Monday i.e June 24.

Talk is that the coming Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) elections are the target. BJP wants to focus on the Greater Vizag Mayor election. Given that the party had won an MP from Vizag in 2014 with the help of TDP, the party now wants to strengthen itself in AP. To start with, BJP has chosen Vizag as the first step. If Ganta and four other MLAs join BJP, this will be a big shock to Naidu for sure. Naidu is on a family vacation and TDP leaders have chosen this as the right opportunity to switch over to BJP.

Indian team to wear Orange jerseys against England

To avoid a colour clash, team India will wear orange jerseys on June 30 for World Cup 2019 against England. Traditionally wearing blue jerseys all these years and also fondly called as ‘Men in Blue’, the Virat Kohli team, on June 30, will don orange coloured jerseys, in completely different attire.

Since the team England is also sporting a blue jersey, the decision was made to avoid the colour confusion. However, the collar of the new shirts will likely have a blue colour intact and predominantly orange all over. The ICC has confirmed that except for the host country i.e, England, all other teams will be required to provide for two different coloured kits. The host country has a preference in the choice of colour and has the freedom of wearing a single colour for all the matches.

Also, if observed earlier, even South Africa changed the colour of their jerseys from green to dominate yellow colour on their second World Cup 2019 match on June 2 against Bangladesh, who also wore green. On Saturday, Afghanistan will also change the jerseys as both India and Afghanistan has the same colours. Here, India won’t change the jerseys because the match in Southampton will be treated as a home game for India.

Kajal Teases Lions, Netizens Ask About Ethics

Apparently, Kajal makes sure to teaser the alligator with that piece of meat in her hand. She teases it to come more ‘up and up’ to grab it. At the same time, she deceived the lions on the opposite side of the mesh to run for her and tricked them a couple of times.

Big B’s unrecognizable look from Gulabo Sitabo

Many times legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan has gone unrecognizable with heavy prosthetics and makeup for amazing roles like Paa, 102 Not Out and Thugs of Hindostan. Even at the age of 76, the actor predominantly adapts the mannerisms and persona to transform into completely a different person. Once again, Big B has surprised everyone with his new look in his upciming film, Gulabo Sitabo.

With prosthetic makeup of long nose, white beard, magnifying glasses and a headscarf, Amitabh looks different in a new avatar. This is the first look of the film and has quite surprised everyone, leaving us curious to know more about the film. The actor will be seen playing a landlord in the film. The team said that Big B was very excited when the filmmaker showed him the sketch of his new avatar and he was all ready to disguise with the challenging makeup.

On Twitter, Big B too announced that he has begun shooting for Gulabo Sitabo and wrote, “One done another begun. Travel, location change, look change, crew change, colleagues change, city change and story change. From Lucknow today Gulabo Sitabo and the look? Well, what can I say?”.

This anticipated film will also have Ayushmann Khurrana in a pivotal role. Ayushmann expressed his joy over working with senior actor Amitabh Bachchan and this is the first time the actors are collaborating. The film is set to hit the screens on April 24, 2020.
