Vijay Deverakonda headed for a quiet getaway with his family members. As we know the actor is pretty busy with his upcoming films and he needs to take quick breaks amid a hectic schedule. Currently, Vijay is now holidaying in France along with his family and the pictures are out on the internet.
He is seen smiling and posing with his parents and brother. The backdrop of France looked amazing and we are sure he is having a surreal time. Producer Yash Rangineni, who is also an uncle to the actor, has joined the trip along with his family.
The trip is said to be a long one and after a week, everyone will be back to their work. Rangineni took the news to his Instagram by sharing a picture from the vacation. He captioned, “#rowdy boys with rowdy girls on a family holiday in somewhere in South of France.”
Vijay, who is balancing multiple projects now, is also trying to take his time for his family. Alo, his brother, Anand is being introduced to the Telugu audience with the film Dorasani.
Mega Kodalu Playing With Lions
Earlier in the last week, a couple of pictures surfaced around on the social media where the adorable couple Ram Charan and Upasana were seen having fun at their romantic vacation in Africa. It is said that the duo enjoyed their time ahead of their 7th wedding anniversary, which falls on June 14.
The latest tweet by Upasana takes us a bit deep into the journey of their vacation. Upasana shared a picture of her playing and cuddling with lions and captioned – “Now u know why Mr C married me #RamCharan #Africa taught us so many lessons – respect Mother Nature, observe & learn from the wild, follow ur animal instincts. respect nature & animals. Time to get our act together. Small changes make a big difference. Everything adds up.”
The amount of time we spend with the wildlife is alarming low and now, looking at Upasana, it gives immense pleasure to see how she is setting new goals to the young generation. The couple promised each other that on every anniversary they will do something new and this time, they are seen spending time and experiencing the true wildlife of the mother continent.
Remix Of Dookudu And Aagadu Leftover Scenes?
Ever since director Anil Ravipudi’s next with Mahesh got announced, there are various rumours doing rounds about the story of the movie. Some said that it is a cop story yet again. But the title poster of Sarileru Neekevvaru has proved that the film is an army guy’s story.
And now, rumours are being heard that this film’s story and scenes are actually a khichdi of leftover scenes from Dookudu and Aagadu. Actually, Anil Ravipudi worked in the writing department of Sreenu Vaitla for both these movies and is said to have given many scene ideas. Already he has used all those unused scenes for his movies like Pataas, but still there are many to use, says a source.
Now the rumors are, he will be remixing all those police hero scenes as Army guy’s scenes and will be cooking a masala entertainer with Mahesh. Well, routine masala films are clicking these days only if lesser known heroes are coming up with. But audiences are expecting something constructive and refreshing from big stars. So we have to see how this film is going to be.
TTDP Leaders May Join BJP
Telangana TDP senior leaders are likely to join BJP soon. Former minister and senior TDP leader E. Peddi Reddy and former MP Suresh Reddy met BJP national general secretary Ram Madhav in Delhi on Saturday and reportedly expressed their desire to join BJP.
It may be recalled that Peddireddy was allotted the Kukatpally Assembly ticket in the recent elections but was replaced at the last minute by Nandamuri Suhasini, daughter of the late Nandamuri Harikrishna.
For the Lok Sabha elections, Mr Peddireddy thought of joining the Congress and contesting from the Karimnagar seat, but dropped the idea later.
After the debacle in the Assembly elections in Telangana state, the TD leadership decided not to contest in the Lok Sabha elections.
With the defeat of the Telugu Desam in the AP Assembly and Lok Sabha elections, the Telangana TD leaders lost their hopes in the TD and have decided to leave the party.
In Telangana state, the Congress too is not in a good position and cannot join the TRS. The only choice left to them is to join the BJP which is looking to strengthen its party base in Telangana. Telangana TD leader Peddireddy confirmed that he met BJP leaders at Delhi.
Speaking to media, he said that keeping in view their political future, there was no other way except for joining the BJP. He said he will take a decision after discussing with party workers.
He said that former MP Chada Suresh Reddy was also with him when he met BJP leaders. Telangana TD president L Ramana said that he has no plans to leave the party.
Meanwhile, Vijayawada TD MP Kesineni Nani’s meeting with Union Minister Nitin Gadkari after the Lok Sabha results surprised political circles.
On May 28, Mr Kesineni Nani went to Pune and met Gadkari at his residence.
After this, he tweeted, “Met and took blessings from Mr Nitin Gadkari, my favourite politician. He is the one who has given his 100 per cent support to me in the development of Vijayawada.”
YSRCP Owes A Debt Of Gratitude To Him
Until YS Jagan Mohan Reddy captured the imagination of the Andhra public with his ‘Padayatra’, the YSRCP was struggling to expose the TDP.
Although resentment was building against the TDP because of the Amaravati, Pattiseema and Polavaram scams apart from the failure to implement the electoral promises and the frequent flip-flops over the SCS issue, there was no leader in the YSRCP, experienced and senior enough and more importantly, with impeccable communication skills who could engage people’s attention.
Precisely, at this point, Undavalli Arun Kumar entered the scene.
A staunch loyalist of YSR and KVP, Undavalli who was keeping away from active politics after his suspension from the Congress Party started questioning the government.
YS Jagan who has a soft corner for Undavalli went to his residence and met him. Although Undavalli did not officially join the YSRCP, he started holding ‘press meets’ regularly in his personal capacity and flayed the TDP over its maladministration.
Thanks to his flamboyant and hard-hitting oratorical skills, people started to sit up and take notice. Every question from Undavalli was like a poison arrow in the body of the TDP.
By the time the election date came near, Jagan’s ‘Padayatra’ coupled with Undavalli’s ‘press meets’ generated immense goodwill for the YSRCP.
It is probably not an exaggeration therefore to say that Undavalli Arun Kumar indirectly played a major role in Jagan’s victory.
YS Jagan, the son of his beloved friend Rajasekhar Reddy is now the Chief Minister and whether he admits this or not, Undavalli must definitely be a happy person for having repaid the love and affection shown by Rajasekhar Reddy to him.
As for the YCP, it owes a debt of gratitude to him and YCP cadre will be praying that the old man will not find occasion to raise his voice against Jagan’s administration, anytime soon.
Katrina having sleepless nights before Bharat release
Actress Katrina Kaif, who is gearing up for the release of period-drama ‘Bharat’ on June 5, says she is having sleepless nights before the release of the Salman Khan, Tabu, Disha Patani and Jackie Shroff starrer.
Kaif was interacting with the media at GQ 100 Best Dressed 2019 Awards here on Saturday.
“I am having sleepless nights. So excited I am about ‘Bharat’ that I just can’t wait to see the audience reaction to it. I am happy with the way the film has turned out,” said the actress.
Asked about her box-office expectations from the film, she said: “It’s very hard to predict that. I think as long as we get the love and support of the audience and as long as we live up to their expectations, it’s all good.”
Katrina Kaif will next be seen in Rohit Shetty’s cop-drama film ‘Sooryavanshi’ in which she is collaborating with actor Akshay Kumar after a long time.
“Akshay is a dream to work with. He is such a fantastic actor and wonderful co-star. From the first shot that we did, we picked up from just where we had left,” she said.
‘Bharat’ is written and directed by Ali Abbas Zafar. It is jointly produced by Salman Khan’s sister Alvira Khan Agnihotri and her husband Atul Agnihotri, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Nikhil Namit and Salman Khan under the Reel Life Productions, Salman Khan Films and T-Series banners.
#RRR Shooting Taking Place Secretly?
From a time, there are no updates about Rajamouli’s prestigious project #RRR. While it is said that both Ram Charan and Jr NTR are injured, due to which the shooting schedules got postponed, the latest report has that the team is actually shooting quite secretively in Hyderabad.
Rajamouli has earlier announced every single detail about the project, saying that it is a patriotic film that deals with the fictitious story of Alluri Seetharama Raju and Komaram Bheem, who will be meeting in Delhi to become friends forever. However, he’s unhappy with some pictures from the shooting spots actually making inroads into the social media.
While #RRR team has aggressively shared every single update, now the buzz has that they stopped sharing such updates. Currently, the unit is said to be shooting in Hyderabad with NTR taking part in the schedule. Also, they are not allowing phones and any other digital device to the shooting spot, such that leakages will not be there.
Disappointing Start For New Releases !
Multiple movies released on Friday and a couple of them looked very promising too. But none of the films are able to generate positive word of mouth.
NGK starring Suriya and directed by Selva Raghavan is getting severely panned by critics and general audience for its pointlessness and absurdity.
Selva Raghavan tried to present a political thriller in a new style, but it turned out to be a torture for its viewers.
NGK opened on an ordinary note across Telugu states, but got more collections than remaining Friday releases.
Falaknuma Das that generated some buzz prior to release has got decent openings in Hyderabad, but couldn’t make a mark elsewhere. Below par reports will make it tough for the film to pick up in the coming days.

Trailer Talk: Jyothika turns ‘Raatchasi’ teacher
Returning to the silver screen, actress Jyothika is doing wide range of roles that offer performance. Once again Jyothika has opted for an author backed one and this time she is a school teacher in ‘Raatchasi.’ She is a head strong woman who wants to revamp the government school. But there are forces against her.
Like the scenes from any government school, Jyo who will be seen as Geetha Rani faces students who are not interested in studies and teachers do nothing to change the students. But Jyo doesn’t belong to the same category and she makes sure that education is the right of every child who are poor and can’t afford it.
Jyo is seen wearing cotton sarees and displays her elegance in her usual charm. Written and directed by Gowtham Raj, he picked up a right subject that is most needed and Jyo is apt in the role. Buzz: Balayya’s Son Not Interested In Films
From a time there is the buzz that Nandamuri Balakrishna’s son, Moskhagna, will join the acting bandwagon as he happens to be the heir of the legacy. They have even sent him to New York Film Academy for training, but the youngster seems to be having different thoughts.
Those who have got a glimpse of Mokshagna in recent times are worried as to why the young man is not focusing on his physique. He has to cut down oodles of weight and carve an appealing masculine look in case if we want to debut as hero. But from last one years, he’s not doing anything such.
