Brahmi Is Back- Don’t Backstab Him Again
At a time when his character roles and guest appearances are also failing to work, few makers convinced him to play full-length roles, only to give him a flop. And it looks like senior comedian Brahmanandam, who is recuperating from heart surgery, has fallen into such trap again.
In recent times, Brahmi is completely out of the scene with emerging star comedians like Vennela Kishore, Posani and others taking the center stage. And with Sreenu Vaitla’s roles written for Brahmi completely failing to click, the actor suffered a major setback. But now writer Sreedhar Seepana whose debut film Brundavanamidi Andaridi is yet to find a release is now making a film titled “Brahmi Is Back” with Brahmanandam in the lead.
This reminds many of the movie Jaffa, which has the star comedian in the lead and failed to excite the box office. Because many feel that Brahmi is someone who cannot run the whole film on his shoulders but will be nice padding to some other hero. And with the news that Brahmi will be seen as a RAW agent in this movie, one could imagine the kind of comedy director wants to do.
Cinema lovers say, don’t backstab the fag end of Brahmi’s career with these unwanted films.
Mega Hero’s Six Flops Comment: Director Upset
Time and again, some heroes try to be as honest as possible with their fans and that is what helps them stand for a long time in the industry. And now Sai Dharam Tej who got rechristened as Sai Tej is making sure that he will be honest with his mega fans.
At all of his speeches in recent times, while promoting Chitralahari movie, Sai Tej is busy saying that fans have treated him quite well even though he has delivered ‘six’ flops in a row. And those six films are none other than Thikka, Winner, Nakshatram, Jawaan, Intelligent and Tej I Love You. But here comes the twist.
Apparently, a couple of directors of those six films are actually thinking that they made a masterpiece but the film didn’t work because of wrong release time. We wonder which of the above is actually such masterpiece, but those directors are said to be messaging Sai Tej, asking him to avoid calling those six films as flops.
Well, that’s how our industry works, as some directors always try to give a color that they made a super hit film and never accept their failures. And that is the reason they won’t succeed in the first place.
Is TDP funding Congress’ TV ads?
The Congress party which could not make a deposit in 2014 in the aftermath of bifurcation is now desperately attempting to revive its chances in Andhra Pradesh. As a party with a long and strong political history in the state, it has unfortunately met a bad fate as the wrath of bifurcation still persists among the state’s citizens. However, the party’s inclusion of special status in their manifesto and Rahul Gandhi’s promise have come as a breather for the party’s revival in the state.
The Congress and the TDP, though in partnership at the national level, have decided to contest alone in Andhra Pradesh. This decision came after their alliance bombed in Telangana with a bad defeat against the TRS. According to sources in the Congress, now the TDP apparently is giving a “secret support” to the party. The secret support for the Congress has come in the form of promoting the party extensively on TV with advertisements that are said to be sponsored by the TDP.
The Telugu Desam is also supporting the Congress’ demand for Special Status for Andhra Pradesh, which the party has been demanding for quite sometime. The special status issue has also helped the TDP portray BJP in negative light and cash in on the sentiment. Driving the special status agenda, the Congress has been rolling out TV ads continuously in all big media outlets in Telugu states.
Politically too, pushing for Congress in Andhra Pradesh will help the TDP split YSR Congress’ votebank, which will benefit the yellow party. On the other hand, Congress’ traditional votebank which consists of minorities and are generally also a crucial category for YSRCP. Therefore, boosting Congress will definitely work for the TDP in YSRCP’s strongholds.
Nandyal Jana Sena MP candidate Is In ICU
Nandyal Jana Sena Party Lok Sabha candidate SPY Reddy is critical. Last week during election campaign, SPY Reddy fell in sick and was later shifted to Hyderabad for better medication. Despite being under doctors observation for the last five days, SPY Reddy did not recover yet.
The sitting Nandyal MP is currently in ICU in Care Hospitals, Banjara Hills. Meanwhile the Jana Sena Party is worried over SPY’s health condition and are tracking his reports every hour. Even party chief Pawan Kalyan is getting updates of SPY’s condition and even he expressed concern.
In 2014 elections, SPY Reddy won from Nandyal on YSRCP ticket. Later he defected to TDP but with the cycle party denying him ticket, Reddy ended up in Jana Sena and also got ticket. Reddy’s younger daughter and eldest son-in-law are contesting for the assembly on behalf of Jana Sena.
Pawan Trying To Get Sympathy?
Just 3 days are left before the polling day for the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections in Andhra Pradesh. And, detractors are opining that film star turned politician Pawan Kalyan is trying out all the tricks to attract voters’ attention despite his intense campaigns across the state for the last few months.
Pawan’s political opponents and anti-fans are mocking Pawan’s recent hospitalisation episode as a desperate trick to gain sympathy just a few days ahead of the polling. Even some of the photographs from his earlier campaigns, where Pawan looked humble and down to earth, and in some cases weak and tired, had indicated the same. In fact, yesterday, Pawan campaigned with the saline needle stuck on his hand. Netizens wondered if Pawan really needed to resort to such last minute gimmicks.
And there’s more to the story. The timing of Ram Charan’s visit to Pawan at his Mangalagiri residence and tomorrow’s Allu Arjun’s interaction with Pawan in Palakollu are leaving the anti-fans in a sense of doubt. Well, whether the AP voters will reciprocate or reject Pawan and his party will be sealed on the 11th of April.
KCR Sent Rs 200 cr To Defeat Lokesh?
It is true that Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had announced that he would definitely give a “return gift” to Telugu Desam Party president N Chandrababu Naidu
There was a talk that the TRS leaders would even campaign for YSR Congress party in Andhra Pradesh. But when elections were announced finally, the TRS leaders backed out from the campaign, but have confined to only moral support.
There were, however, allegations that KCR was indirectly supporting the YSRC by threatening the Andhra businessmen against supporting the TDP, forcing TDP candidates having interests in Telangana to join the YSRC, blocking the flow of funds to TDP and even extending financial support to YSRC.
Though nothing has been proved yet, the TDP leaders are continuously making the allegations to gain sympathy from the people.
On Saturday, TDP general secretary and party candidate from Mangalagiri constituency Nara Lokesh alleged that KCR had sent big money to Mangalagiri to defeat him.
He told media that KCR sent Rs. 200 crores to Mangalagiri in order to defeat him in the elections. He promised that he will be on the side of farmers who sacrificed their lands to construct new capital Amaravati.
Lokesh asserted that Prime Minister Modi would have to return Gujarat after the general elections.
He criticised that Jaganmohan Reddy was a jailbird and YCP contestant Ramakrishna was a court-bird. He criticised that YSRCP failed to mention about Amaravati in their party’s manifesto.
Brahmani campaign shows Naidu desperation!
That Telugu Desam Party president and Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu roped in his daughter-in-law Nara Brahmani and for that matter even his grandson Nara Devansh into electioneering clearly shows how desperate he is to come back to power for a second time.
Apparently realizing that his son and TDP general secretary Nara Lokesh is sailing through a rough weather in Mangalagiri assembly constituency, Naidu on Sunday brought Brahmani into the election campaign.
All said and done, Brahmani, being the daughter of Nandamuri Balakrishna, is a glamorous face in the entire Nara family and is more polished and sophisticated than her husband and father-in-law.
And she is also a better speaker than Lokesh and she can reach out to all sections of people despite her high-profile corporate lifestyle.
So, Brahmani was compelled to address the crowds in public rallies in Mangalagiri on Sunday and she was big hit.
While she was speaking, an old lady came to her and gave Rs 500 out of her pension. She also blessed Brahmani and wished to see the TDP government again in the state.
It is not exactly known whether it was a real episode or a stage-managed one, Lokesh shared this video on Monday on his twitter handle and expressed confidence that TDP will win the elections.
Nevertheless, people were commenting Naidu was forced to bring even his daughter-in-law into the campaign, though she had been keeping away from politics.
And she was compelled to make political speeches and appeal to the people to vote for the TDP!
Jana Sena is Strong in One Seat: Latest Survey
VDPAssociates, a poll agency that has been almost accurately predicting the trend in South Indian states in the last couple of years, has released its pre-poll survey for the state of Andhra Pradesh.
VDPAssociates recently predicted that KCR would romp back into the power and also said that TRS would sweep in GHMC polls three years ago.
It also declared before the polls that AIADMK’s win in Tamilnadu assembly and Congress-JDS’s win in Karnataka.
Key points from this new survey…..
1. YSR Congress will see landslide victory in Andhra assembly polls.
2. Pawan Kalyan’s much-hyped Jana Sena party may turn out to be damp squib. “It is comfortably placed only in 1 out of 175 Assembly seats. Has slight edge in 2 seats. It will get 1-3 seats”.
3. YS Jagan’s special status bogey is not working but he will emerge as winner for other factors.
4. Chandrababu Naidu’s freebies and women-centric schemes are not paying off.
5. Brahmins, Kammas, and Kapus are in favour of TDP.
6. Reddy’s, OBC’s, SC, Rajus, ST voters vociferously in favor of YS Jagan.
7. Muslim vote is divide between Jagan and TDP.
8. Jana Sena splitting the vote but this split is not favoring TDP at all.
Fact Sheet: Yellow Tricks Galore
The yellow gang is leaving no stone unturned in trying to influence public perception. They recently released a survey by the name of ‘Corp Chanakya’ predicting a victory for the TDP in the upcoming election.
Now, people will naturally take notice because Chanakya is a credible name which was the first and only survey team to predict a landslide for Narendra Modi in 2014.
Turns out that ABN was showing the survey results of a firm called ‘Corporate Chanakya’ owned by a Kamma fellow whereas the genuine company is ‘Today’s Chanakya’.
When the survey reports were brought to their notice, Today’s Chanakya put out a tweet on their official handle saying, “This is not our survey. We have not done it. Please retweet to make people in Andhra aware about this.”
Well done Radhakrishna! You’ve touched another new low.

‘Sivaji Joined Hands With TV9 and ABN’
Actor Posani Krishna Murali criticized actor Sivaji who on the other day came before the media and indirectly mocked YS Jagan. Posani also screened the videos of Sivaji who in the past alleged severe corruption in capital construction and Pattiseema project.
“Vaado Oosaravelli.. (He is a chameleon). He speaks differently before individual media houses. Sivaji has joined hands with TV9 Ravi Prakash and ABN Andhra Jyothy Radha Krishna and so are trying to defame Jagan. That is why Chandrababu turned God for Sivaji while in the past he commented that the AP CM is the most corrupt. If I speak more, people will thrash Sivaji on the roads. TV9 Ravi Prakash had a fight with Jagan in the past while Radha Krishna doesn’t like Jagan at all and he loves Chandrababu,” said Posani.
Targeting the media, the writer and actor said, media should be like opposition to the government but in Andhra Pradesh it is not happening so. “I really don’t understand why media is giving a lot of importance to a person like Sivaji whose mental condition is not well. In fact media should question the bifid tongue Sivaji,” added Posani.
Lastly Posani said, from tomorrow the election campaign will come to an end and people of AP are ready to vote of YSR Congress party and he is sure that Jagan will become the next CM.
