Taapsee Pannu, who is currently gearing up for the release of her next, a bilingual psychological thriller titled Game Over, has a busy year lying ahead of her.

The Badla actress had made her acting debut as many as nine years ago with the Telugu movie Jhummandi Naadam.

The 31-year-old actress went on to feature in several other South Indian movies until she got her big Bollywood break in the year 2013 with the movie Chashme Baddoor.

While opening up on her struggling days in Mumbai, revealed, “My struggle was more in terms of finding a house because nobody was ready to give a single actor an apartment to rent.”

“Apparently, they don’t really trust the kind of job we do,” she added. Taapsee further said she didn’t face this when she was in Hyderabad.

On the film front, Taapsee would next be seen in Game Over, Mission Mangal and Saand Ki Aankh.

Actress Yami Gautam received a special gift — a traditional shawl — from international icon Jackie Chan during the promotions of “Kaabil” in China. She was thrilled.

“I was surprised when I heard that Mr. Chan had sent across a gift for me. I couldn’t meet him as I was still in India then shooting for ‘Bala’. But when I made it to Beijing, I was handed over a parcel from him. It was such a kind gesture from his end to think of sending me a thoughtful gift.

“As kids, we have grown up seeing his movies and I personally have been a fan of his work. He’s such an icon and a legend globally and I do hope to meet him in person soon,” Yami said in a statement.

Yami and Hrithik Roshan were in Beijing recently, and received an overwhelming response from all their fans and the audiences.

Hrithik had met Chan, and had posted photographs of their meeting on social media.

Action hero Gopichand has collaborated with Tamil director for his 26th film. The makers of the film have announced the title.

The film is titled ‘Chanakya’ and the title logo is unveiled shortly. Seems like hero Gopichand has given up the sentiment in the titles and went ahead as per the script demand.

Being directed by Thiru, so far the film has wrapped up fifty percent of the shoot and presently the filming is going on in Hyderabad.

Gopichand is yet again romancing Mehreen in this flick while Bollywood bombshell Zarine Khan is playing a pivotal role.

Touted to be an action spy thriller, Anil Sunkara is producing ‘Chanakya.’

Pawan Kalyan said that his opponents in Bhimavaram assembly constituency had distributed Rs 150 Cr to voters just to defeat him.
