But he is the most knowledgeable directors and writers in the current generation and even his competitors like Sukumar, SS Rajamouli agree with this statement.So, Allu Arjun waited for him to complete Aravindha Sametha and when it became a hit, he immediately blocked him to direct his next.
Allu Arjun did have a say in casting of his films for Duvvada Jagannadam and Naa Peru Surya. But this time, he left it completely to Trivikram it seems.He is waiting for the script to be finished by the writer-director, to start the shoot, it seems.

Charmee Bargaining With Anu Emmanuel?
Actress Charmee has almost quit acting for the time being and took to full time production in partnership with her good friend and director Puri Jagannadh. Their latest joint production ‘iSmart Shankar’ was launched yesterday and the shoot has begun today.
While Ram is the male lead in iSmart Shankar, the film’s female lead is yet to be finalised. According to the grapevine, Charmee is said to be in negotiations with Kerala beauty Anu Emmanuel for the leading lady’s role.
The buzz in the T-town is that Anu Emmanuel has demanded Rs. 50 lakhs as her remuneration. However, Charmee is trying to convince Anu to negotiate the price. Discussions are going on and some clarity might emerge in the coming week. Anu’s 2018 movies – Agnyaathavaasi, Naa Peru Surya and Sailaja Reddy Alludu- ended up as failures at the box office.
Jagan Anna Calling
YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is pulling out all the stops to storm to power in 2019. As part of the plan, Jagan has now decided to send letters to all neutral parties and individuals seeking their support in the 2019 elections. Jagan will be writing letters in the name of ‘Anna Pilupu’ where he would be seeking their political support. He would be asking them to join him to ‘work together’ and also said to be seeking valuable advice and suggestions in order to improve YSRCP’s prospects in the forthcoming general election in AP.
Apparently, it is Prashant Kishor’s idea and Jagan seems to be impressed with it and has given his go ahead. As YCP had lost with a tender margin of 2 percent in 2014 polls, Jagan this time wants to make it to the CM chair without fail.
Jagan, who wanted to contest alone in 2019 polls, seems to have changed his strategy after he got feedback from PK and his party’s senior leaders. Jagan is now keen to join his forces with neutral forces (neither TDP nor Janasena) and wants to score over TDP and Janasena in the coming polls. Will Jagan succeed? Will PK’s idea work? Time will only tell.
Revanth Reddy is back!
Telangana Congress working president Revanth Reddy is back in news. On Thursday, Revanth filed a petition in Telangana High Court about the recently concluded elections.
In his petition, the firebrand leader claimed that current Kodangal MLA Patnam Narender Reddy did many irregularities during the elections and so he should be disqualified with immediate effect. Right after the T’election results, Congress leaders were making allegations on the EVM tampering in the polls and demanded to take VVPAT slips into consideration.
The T’Congress party staged a protest as well at Indira Park. In this protest many leaders raised about the polls process and accused state election commissioner Rajath Kumar of being biased towards the ruling party.
Meanwhile the Chief Election Commission of India has clarified that it will not go back to the traditional old ballot paper voting as it involves many complications.
Kotla Quits When Congress Decided To Go Single
Former union minister Kotla Suryaprakash Reddy is upset with Congress party and is likely to quit as well. This is a huge blow to Congress party which has very few prominent leaders left.
Yesterday in Vijayawada, AP Congress had held a meeting with AICC general secretary and person-in-charge of the State Oommen Chandy chairing it. In this meeting, Chandy announced that Congress would go alone in the elections. Kotla who also attended the meeting was upset with the decision and advised that party should not go solely as it lost credibility due to AP bifurcation.
Along with Kotla, quite a few also opined the same. But their views are ignored and Congress had announced about the poll battle. There are less chances of Congress winning in AP and so Kotla has decided to leave the party.
He will be having a word with his supporters tomorrow in Kurnool and take a final call. In the last four years, Kotla received invitations from both TDP and YSRCP. But the ex-central minister is in no mood to work under YS Jagan and so he might prefer, TDP.

He is determined to deliver a hit with his next.With the title, Mr. Majnu many thought he is luring Akkineni fans with the title and following the sentiment that worked for his grandfather and father.Laila-Majnu in Telugu became a classic and ANR earned the name of a romantic hero, with the film as Majnu even before Devadasu came out. The later did establish him as the ultimate romantic hero forever.
Nagarjuna after the initial setbacks, acted in the direction of Dasari Narayana Rao, Majnu and that movie started a success streak for him.Shiva and Geethanjali made him a star and big hero but to continue as a romantic hero and continue legacy of ANR, Majnu helped him.
Hence, Mr. Majnu also seemed to be a reminiscent of that. Akhil fearing the same, resisted at first for the title, it seems.But Venky Atluri convinced him and Akhil also expressed big surprise to know that SS Thaman has a 14 year old kid! Now, latest box office sensation, Vijay Devarakonda did get similar style of script from a Tamil director, for a bilingual, it seems.He is busy with Dear Comrade shoot and the movie shoot will be wrapped up by March for a May release, it seems.
After that he has to start Kranthi Madhav film under Creative Commercials production and Raashi Khanna is playing a role in the film.His next film after Kranthi Madhav’s film could be this bilingual or a film with Arjun Reddy director, Sandeep Reddy Vanga, it seems.
Megastar Reduce Weight For Koratala?
Koratala Siva and Megastar Chiranjeevi are looking to finish their film for a Sankranthi 2020 release and then Siva wants to work with NTR and may be Vijay Devarakonda.As Sye Raa shoot is coming to an end, Chiru had to increase his weight for starting and some age difference portions in the film, it seems.
For war portions he did reduce the weight and now, Siva asked Megastar to reduce the weight he put-on and get back to Khaidi No. 150 look, it seems.The story is about a social reformer and it will be helpful for politician Chiranjeevi, as well, it seems.
Hence, Chiru asked two months time to join the shoot and in the mean time, Ram Charan asked Siva to start shooting all those scenes that Chiranjeevi is not required, it seems.The character Siva wrote for Chiru will remind Tagore, it seems.
